    Compositional Quantitation and Brand Identification of Beer via NMR Approach Combined with Multivariate Statistical Analysis

    利用核磁共振技术检测福建产青岛、雪花、雪津麦之初和惠泉一麦等4种不同品牌啤酒的化学组分,结合多元统计方法分析不同啤酒的主成分差异,获得麦芽糖、葡萄糖、丙氨酸、乙酸等26种主要差异组分。并结合2种重要风味物质甘氨酸、丙酮酸,定量分析这28种主要成分,获得不同类型啤酒之间的组成差异及它们对啤酒风味的影响;进而建立啤酒的Fisher判别模型,实现不同品牌啤酒的鉴别。本研究可以检测不同来源啤酒样品的差异化学成分及含量,又可为其他酒类的鉴定分类提供参考。In this study, the chemical components of four beer samples of different brands including Tsingtao, Snow, Xuejin and Huiquan were quantitatively analyzed using NMR spectroscopy, and their differential components were identified by multivariate statistical analysis. 26 differential components were obtained, including maltose, glucose, alanine and organic acids. Quantitative analysis of the 26 components plus 2 important flavoring components glycine and pyruvate acid were carried out to confirm the compositional differences between these four kinds of beer and to understand their influence on the special flavor of beer. Furthermore, Fisher classification discriminant model was successfully established for the identification of beer of different brands.     The Application of Metabolomics for Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

    妊娠期糖尿病(gdM)易造成子痫前期、羊水过多、巨大儿等多种并发症。目前在妊娠中晚期检测血糖筛查gdM,确诊患者接受治疗的时间短,母婴健康存在严重隐患。代谢组学(METAbOlOMICS)是一种定量考察生命系统受内外界刺激或基因修饰后的代谢应答规律的学科。将代谢组学的方法应用于gdM研究,有望实现gdM的早期诊断,理解gdM的致病机制,对gdM的防治和母婴预后都有重要的意义。综述代谢组学方法在gdM及相关疾病研究中的应用。Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) easily lead to some complications,such as preeclampsia,polyhydramnios,macrosomia,and so on.The traditional diagnostic protocols for GDM mainly rely on detecting elevated glucose levels in blood,often late in the second trimester.Therefore the treatment time for the patients is not enough and the serious risk to maternal and child health raise.Metabolomics is an approach that investigates the metabolic responses of living systems to internal or external stimuli or genetic modification.The application of metabolomics to GDM research will help to interpret the pathogenesis of GDM.In addition,it can also provide the theoretical and experimental support for prevention and treatment of GDM as well as the prognosis of mothers and their infants.The characteristics of the common detection methods and the metabolomics studies of GDM were analyzed and compared in detail in this paper,and the metabolomic studies in GDM was further reviewed.国家自然科学基金(81201143;81371639); 中央高校基本科研业务费(2013121007

    基于~1H-NMR的中西药干预Wilson病铜负荷大鼠肝损伤代谢组学研究

    目的从代谢组学角度探讨中西药对Wilson病(WD)铜负荷大鼠模型肝损伤代谢网络的干预机制。方法 105只大鼠按照随机数字表分为7组,每组15只,分别为对照组、模型组、肝豆灵组、青霉胺组、谷胱甘肽组、SB203580组、SB203580肝豆灵组,按照文献方法复制Wilson病铜负荷大鼠模型,共计12周。从第7周开始,各干预组予以等效剂量相应药物,对照组和模型组予以等容量生理盐水灌胃,直至模型复制结束。采用~1H-NMR代谢组学技术结合多元统计方法,阐述Wilson病肝损伤的肝脏代谢轮廓变化及分析不同治法对其生物标志物的干预作用。结果 WD铜负荷大鼠模型肝脏发生明显纤维化改变,不同方法干预后肝纤维化可不同程度减轻。WD铜负荷大鼠模型肝脏酮体代谢含量升高,肌酸含量下降;青霉胺干预后,谷胱甘肽、天冬氨酸盐、肌酸、氨基酸、缬氨酸、酪氨酸、组氨酸、嘧啶、嘌呤含量上升;SB203580肝豆灵组,肌酸上升,甲胺下降;谷胱甘肽及SB203580组,谷胱甘肽、缬氨酸、组氨酸、嘧啶、嘌呤含量上升。结论中西医不同干预方法影响WD铜负荷大鼠肝脏组织谷胱甘肽、肌酸、酮体、氨基酸、嘧啶、嘌呤代谢,并有调节以上小分子物质代谢紊乱的作用,进而对WD铜负荷大鼠肝损伤有一定的修复作用。国家自然科学基金面上项目(No.81774299)安徽省自然科学基金面上项目(No.170805MH199)~
