    本论文包括两个部分: 1.河南省蝙蝠消化道寄生蠕虫: 从2005年4月至2007年2月对河南省蝙蝠进行野外调查,采集13个产地454只蝙蝠,隶属于3科8属18种,雄性230只,雌性224只。通过蝙蝠的解剖,发现蝙蝠消化道内感染的蠕虫有吸虫、绦虫和线虫。其中吸虫13种,隶属于3科6属,梨形肠前腺吸虫和微棘刺囊吸虫为我国新纪录;绦虫3种,隶属于1科1属,东北蝙蝠绦虫为我国新记录;线虫3种,隶属于3科3属,比勒陀利亚圆钩线虫为我国新记录。 吸虫结构描述中,对平睾肠前腺吸虫的腹吸盘开口结构和生殖孔开口位置及中孔属排泄囊的形态进行了重新描述。吸虫的分布和感染方面,朝鲜斜睾吸虫为河南省广泛分布种,平...There are two parts in the paper. 1.     2003~2006年通过对河南省9个产地2科4属7种59只蝙蝠的消化道进行调查,发现斜睾科斜睾属吸虫2种:朝鲜斜睾吸虫Plagiorchis koreanus Ogata,1938和蝙蝠斜睾吸虫Plagiorchis vespertilionis(Mǖller,1780)Braun,1900。前者在宿主中的感染率为25.42%(15/59),感染强度为1~17条,平均感染强度是4.87条;后者在宿主中的感染率为3.39%(2/59),感染强度为2~7条,平均感染强度是4.50条。朝鲜斜睾吸虫和蝙蝠斜睾吸虫是河南省蝙蝠寄生虫的首次报道。Fifty-nine specimens in seven bats species,which belonging to four genera,two families,were captured from August 2003 to December 2005.Two species of trematodes,Plagiorchis koreanus Ogata,1938 and Plagiorchis vespertilionis(Müller,1780)Braun,1900,belonging to the genus Plagiorchis were obtained from the intestine of bats collected at nine localities of Henan Province.The prevalence of P.koreanus were 25.42%(15/59),of P.vespertilionis were 3.39%(15/59).The infection intensity and the mean intensity of P.koreanus were 1-17 and 4.87 individuals,respectively,of P.vespertilionis were 2-7 and 4.50 individuals,respectively.P.koreanus and P.vespertilionis were first recorded from Henan Province

    2006~2007年在福建厦门草莓种植区进行草莓线虫种类调查,共鉴定出3目7科8属15种线虫.本文描述了其中的3个种:古氏滑刃线虫(Aphelenchoides goodeyi)、矮小盘旋线虫(Rotylenchus pumilus)和双尾滑刃线虫(Aphelen-choides bicaudatus).这3种线虫均为国内在草莓上首次报道,古氏滑刃线虫和矮小盘旋线虫为福建省的新记录种.The investigation was carried out on the nematodes of strawberry from the production areas in Xiamen,Fujian Province,China,in 2006~2007 years.15 of them belonging to 8 genus of 7 families of 3 orders were observed and identified.3 species are describede in this paper.They are Aphelenchoides goodeyi,Rotylenchus pumilus and Aphelenchoides bicaudatus.They are firstly reported on strawberry in China.Aphelenchoides goodeyi and Rotylenchus pumilus are new record species in Fujian Province

    对河南省7个产地马铁菊头蝠(Rhinolophus ferrumequinum)的肠道线虫进行了调查,发现寄生线虫2种:比勒陀利亚圆钩线虫(Strongylacantha pretoriensis Ortlepp,1932)和齿蝠夜圆线虫(Nycteridostrongylus uncicollis Baylis,1930),分属于2个属.前者为我国新记录种,在宿主肠道中的感染率为72.60%,感染强度为1~12条;后者虽不是新记录种,但马铁菊头蝠是其新宿主,肠道内的感染率和感染强度均较低.比勒陀利亚圆钩线虫和齿蝠夜圆线虫也是河南省蝙蝠寄生虫的新记录.Two species of nematodes belonging to two genera were obtained from the intestine of Rhinolophus ferrumequinum collected at seven localities of Henan province,the People's Republic of China through the examination of 95 specimens of this bat during the period between Aug.2004 and Aug.2006.Strongylacantha pretoriensis was a new record in China.The prevalence and the infection intensity of S.pretoriensis were 72.6% and 1~12,respectively.Rhinolophus ferrumequinum was a new host of Nycteridostrongylus uncicollis whose prevalence and infection intensity were rather low.Strongylacantha pretoriensis and N.uncicollis were new record in Henan Province

    黄土丘陵区小流域土地利用对土壤有机碳和全氮的影响

    通过野外调查和室内分析,研究了黄土丘陵沟壑区燕沟流域农地、果园、林地和草地0~20cm表层土壤的有机碳(SOC)和全氮(TSN)积累特征.结果表明:该区SOC含量平均值为7·56g·kg-1,TSN平均值为0·71g·kg-1.其中,农地SOC和TSN平均值分别为4·67和0·48g·kg-1,且梯田较低,川坝地较高.与农地相比,果园SOC(4·33g·kg-1)和TSN(0·46g·kg-1)平均值略有降低,草地较高.林地SOC和TSN平均值较农地高117·7%和89·4%.该区SOC和TSN含量的变异系数为69·7%和58·4%,以林地最大(62·8%和54·5%),草地和农地次之,果园最小(18·0%和22·9%).土壤C/N依果园、农地、草地和林地的顺序递增.该区各类土地利用方式下的SOC和TSN都呈极显著正相关(r=0·9791).黄土丘陵沟壑区基本农田建设和果园建设对SOC和TSN积累作用不明显;退耕还林还草、封山育林等土地利用优化措施明显促进了SOC和TSN的积累

    通过对000MeVAr离子辐照聚酯(PET)薄膜潜径迹蚀刻过程的研究,给出了表征PET聚合物材料特性的径迹可蚀刻性的能损阈值(dE/dX)c,并通过不同方法讨论了PET膜的径迹蚀刻速度和体蚀刻速度。The energy loss effect in the latent track etching process of PET films irradiated by 900MeV argon ions is discussed.
