    益气化痰方对抑郁模型大鼠行为学的影响

    目的:观察比较中药复方益气化痰方不同剂量配比对抑郁模型大鼠行为学的影响。方法:雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、益气化痰Ⅰ组、益气化痰Ⅱ组,以孤养加慢性轻度不可预见性应激方法建立大鼠抑郁症模型,采用Open-Field法、1%蔗糖水消耗实验及体重变化观察抑郁模型大鼠的行为学变化。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠糖水消耗量明显减低,水平得分、垂直得分、修饰次数和大便颗粒数均明显下降,且体重增长缓慢,有显著性差异(P<0.05);与模型组相比,益气化痰Ⅰ组、益气化痰Ⅱ组均能够不同程度增加糖水消耗量、垂直得分、大便颗粒、修饰次数和体重,较模型组有显著性差异(P<0.05);且益气化痰Ⅰ组改善作用更明显。结论:益气化痰方能有效的改善抑郁模型大鼠的行为学变化;其中补气药作用明显优于化痰药

    Electrochemical Nanofabrication Using Polyacrylamide Hydrogel as Soft Stamps

    电化学刻蚀使用腐蚀性小的电解质溶液,且溶液可使用周期长,是一种环境友好的加工工艺.本文采用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(PAg)作为软印章,辅以优化工艺,将电化学湿印章技术(E-WETS)的加工精度从几十微米提高到了200纳米.将新配制的聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶浇注在具有纳米结构的软模板表面,固化后脱模并保存于0.2MOl·l-1kCl溶液中,在合适电位和压力下,对硅片表面金膜进行电化学湿法刻蚀,分别研究了聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶的聚合条件、电化学加工电位以及水凝胶表面压力对加工结果的影响.实验表明,在最优条件下可加工出直径为200纳米的特征点阵结构,且该方法具有较好的可靠性和稳定性。The fabrication resolution of electrochemical wet stamping was enhanced to several hundred nanometers from several ten micrometers by using polycarylamide gel(PAG) as soft stamps and through optimized processes.The PAG stamp was cured on a nanopatterned soft mold and soaked with 0.2 mol.L-1 KCl solution,then contacted with a silicon wafer with gold film and applied with electric field.And the gold nanopatterns were achieved by the selective anodic dissolving,the diameter of fabricated gold spot was around 200 nm.The parameters which affected the fabrication processes have been discussed in detail.supportedbyNationalScienceFoundationofChina(No.91123002); InnovationMethodFundofChina(No.2010IM040100); NationalInstrumentationProgram(No.2011YQ030124

    Experimental Investigations on Interaction of Two Drops by Thermocapillary-Buoyancy Migration

    Experiments were performed, in a terrestrial environment, to study the migration and interaction of two drops with different diameters in matrix liquid under temperature gradient field. Pure soybean oil and silicon oil were used as matrix liquid and the drop liquid, respectively. The information on the motions of two drops was recorded by CCD camera system in the experiments to analyze the trajectories and velocities of the drops. Our experiments showed that, upon two drops approaching each other, the influence of the larger drop on the motion of the smaller one became significant. Meanwhile the smaller drop had a little influence on the larger one all the time. The oscillation of migration velocities of both drops was observed as they were approaching. For a short period the smaller drop even moved backward when it became side by side with the larger one during the migration. Although our experimental results on the behavior of two drops are basically consistent with the theoretical predictions, there are also apparent differences. 2006 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.     Experimental Investigation on Thermocapillary Drop Migration at Large Marangoni Number in Reduced Gravity

    Results from a space experiment on thermocapillary drop migration conducted on board the Chinese spacecraft ShenZhou-4 are presented in this paper. In the experiment, isolated drops of Fluorinert liquid moved in a matrix liquid of 5cst silicone oil at values of the Marangoni numbers (Ma) ranging up to 5500 and the interferometry images showed the temperature distribution inside the test cell. The drop migration velocity was measured. The experimental results show that the scaled drop migration velocity V/VYGB obviously decreases with Ma increasing the values up to 5500. The space experimental results are also compared with those from our early experiments, other space experiments, and some theoretical predictions
