    基于培养基压力控制的组织工程化生物膜动态培养系统的研究

    目的研究压力大小可控的培养系统,以实现组织工程化生物膜的动态培养。方法根据帕斯卡定律的基本原理,设计培养基压力的控制方法,建立由培养皿、蠕动泵、压力控制模块、主控器与检测模块等组成的组织工程化生物膜动态培养系统。结果该系统可实现培养基于0.12~19.76 mmHg压力范围内的控制。结论该系统为适宜压力范围内的生物膜培养提供所需的压力环境,为组织工程化生物膜动态培养技术提供新思路

    基于角膜地形图的泪膜视频预处理

    在基于角膜地形图的泪膜稳定性评估中,针对眼动、睫毛反射和背景干扰,本文提出了一种泪膜视频的预处理算法。首先,利用索贝尔算子(Sobel operator)进行模糊图像检测,然后对灰度图像进行形态学开运算以获取环状图样凸显的目标图像,再通过霍夫圆检测以及快速傅里叶变换提取目标图像的环状图样频率,依据环状图样频率对目标图像进行带通滤波。最后,二值化及形态学闭运算用于确定环状图样区域。本文从数据库中随机选取10段泪膜视频,应用上述算法逐帧进行泪膜图像处理。实验结果表明,该算法有效地去除了视频序列中的无效图像,并实现了环状图样的定位,为后续泪膜稳定性的评估奠定了基础

    在睑板腺功能障碍的治疗过程中,睑板腺按摩是一种有效的辅助治疗手段。该文针对传统的机械辅助按摩结构中的缺陷进行了改进,提出了一种基于反相按摩辊滚压和包络原理的按摩机构,以提高阻塞物排出顺畅度和提高按摩区域覆盖率,最终达到提高辅助治疗效果的目的。同时,针对机构中电机受尺寸影响较大的情况,对运转过程中输入动力与输出载荷和损耗进行了评估计算,初步验证了所设计机构的可行性。During the course of meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD) treatment, meibomian gland massage is an effective auxiliary method.Based on an extrusion method using anti-phase massage rollers and a theory on envelope plane, a massage mechanism was proposed in this paper for the defect of the traditional mechanical assist massage structure to discharge obstruction of Meibomian gland more smoothly and to enlarge massage coverage.Meanwhile, for the case that the power of motor was significantly limited by size, an evaluation, about the input, output and loss, was carried out to initially verify the feasibility of the designed mechanism

    睑板腺功能障碍是引发干眼症的主要原因之一。睑板腺按摩配合热敷是一种治疗睑板腺功能障碍的有效辅助手段。该文针对自主设计的辊式睑板腺按摩仪,对其柔性气囊的热敷方式进行设计。采用碳纤维作为电发热丝,构成与柔性基材集成的电路,并配合控制电路,实现了对气囊的加热和温度控制。同时,研究了气囊与碳纤维的集成工艺,利用热压技术实现了碳纤维和柔性TPu薄膜的紧密结合,而不会影响按摩仪的按摩效果。该方法还可应用到其他以柔性材料为基材实现热敷的医疗器械中。Meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD) is one of the main reasons for dry eye and Meibomian gland massage with hot compress therapy is an effective adjutant therapy for MGD.Based on the self-designed meibomian gland massager, a method of heating is designed with flexible gasbag in this paper.With control circuit and flexible circuit made of carbon fiber, as electric heating wire, it's able to heat the gasbag and control the temperature.An integrated technology for gasbag and carbon fiber which using hot-pressing to make TPU and carbon fibers fit closely together, will not have influence on the massage.According to this, this technology is applicable for other medical devices with flexible material and hot compress therapy

Conference Address: Beijing, PEOPLES R CHINA. Time:MAY 24-26, 2011.Osteoarthritis (OA) is one of the most prevalent chronic diseases which badly affected the patients' living quality and economy. Detection and evaluation technology can provide basic information for early treatment. A variety of imaging methods in OA were reviewed, such as conventional X-ray, computed tomography (CT), ultrasound (US), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS). Among the existing imaging modalities, the spatial resolution of X-ray is extremely high; CT is a three-dimensional method, which has high density resolution; US as an evaluation method of knee OA discriminates lesions sensitively between normal cartilage and degenerative one; as a sensitive and nonionizing method, MRI is suitable for the detection of early OA, but the cost is too expensive for routine use; NIRS is a safe, low cost modality, and is also good at detecting early stage OA. In a word, each method has its own advantages, but NIRS is provided with broader application prospect, and it is likely to be used in clinical daily routine and become the golden standard for diagnostic detection

    介绍了光学相干层析成像技术、扩散光学层析成像技术和光声层析成像技术3种早期骨性关节炎光学成像检测技术.和X线平片常规影像诊断技术相比,光学相干层析成像技术可测量软骨的厚度,检测胶原结构的微小变化;扩散光学层析成像技术能测量软骨、滑液等结构的厚度和相应的吸收系数和散射系数;光声层析成像技术可探测胶原纤维网的恶化、变浑浊的滑液、骨的代谢功能障碍和软骨下骨的代谢过旺.最后对这3种成像检测技术的应用前景及早期骨性关节炎检测方法作了简要展望.Three kinds of optical imaging methods for early OA detection were reviewed in this paper,which are Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT),Diffuse Optical Tomography(DOT)and Photoacoustic Tomography(PAT).Compared with conventional imaging diagnostic techniques such as x-ray radiography,OCT can measure cartilage thickness and detect small changes of collagen structure;DOT is able to measure thickness,absorption coefficient and scattering coefficient of cartilage and synovial membrane/fluid;PAT could determine collagen fibril network deterioration,increased turbidity of synovial membrane/fluid,metabolic dysfunction of bone and high metabolism of subchondral bone.A brief outlook of these three methods application prospects was given in the end.TheNationalNaturalScienceFoundationofChina(Nos.61172046); NaturalScienceFoundationofFujianProvinceofChina(No:2011J01363

    提出了一种基于石墨烯材料的、串联结构的、纳米尺度的单色器与光电转换一体的集成器件。对石墨烯外加偏置电压使其费密能级偏离电荷中性点,偏离的大小决定石墨烯载流子带间跃迁的光子能量阈值。测量光生载流子的变化,可以实现石墨烯光谱吸收特性测量;设计两级串联且外加不同偏置电压的石墨烯与光波导集成的结构,实现窄带光波信号的光电转换和测量;改变偏压可改变通带频率和带宽,实现光谱扫描电信号输出,即得到了石墨烯可调谐光谱分光器件,可取代光谱仪中的单色器和光电转换器,使红外光谱仪实现小型化。The device with graphene material,series structure and nano scale to be integrated of monochromator and photoelectric converter was presented.The graphene was applied the bias voltage to make its Fermi level to deviate the charge neutratity point(CNP).The deviation magnitude is related to the threshold energy of the interband transition of graphene carriers.The measurement of graphene spectral absorption characteristics was realized by measuring the changes of thephotogenic charge carriers.The devices of graphene integrated with optical wave guide were designed with two stage series and different bias voltages,then the photoelectric conversion and measurement of the narrow band light wave signal were achieved.The passband frequency and bandwidth were changed by shifting the bias voltages,the spectral scanning electrical signal output was realized,and a tunable grapheme spectroscope was achieved.It can replace the monochromator and photoelectric converter in spectrometers and miniaturize the infrared spectrometer.国家自然科学基金资助项目(61172046); 福建省自然科学基金资助项目(2011J01363
