    Does the Government Background Hinder Enterprises from Implementing the Strategy of Internationalization

    使用2002~2010年我国A股上市公司8 035个年度观察样本数据,实证分析了政府背景、产品市场竞争对企业实施国际化战略的影响。研究结果表明,政府背景显著抑制了公司实施国际化战略,国有控股上市公司的国有股权比例越高,其实施国际化战略的概率和国际化水平就越低;产品市场竞争有利于减弱政府背景对公司实施国际化战略的抑制作用,当公司处于产品市场竞争程度较高的行业时,政府背景的抑制作用显著更弱。Based on a panel data of 8035 firm-year observations of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2002 to 2010, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of government background and product market competition on enterprises implementing the strategy of internationalization.Results show that, the government background significantly hinders enterprises from implementing the strategy of internationalization, and both state-owned identity and state ownership are significantly and negatively related with the likelihood and degree of internationalization.This study also finds that the product market competition is able to reduce significantly the negative effect of government background.That is, the negative relationship between government background and internationalization is weaker for firms operating in industries with higher competitive market.国家自然科学基金青年项目(71202061); 福建省社会科学规划青年项目(2012C027

    Compositional Quantitation and Brand Identification of Beer via NMR Approach Combined with Multivariate Statistical Analysis

    利用核磁共振技术检测福建产青岛、雪花、雪津麦之初和惠泉一麦等4种不同品牌啤酒的化学组分,结合多元统计方法分析不同啤酒的主成分差异,获得麦芽糖、葡萄糖、丙氨酸、乙酸等26种主要差异组分。并结合2种重要风味物质甘氨酸、丙酮酸,定量分析这28种主要成分,获得不同类型啤酒之间的组成差异及它们对啤酒风味的影响;进而建立啤酒的Fisher判别模型,实现不同品牌啤酒的鉴别。本研究可以检测不同来源啤酒样品的差异化学成分及含量,又可为其他酒类的鉴定分类提供参考。In this study, the chemical components of four beer samples of different brands including Tsingtao, Snow, Xuejin and Huiquan were quantitatively analyzed using NMR spectroscopy, and their differential components were identified by multivariate statistical analysis. 26 differential components were obtained, including maltose, glucose, alanine and organic acids. Quantitative analysis of the 26 components plus 2 important flavoring components glycine and pyruvate acid were carried out to confirm the compositional differences between these four kinds of beer and to understand their influence on the special flavor of beer. Furthermore, Fisher classification discriminant model was successfully established for the identification of beer of different brands.
