    研究了添加剂CE4+对化学镀镍磷合金镀层性能与结构的影响.结果表明,大多数合金镀层是非晶态结构,经400℃热处理1H后,镀层转变为晶态,均出现了nI和nI3P的衍射峰.差热分析表明,加入稀土元素后获得的非晶镀层相变温度有所提高,热稳定性增加.同时,合金镀层中立方nI的晶粒尺寸随镀液中CE4+浓度增大有所增加,但添加剂CE4+却使四方nI3P物相的晶粒尺寸降低较多,这些结果表明CE4+的加入对nI-P合金镀层中各物相的影响不同.The effect of additive agent Ce--4+ on the coating of electroless NiP was studied.The results show that the coatings exist in form of amorphous as plated.The coatings become crystalline state and the diffraction peaks of cubic Ni and tetragonal Ni_3P appears in the diffraction spectra of the coatings after heat-treated at 400℃ for 1 h.DSC analysis shows that the temperature of phase change rises and thermal stability of coating increases because of addition of Ce--4+ to electroless bath.At meantime, grain size of cubic Ni in coating increases as the concentration of Ce--4+ increases in electroless baths.But the grain size of tetragonal Ni3P greatly decreases because of addition of Ce--4+ to electroless bath.These results show that the effect of Ce--4+ on various phases of coating are different.国家自然科学基金;博士后科学基

    NiMoPTFE Electrode: Preparation and Catalytic Property on Electrooxidation of Methanol

    在0.22MOl/l硫酸镍,0.06MOl/l钼酸钠,0.3MOl/l柠檬酸钠,30g/lPTfE乳液,0.1g/lfC-400表面活性剂的电解液(PH=9)中,于温度45℃,通以10MA/CM2的电流,在纯Cu片上沉积出nI-MO-PTfE复合沉积层,Xrd、XPS表征结果表明,该复合沉积层属立方晶系,其点阵型式为面心点阵f,晶胞参数A为0.3573nM,镍钼合金为固溶体结构,其(111)织构度TC(111)为68%,表明该沉积层呈(111)择优取向.沉积层表面的氟以(Cf2)n的形式存在,SEM观察结果表明沉积层含有PTfE时表面的粗糙度增大.镍-钼-PTfE复合电沉积过程经历吸附态物种氢氧化镍和钼的氧化物,它们继续捕获电子被还原为镍钼合金,PTfE粒子以包埋的形式沉积于镀层中.循环伏安结果表明该复合电极在nAOH溶液中对甲醇的电氧化具有催化活性.NiMoPTFE composite electrode was obtained From a mixture containing 022 mol/L NiSO4·6H2O, 006 mol/L Na2MoO4·2H2O, 03 mol/L Na3C6H5O7·2H2O, 30 g/L PTFE and 01 g/L FC400 surFactant (pH=9) in 45 ℃ with current density of 10 mA/cm2.XRD of the composite deposit reveals that it is a Face centered cubic solid solution and exhibits (111) preFerred orientation.Xray photoelectron energy spectra of the composite deposit indicate that Fluorine exists in Form of (CF2)n.SEM showed the larger surFace roughness of the electrode.The mechanism of NiMoPTFE composite electrodeposition has been discussed.The cyclic voltammetric study showed that the electrocatalytic activity of NiMoPTFE electrode on methanol oxidation is bigger than that of NiMo electrode.国家自然科学基

    研究了3种稀土元素lA、nd和Eu对化学沉积过程的影响。结果表明,于化学镀镍液中添加10--(-3)%lA可使化学沉积速度增大;nd也可加快化学沉积速度;而Eu却使化学沉积速度降低。添加适当浓度的稀土元素,还可改善化学镀镍层的耐磨性和抗腐蚀性能。The eFFect of rare earths La, Nd an Eu on electroless deposition was studied.The results showed that the rate of electroless deposition increased when 10 ppm La were added into electroless bath.Nd increased the rate of electroless deposition too, but Eu decreased the rate.At mean time, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating were increased by adding certain concentration of rare earths in electroless bath

    Mechanism and Texture of Ni Mo Alloy Electrodeposition

    在组成为:0.22mol/L硫酸镍、0.06mol/L钼酸钠和0.3mol/L柠檬酸钠的溶液,于纯铜片上采用恒电流沉积,所得Ni-Mo合金沉积层经X射线衍射测定,结果表明在温度为25℃~50℃,电流密度为10mA·cm-2~30mA·cm-2范围,Ni-Mo合金沉积层表现为(111)择优取向.循环伏安和电位阶跃实验表明镍钼合金电结晶过程按照连续成核和三维生长方式进行.Ni-Mo合金电沉积过程的电化学交流阻抗谱表明Ni-Mo共沉积过程经历了吸附中间产物步骤,由于吸附态物种氢氧化镍和钼的氧化物将阻化晶粒(111)晶面的生长,从而使镍钼沉积层表现为(111)择优取向.Ni Mo alloy deposits with (111) preferred orientation was obtained in a solution of 0.22 mol/L NiSO 4·6H 2O, 0.06 mol/L Na 2MoO 4·2H 2O and 0.3 mol/L Na 3C 6H 5O 7·2H 2O in temperature from 25℃ to 50℃,and current densities ranged from 10 mA·cm -2 to 30 mA·cm -2 . The electrodeposition of Ni Mo alloy was studied by cylic voltammetry and potential step experiment. It was shown that Ni Mo alloy is formed by mechanism involving progressive nucleation followed by three dimensional growth of the metal centres. The complex plane impedance plots indicate codeposition of Ni Mo alloy involves the intermediate adion.
