    报道了一种新的氮杂核苷类似物:羟乙基吡咯烷酮尿嘧啶(8)的合成.以丁二酐和2-氨基乙醇为原料,经酰化、环合、还原及烃氧基化反应制得1-乙酰氧乙基-5-乙氧基-2-吡咯烷酮(6),在四氯化钛存在下与三甲基硅尿嘧啶缩合,得到乙酰氧乙基吡咯烷酮尿嘧啶(7),在氨-甲醇体系中去乙酰基得到目的物:羟乙基吡咯烷酮尿嘧啶(8).Synthesis of a novel aza nucleoside analogue, 1 (1 (2 hydroxyethyl) 2 pyrrolidon 5 yl) uracil (8), was described. The intermediate (6) was obtained by acylation of 2 aminoethanol with succinic anhydride,followed by cyclization, reduction and alkoxylation. Condensation of (6) with TMSU in presence of TiCl 4 produced 1 (1 (2 acetoxyethyl) 2 pyrrolidon 5 yl) uracil (7). Deacylation of (7) gave final product (8).国家自然科学基金;教育部优秀年青教师基金

    以对羟基苯甲醛,甲基丙烯酰氯及对溴苯胺为原料合成侧链型SCHIf碱液晶单体n-对甲基丙烯酰氧基-苄亚甲基-对溴苯亚胺,并以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂进行溶液聚合.改进单体合成法,使反应总产率达到40%以上.探讨了引发剂浓度,单体浓度对聚合轻化率及液晶聚合物相行为的影响.用dSC,热台偏光显微镜对聚合产物进行了考察.聚合物表现出50~60℃的热致液晶温度区间The monomer of N (p methacryloyloxy benzylidene) p bromo phenylimine(M ABBP) has been synthesized.The total yield of improved M ABBP′s synthesis increased From 20%,at least,to 40%.The polymerization has been carried out in THF with AIBN as initiator.The eFFects of initiator and monomer concentration on polymerization have been investigated.By hot stage polorizing microscopy and diFFerential scanning calorimetry,the products of polymerzation have been characterized.The results showed that the polymers of MABBP showed the behavior of the rmotropic liquid crystal in the temperature range of 50~60 K

    对具有n-(对甲基丙烯酰氧基苄叉基)取代苯胺骨架的一系列侧链型SCHIf碱液晶单体合成进行了研究,苯胺环上的取代基为卤素、强吸电子基及大体积基团,考察了取代基对液晶性质的影响。当取代基为4-氯,4-溴时,单体呈狭窄之液晶区间,而2,4-二氯取代物则无液晶性。当苯胺环上带有4-苯基的单体时,都呈宽的液晶区间。同时还对相应单体的自由基聚合及聚合物的相行为进行了研究。The synthesis and polymerization of several homologous SchiFF bases with basic skeleton of N (p methacryloyloxy benzylidene) anilines have been investigated.The monomers, with p chloro, p bromoaniline moiety, show very narrow mesomorphism.The monomers, these with 2,4 dichloro and p nitro substitutent do not exhibit mesomorphism.The monomeric SchiFF bases with biphenyl moiety, N (p methacryloyloxy benzlidene) p aminobithenyl, show a wide temperature range of mesophase and high thermostability.Chemical structures of these compounds were determined by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis.Their liquid crystal properties were tested by hotstage microscopy and deFFerential scanning calorimetry. The radical polymerization of some monomers also has been examined.The polymers exhibit liquid crystalline behavior although the mesogenic side chains are directly Fixed to the polymethacrylate backbone
