    Research on Simulation System of 3D Orchid Flower Blossoming Process

    我国的国花——兰花类属繁多,形态各异,目前尚未有人对其进行花开仿真研究。通过研究兰花植物学知识,以几种不同形态特征的兰花为虚拟建模对象,分析其器官形态特点,提出基于器官模型库的带随机值参数变换算法,建立器官模型库,并通过适当的变换,得到形态各异的兰花器官,根据兰花生长规律,采用不同的分段参数控制各器官生长,通过项目实践,证明了此方法能逼真地模拟兰花动态生长。同时加入了良好的交互功能,使用户能体验兰花的不同形态及在不同场景中摆放的效果。系统对7种兰花进行了模拟,在展会中通过该系统,销售额增加了10%。As the national flower of China, orchid has various kinds of types and shapes, and its bloom process has never been simulated before.A model library of orchid organs was established and a transformation algorithm with random-valued parameters was proposed based on the model library of orchid organs by studying botanical knowledge of orchids and taking orchids with different morphological characteristics as research subjects for virtual modeling.Different segmental transformations were respectively performed on each organ of orchids to simulate growth of the organs according to the growth law of orchids.Different examples for simulating different type of orchids were provided to illustrate the realistic of dynamic growth of orchid by using the transformation algorithm.Meanwhile, the positive user interactive function of the simulation system enabled users to experience different orchids in different scenarios.Seven species of orchids were simulated in the system, and sales volume of orchids increased by 10% at the exhibition by using the system.福建省中青年教师教育科研项目(JB14210); 福建省科技重大专项(2013HZ0004-1

    Prokaryotic community structures in biogas plants with swine manure

    采集了中国不同地区的13个猪粪原料沼气工程系统的沼液,利用16S rrnA基因扩增子高通量测序技术研究了原核微生物群落组成及多样性。结果表明,fIrMICuTES是猪粪原料沼气工程系统中的主导微生物,其次为bACTErOIdETES、PrOTEObACTErIA和CHlOrOflEXI。在相似的温度条件下,铵态氮与磷酸盐的比例是影响猪粪原料沼气工程系统原核微生物群落结构及多样性的主要因素。较高的铵磷比会富集fIrMICuTES门的菌群,尤其是ClOSTrIdIuM SEnSu STrICTO属;而较低的铵磷比则有利于bACTErOIdETES和PrOTEObACTErIA。不同营养类型产甲烷菌对高浓度铵态氮耐受程度不同(氢营养型产甲烷菌>METHAnOSArCInA>METHAnOSAETA),影响着产甲烷菌群落组成。产甲烷菌和互营菌的群落组成是影响沼气发酵产气效率的重要生物因素,高比例的氢型产甲烷菌和丙酸互营菌更有利于提高产甲烷效率。Slurry samples from 13 industrial biogas plants using swine manure as raw substrate were collected from different regions in China.The prokaryotic community compositions were investigated using 16S rRNA amplicon high-throughput sequencing technique.The results showed that Firmicutes was the most abundant phylum in these biogas plants, followed by Bacteroidetes, Proteobacteria and Chloroflexi.The ratio of ammonium to phosphate was the main factor affecting prokaryotic community structure and diversity for similar temperatures and substrates.A high ratio of ammonium to phosphate enriched Firmicutes, especially the genus Clostridium sensu stricto, while Bacteroidetes and Proteobacteria preferred a low ratio.Ammonium influenced the compositions of methanogens since their tolerance degrees to ammonium were different(hydrogenotrophic methanoges > Methanosarcina > Methanosaeta).Community compositions of methanogens and syntrophs were the most important biotic factors affecting biogas production rate.Biogas production rate could be increased by increasing the abundances of hydrogenotrophic methanoges and syntrophic propionate-oxidizing bacteria.国家重点基础研究发展计划项目(2013CB733502); 国家自然科学基金项目(41301271;41271260)~

    目前便携式AUV控制器大多以X86架构处理器为核心,体积大、集成度低、功耗高。依据AUV控制系统需求,设计了以ARM Cortex-A9系列I.MX6Q CPU为核心,集成电源、GPIO、串口扩展、网卡扩展、AD采集、CAN接口多个模块的电路为硬件平台,嵌入式Linux操作系统为软件运行环境的便携式AUV控制器。在硬件上对控制器进行了定制化设计,在软件上对各模块进行了Linux设备驱动设计与移植。经测试结果表明,该控制器有效地解决了AUV电子舱占用体积大,集成度低,功耗高的问题,而且性能可靠,为便携式AUV实现产品化打下了良好的基础。Today,the controller of most portable AUV is designed based on X86 architecture processor. It has a large volume,low integration,high power consumption. Based on the requirements of AUV control system,the controller of the portable AUV was designed which chooses I.MX6Q CPU of ARM Cortex-A9 series as the hardware core, chooses circuit which integrates power supply,GPIO,serial port expansion,net extension,AD sampling,and CAN interface modules into an organic whole as the hardware platform and chooses the embedded Linux operation system as software running environment. The controller is designed customized on the hardware and the Linux device driver of each module is designed or transplanted on the software. By the test results show that this controller can not only solve the problem of AUV electronic cabin occupies large volume,low level of integration,and high power consumption effectively,but also the modules has reliable performance.
