    Predictive Control Algorithm Based on High-Order Fuzzy Internal Model and Its Applications in Intermittent Coal Gasification Reactors

    针对大时滞系统,提出一种高阶模糊内模预测控制算法。通过引入智能因子,被控对象的高阶模糊内部模型可实时预测对象输出,在线修正模型失配,从而克服时滞因素的不利影响。将算法应用于化工间歇造气炉集散控制系统中,现场运行结果验证了算法的实用性。A predictive control algorithm based on high--order fuzzy internal model, which aimed at systems with dead time, is proposed. By introducing intelligent factor, the high--order fuzzy internal model of controlled plant can forecast output of process in time and modify model uncertainty so as to overcome the disadvantages of dead time.     Development and application of CK-MB specific monoclonal antibodies

    本研究拟建立肌酸激酶同工酶MB(CK-MB)特异性单克隆抗体(mAb)的研制方法,对抗CK-MB单抗进行评价分类及性质鉴定,并初步建立CK-MB; 定量检测试剂。以CK-MB抗原免疫BALB/c小鼠,利用常规单抗制备技术,使用间接和捕获ELISA差异筛选法筛选单抗。利用肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-; MM/BB/MB)抗原对所制备单抗的抗原识别表位进行鉴定,另通过免疫印迹法及合成CK-MM、CK-BB差异性的线性表位肽鉴定对所制备的单抗进行评; 价分类。使用双抗体夹心ELISA方法筛选检测CK-MB抗原的配对mAb,并初步建立CK-MB定量检测试剂。使用74例临床标本初步评价该试剂与罗氏; 试剂的检测一致性。最终,我们成功筛选到22株稳定分泌抗CK-MB抗体的杂交瘤细胞株,这些单抗可以分为线性、偏构象的CK-MB和CK-MM或者CK; -BB交叉的单抗以及与CK-MB特异反应的偏构象型单抗,并使用偏构象型单抗研制出CK-MB定量检测试剂,该试剂与罗氏试剂相关系数r达到0.930; 9。综上所述,本研究建立了研制CK-MB偏构象型特异性单抗的筛选方法,通过对所筛选的单抗进行分析鉴定并建立了CK-MB定量检测试剂,与罗氏试剂检; 测结果符合率高。The aim of this study is to develop creatine kinase isoenzyme MB (CK-MB); specific monoclonal antibodies (mAb), and characterize the monoclonal; antibody and further development of quantitative detection assay for; CK-MB. The BALB/c mice were immunized with purchased CK-MB antigen, then; monoclonal antibodies were prepared according to conventional hybridoma; technique and screened by indirect and capture ELISA method. To identify; the epitopes and evaluate the classification, purchased creatine kinase; isoenzyme MB (CK-MM/BB/MB) antigen was used to identify the epitopes,; with immunoblotting and synthetic CK-MM and CK-BB in different linear; epitope. A double antibody sandwich ELISA was applied to screen the mAb; pairs for CK-MB detection, and the quantitative detection assay for; CK-MB was developed. We used 74 cases of clinical specimens for; comparison of our assay with Roche's CK-MB assay. We successfully; developed 22 strains of hybridoms against CK-MB, these mAbs can be; divided into linear, partial conformational CK-MB, CK-MM or CK-BB cross; monoclonal antibody and CK-MB specific reaction with partial; conformational monoclonal antibody, and CK-MB quantitative detection; assay was developed by using partial conformational monoclonal antibody.; The correlation coefficient factor r of our reagent and Roche's was; 0.930 9. This study established a screening method for CK-MB partial; conformational specific monoclonal antibody, and these monoclonal; antibodies were analyzed and an established quantitative detection assay; was developed.     戊型病毒性肝炎是全球最主要的病毒性肝炎之一,近半个世纪多次发生大规模暴发,孕妇感染戊型肝炎后病死率高达20%.近年随着基于构象型表位多肽E2的戊型肝炎诊断试剂的出现,戊型肝炎的病原学诊断及流行病学调查均获得了较大的发展,越来越引起人们的重视.由我国自主创新研制的重组戊型肝炎疫苗现已在中国完成世界上首个Ⅲ期临床试验,其预防戊型肝炎的保护率达到100%(95%CI,72.1%~100.0%)

    本文基于DSGE模型的分析框架,首先利用反事实方法比较分析了1992-2015年中国3次经济下行区间冲击来源的异同,然后考察了冲击来源异同的原因。研究表明:(1)前两轮经济下行区间的主要冲击来源为负向偏好冲击;(2)最近一轮经济下行区间的主要冲击为负向全要素生产率冲击,而负向全要素生产率冲击主要来源于"人口红利"渐逝、人力资本增速趋缓以及投资结构失衡等因素。With the recent decrease in China's economic growth rate,the macroeconomic fundamentals exhibit a new trend.Hence,analyzing the effect of macroeconomic fundamental changes on China's recent economic downturn has practical implication to better understand China's current economics.Based on the framework of New Keynesian DSGE model,this paper attempts to study shock resources during China's three economic downturns from 1992 to 2014,and to investigate the causes of different shocks resources.According to a counterfactual analysis,the main shock resource of the most recent economic downturn was the adverse total factor productivity shock,while that of the last two downturn periods was the adverse preference shock.We attribute the adverse total factor productivity shock to the disappearance of demographic dividend,the gradual slowdown of human capital growth and the unbalance of investment structure.国家自然科学基金面上项目(71371160);; 教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划(NCET-13-0509);; 福建省教育厅项目(2009100074);; 厦门大学基础创新科研基金(201422G010)的资

