    Method of error compensation for precise grinding the helical rotor tooth profile

    针对成形法精密磨削加工螺杆转子螺旋面的问题,研究了螺杆转子加工过程中由工艺系统误差产生的齿廓加工误差的补偿方法。提出了一种基于首件转子磨削后的齿; 廓测量误差,进行预处理再修整砂轮的新算法。使用处理后的补偿数据对砂轮修整后,加工误差明显减小与收敛,大大提高了磨削转子的齿廓制造精度。Aiming at the process of the machining screw rotor helical surface by; forming precision grinding, the compensation method of tooth profile; error caused by the process system error in the process of screw rotor; machining is researched.     清洁能源发展、二氧化碳减排与区域经济增长

    中国现在是世界上最大的石油进口国和二氧化碳排放国,积极发展清洁能源对于保障能源安全、控制二氧化碳排放和实现绿色经济增长具有重要现实意义。而清洁能源发展对二氧化碳减排的作用到底有多大?需要大量资金投入的清洁能源发展能否促进经济增长?这是各级政府管理部门和相关学者关注的焦点。为了回答这两个关键问题,本文基于中国30个省区市1979—2016年的真实数据和2017—2030年的预测数据构成的面板数据,运用非参数可加回归模型深入探究清洁能源发展对区域经济增长和二氧化碳排放的线性和非线性影响。研究结果显示:单纯从线性角度来看,清洁能源发展没有起到显著减少二氧化碳排放和促进经济增长的作用。但是,这并不代表清洁能源在不同发展阶段对二氧化碳减排和经济增长的积极影响也是有限的。非线性结果表明:在不同发展阶段,清洁能源发展对东中西三大区域二氧化碳排放和经济增长的影响差异明显。因此,中央和各地方政府应该根据清洁能源在不同发展阶段发挥的不同作用、因时施策,以充分发挥清洁能源发展在二氧化碳减排和经济增长中的促进作用

    可转位刀片的传统磨削加工大多采用恒进给量控制法,若工件的余量不均、材质不均、磨削速度较高、砂轮的切削性能较差时,在进给速度较大时,将对工件的加工表面质量产生不良影响,如表面粗糙度增大,工件表面烧伤和产生微裂纹,砂轮磨损加剧,砂轮轴变形,甚至砂轮崩裂。若降低进给速度势必会影响加工效率。自适应加工技术是解决上述问题的重要途径,论文讨论了应用该技术对影响加工效率和精度的切削力、转矩、功率、刀具磨损、尺寸精度、和表面粗糙度等物理量进行检测、建模、提取特征,对进给速度、主轴转速等工艺参数进行实时控制,使机床的工艺系统在高效加工中处于最佳状态。Mostly,the traditional method of grinding indexable insert is to keep constant feed rate.If the allowance of workpiece was uneven,the material was nonuniform,the speed of grinding was high and cutting performance of grinding wheel was poor,a large feed rate would exert a bad effect on the quality of manufacturing.For example,surface roughness would increase,surface would burn and emerge tiny fissures,grind wheel wear would exacerbate,shaft would distort,even crack.However,if you reduce the feed rate,efficiency will certainly be low.Self-adaptive manufacturing technology is an important way to solve those problems above.The technology detects,builds up models and extracts characteristics of physical quantities,such as force,torque,power,tool wear,dimensional accuracy and surface roughness which affect processing efficiency and precision.Then,it keeps feed rate,spindle speed and other parameters in real-time control to ensure the best condition.国家“高档数控机床与基础制造装备”科技重大专项资助(2010ZX04001-162

    Study on γ-Aminopropyltrimethoxysilane Films on Transition Metal Surfaces

    本文对在过渡金属铁、镍电极表面制备得到的γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(γ-APS)膜进行了研究。实验中对硅烷膜用X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)、现场表面增强拉曼散射光谱(SERS)和原子力显微镜(AFM)进行了表征。X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)的结果发现存在两个N1s峰,表明γ-APS膜中的氨基有两种存在方式:自由氨基和质子化氨基。实验中还发现现场表面增强拉曼散射光谱(SERS)是研究金属/γ-APS体系中界面层结构非常有效的手段,SERS结果表明硅醇羟基和氨基发生了竞争吸附,且γ-APS分子在外加电位等条件的影响下吸附状态会发生一定变化。原子力显微镜(AFM)的表征结果在微观上显示电极表面的γ-APS膜上形成了一种较规则的微孔结构,这种结构可能与基底的性质有关。The films of γaminopropyltrimethoxysilane (γAPS) prepared on transition metal(iron and nickel electrode) surfaces were studied. The silane films were characterized by Xray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), insitu Surfaceenhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS), atom force microscopy (AFM). XPS results of γAPS modified electrodes showed the presence of two nitrogen binding energy peaks indicating the presence of the amine in two different states, the free amine and the protonated state. It has been found that the insitu surfaceenhanced Raman spectroscopy are useful for diagnosing the structure of the γAPS/metal interface. Results of SERS indicated that the silanol and amino groups adsorbed competitively on the metal surfaces. At the same time, the electrode potential has great influence on the nature of adsorption of these head groups. The films of γAPS on electrode surfaces was characterized by atom force microscopy and showed a kind of regular porous structure on the microscopic scale, it may due to the roughness of the electrode surfaces
