    齿根裂纹对齿轮轮体及齿间耦合刚度的影响研究

    齿根疲劳裂纹是齿轮传动系统服役过程中最常见的失效形式之一,威胁着齿轮传动系统甚至装备的运行安全,开展齿轮传动系统齿部故障诊断具有重要意义,而其核心是齿根裂纹故障的动态作用机制及振动特征。然而,传统啮合刚度计算模型尚未考虑齿根裂纹对齿间耦合作用的影响。针对该问题,分析了齿轮轮体结构变形引起的齿间耦合作用机制,建立了轮体刚度计算的有限元模型,研究了作用力、轮毂孔半径及齿根裂纹深度等参数对轮体刚度,特别是齿间耦合刚度的影响规律。结果表明,齿根裂纹对轮体变形引起的轮体刚度与齿间耦合刚度具有显著的影响,在齿根裂纹时变啮合刚度激励计算中应予以考虑,从而提高齿根裂纹刚度激励计算模型的准确性

    介绍了一种采用纯碱-卤水法制备硅钢氧化镁新工艺。首先用天然碱液及水氯镁石制得的工业氯化镁反应制得碱式碳酸镁,再将碱式碳酸镁煅烧制备氧化镁。考察了影响硅钢氧化镁粒径及水化率的因素,确定了最佳工艺参数:氯化镁溶液浓度1.5mol/L,天然碱液浓度1.5~2.0mol/L,体积比(1.05~1.1)∶1,反应温度70~80℃,反应时间10min,搅拌速度200r/min,煅烧时采用低温逐步升温方式。此条件下制得的硅钢氧化镁具有纯度高、粒径小、水化率低等特点

    【中文文摘】采用磁控溅射法在玻璃衬底上沉积掺锡氧化铟(ITO)薄膜,用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)技术和电导率、透射光谱测试技术,研究真空低温退火后ITO薄膜微结构、薄膜电导率、光谱透射率的变化.研究表明,真空低温退火使得晶体微结构得到改善,晶体呈(222)择优取向,晶体的结晶颗粒变大.不同价态的Sn对In3+的替代引起晶格结构和ITO薄膜的载流子浓度的变化,从而影响到薄膜的导电性和透射率,证明了真空退火下氧化铟薄膜微结构变化是影响薄膜电导率与透射率的主要原因,为研制新型光电器件的透明电极提供了参考. 【英文文摘】Indium Tin Oxide films(ITO) have been prepared on glass substrate by magnetron sputtering. The effects of post-annealing on the microstructure and the surface texture of the ITO films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). We also study the change of conductivity and transmission of the ITO films after post-annealing. The research shows the microstructure have been improve after post-anealing, the crystal prefer (200) orientation and the grain size become more large. The element of Sn replace the element of In3 + by different valence will cause the change of the lattice structure and the carrier concent ration which have a relation with the optoelect ronic quality of the ITO films. And the result proves the change of microst ructure and component after postanealing is the major factor to influent the conductivity and transmission of ITO films.     Effect of Water Soluble Fraction of 0# Diesel Oil on Vitellogenin Level in Serum of Female Sebastiscus marmoratus

    雌性褐菖鲉通过水体分别暴露于0.02、0.10、.5 mg/kg的0#柴油水溶性成分,84 d后血浆睾酮水平与对照组相比显著下降;17β-雌二醇水平和血浆卵黄蛋白原水平下降;Western bolt检测显示柴油水溶性成分暴露组肝脏雌激素受体水平降低.雌二醇和雌激素受体水平降低是血浆卵黄蛋白原水平下降的主要原因.卵黄蛋白原水平下降将影响卵的发育和质量.Female Sebastiscus marmoratus were exposed through the water to water soluble fraction of 0# diesel oil(DWSF) at 0.02,0.1,0.5 mg/kg,respectively.Serum testosterone levels decreased significantly,and serum 17β-estradiol and vitellogenin levels,which were analyzed by ELISA,decreased in the fish after exposure for 84 days compared with the corresponding controls.Estrogen receptor levels in the liver at the groups of DWSF exposure decreased compared with the corresponding controls analyzed by Western bolting.The decrease of 17β-estradiol and estrogen receptor levels would be principally causes of the decrease of vitellogenin,which would affect the development and quality of the ovum.国家自然科学基金(40476049)资

    【中文文摘】用双舟热蒸发技术在硅衬底上制备硫化锌电致发光薄膜,用XRD、XPS技术和电致发光谱分析技术,研究该薄膜的微结构与发光特性.发现硅衬底上硫化锌薄膜与硫化锌粉末在晶体结构上存在差异,掺入的稀土元素铒呈三价,电致发光谱为Er3+的发光谱线,硅衬底硫化锌发光薄膜器件可与硅器件工艺兼容. 【英文文摘】ZnS electroluminescence films were deposited onto singlecrystal silicon substrates by thermal evaporation technique with two evaporation boats .The microstructure and properties of the ZnS film were investigated by Xray diffraction technique (XRD),Xray photoemission spectroscopy (XPS) and electroluminescence spectroscopy. It was found that the crystal structure of the ZnS film on silicon substrate was different from the ZnS powder. The doped Er element existed as Er3+ state, and the electro-luminescence spectrum comes from Er3 + in the film.
