    Thermal Insulation Materials: Silica Composite and a Novel Polymeric Ionic Liquid

    隔热保温材料在建筑装饰、工业生产、航空航天等领域有广泛需求,按其材料性质可以分为无机与有机保温材料两类。无机保温材料中最有应用潜力的是二氧化硅气凝胶;本课题组前期研究提出连续加压碳化法,其结合超临界干燥能够获得优秀性能的二氧化硅气凝胶粉体,然而该粉末产品难以作为成品隔热保温材料应用,为此本文进行复合二氧化硅保温材料的研究。有机保温材料面临热导率高,热稳定性差等缺点,制约了新材料的发展,为此本文提出聚离子液体作为保温材料的新思路并开展研究。 以仲丁醇铝和聚乙烯醇为添加剂通过不同方法与二氧化硅复合,得到复合二氧化硅,研究原材料的特性以及添加剂对复合材料热导率的影响。结果表明,硅铝复合隔热保温材料...Thermal insulation materials are widely used in building decoration, industrial production, aerospace, and so on. During the whole process of clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients, clinical pharmacists participated in the ward rounds and case discussions. Finally,the patient was improved and discharged. Valuable experience has been accumulated for the diagnosis of brucellosis and the promotion of rational use of drugs

    硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白聚糖在人乳头瘤病毒感染中的作用

    人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)是一类无包膜的小DNA双链病毒,其衣壳蛋白由主要衣壳蛋白L1和次要衣壳蛋白L2组成,高危型HPV的持续感染是诱发宫颈癌的主要原因。HPV吸附入胞伴随着由多种受体引起衣壳蛋白L1和L2的变构,其中衣壳蛋白L1与细胞表面硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白聚糖(heparan sulfate proteoglycans,HSPG)之间的多重相互作用是病毒入胞的关键。经与HSPG相互作用后,HPV衣壳蛋白L2暴露病毒与入胞受体结合位点,进而介导病毒内吞入胞。因此,阐述HPSG在HPV感染细胞中的作用有助于进一步阐明HPV感染机制及致病机制,为HPV治疗性疫苗的研究提供一定的理论基础。本文就HSPG在HPV感染细胞中的作用进行综述。国家自然科学基金(31670935