    The Relationship Between Theoretical Depth Datum and Tidal Diffusion Analysis in Jiulongjiang Estuary

    根据2006年3月九龙江河口区6个潮位观测站的周月资料,参考2000年2月的潮汐数据,对比分析河口区潮汐特征的经年变化,并探讨了潮波衰减模数μ与底摩阻作用的关系.分析表明九龙江河口区的潮汐性质属正规半日潮,2006年数据推算的理论最低潮面与2000年同期数据推算结果相比普遍偏低,上游河段降低幅度大于下游,沿程理论最低潮面变化幅度趋缓;潮波振幅衰减模数μ值减小了2.5~5.5倍.产生变化的原因是九龙江河口区平面自然状态和水深地形特征的改变,为河床底高降低、底坡趋于平缓、底质的变化;这些变化可能与上游河段采沙、造航、围垦等人类的开发活动有关.Based on more than one month long observations at six tidal gauges in the Jiulongjiang Estuary in February 2000 and in March 2006,respectively,tidal changes in spring were compared and analyzed,and then the relationship between tidal attenuation coefficient μ and the bottom friction were discussed.Analysis indicates that tidal type in Jiulongjiang Estuary is characterized by informal semi-diurnal tides.Compared with the theoretical depth datum in 2000,the theoretical depth datum in 2006 depressed,and the decrease in the upriver reach was more than that in the downriver reach.By comparison,it was also found that the tidal attenuation coefficient μ in 2006 was reduced by 60%~80% relative to that in 2000,which can be ascribed to the landform changes in the Jiulongjiang Estuary,including the riverbed lowering,the base slope smoothing,and the changes in sediment component.These changes may be related to human activities in the upstream such as sand excavation,reclamation,and so on

    针对非线性对象,提出一种线性化模糊内模自适应控制算法。该算法以一组模糊规则作为非线性对象内部模型,一条模糊规则表示一个局部线性系统;根据对象输入与输出测量值,利用TSK建模方法在线辨识局部模糊内部模型;同时依据辨识模型设计局部H2最优模糊控制规则,所有规则构成H2最优模糊控制器。仿真实验显示:该算法适用于非线性对象的控制,具有较好的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力。A control algorithm which aimed at nonlinear plant is proposed. The control scheme adopts a group of fuzzy rule sets as internal model of the nonlinear plant, where a fuzzy rule set represents a local linear system. This algorithm utilizes TSK modeling scheme to identify fuzzy internal model on line by using the input and output measurement of the plant; at the same time it designs local fuzzy control rule set of linear quadratic optimal ( H 2 ) based on the identified model and all fuzzy control sets consist of H 2 fuzzy controller. It is shown in the simulations that the proposed control method is suitable for nonlinear plant and possesses satisfactory robust performance and disturbance rejection ability

    从甘肃省张掖市黑河流域分离了一株不分枝的丝状绿藻,对其进行纯培养并保藏于中国科学院淡水藻种库,编号FACHB-2451。形态观察表明,该藻株具有相对较长的营养细胞(细胞长为宽的3~8倍)、双叶形的片状叶绿体、末端细胞顶端钝圆或略尖细等特征。结合形态比较和基于18SrDNA基因序列的系统发育分析,确定该藻株为中国淡水共球藻纲新记录属种———洪泛拟寇丽藻(Koliellopsis inundata Lokhorst)。分子系统发育研究结果表明,所分离的藻株与分离自比利时与荷兰边境农地的洪泛拟寇丽藻模式藻株序列相似度极高,且拟寇丽藻属与寇丽藻属、针丝藻属和拟针丝藻属等不分枝丝状拟寇丽藻科成员亲缘关系密切,可以较好地聚成一个亚支

    利用2011年1月厦门湾3个观测站声学多普勒流速剖面仪(AdCP)回波强度数据与现场水样采集反演出了悬沙浓度,并估算了单宽输沙量.经统计分析表明,厦门湾冬季1月份整体悬沙浓度较小,西海域悬沙浓度大于东海域,近水面悬沙浓度小,由表层到底层逐渐递增;而在时序分布上,悬沙浓度变化与潮流密切相关,呈现出往复运移的趋势,并且大潮期间的悬沙浓度大于小潮期间的悬沙浓度.此外,厦门湾内单宽输沙量一般在半潮面时最大,而在湾外,单宽输沙量在接近平潮或停潮时达到最大,冬季净输沙量整体较小.The suspended sediment concentration(SSC) and the sediment transport rate in Xiamen Bay were calculated,based on the backscattered signals observed by the acoustic doppler current profilers(ADCP),which had been calibrated against in situ bottle samples of the suspended sediment in January 2011.The statistical analyses show that the SSC of Xiamen Bay is low in January,and the SSC in Xiamen Western Bay is larger than the SSC in Xiamen Eastern Bay.The retrieval results also show regular vertical variation,that the SSC increases from the surface layer to bottom layer.Moreover,by analysis of time series,the SSC variations in a tidal cycle also have close relation with tidal currents.In addition,the high concentrations of suspended sediment coincide with the stronger tidal currents due to the tidal dispersion and vertical mixing.Furthermore,the net sediment transport is low in winter and sediment transport rate reaches its maximum in a tidal cycle at half-tide level in the inner bay of Xiamen,while the maximum of sediment transport rate is at slack tide in the outer bay.福建省科技厅专项经费项目(2010Y0064); 厦门市海洋与渔业局专项经费项
