Preparation of potassium diformate by methyl formate and potassium hydroxide

〔報告〕日光の歴史的建造物で採取した虫糞調査:シバンムシ科甲虫各種間の虫糞形状比較
Since life period of adult Anobiidae is short in general,it is difficult to find live adults during visual survey on site. However,holes and insect feces can sometimes give information of activity and probable species. Feces of major wood-boring insects were collected in the large-scale survey of historic buildings in Nikko conducted in 2010. Five species of Anobiidae were found in the survey: Priobium cylindricum, Trichodesma japonicum, Sculptotheca hilleri, Hadrobregmus pertinax and Oligomerus japonicus. Insect feces of 4 of these species were collected from damaged wood and observed. It was found that feces of Priobium cylindricum and those of Hadrobregmus pertinax are similar and they appear powdery to the naked eye but a closer look reveals them to be irregular in shape. Feces of Trichodesma japonicum are very similar to feces of Nicobium hirtum, but generally bigger in size. Feces of Sculptotheca hilleri also appear powdery to the naked eye, and when they were observed under a microscope it was found that many were globular shaped. As feces of Sculptotheca hilleri have characteristic shape and size when compared with those of other species of Anobiidae,it is likely to identify them from feces alone. Information other than those of feces, such as the sizes of holes and distribution of insects, need to be taken into consideration when making more precise identification although insect feces can provide good clues for insect identification
神经导航在颅内胶质瘤显微手术的应用
目的 评价神经导航在颅内胶质瘤显微手术的应用价值。方法 应用神经导航系统进行颅内胶质瘤显微手术 30例。结果 用神经导航系统进行胶质瘤及其周围解剖结构定位准确 ,平均注册误差 (2 .5± 0 .4 )mm。术后近期复查CT或MR证实胶质瘤全切率 83.3% ,手术时间和住院日较常规开颅手术缩短。结论 (1)神经导航定位精确 ,有助于手术计划的精确实施。 (2 )实时导航颅内胶质瘤显微手术 ,有助于达到微侵袭效果和提高胶质瘤全切除率。 (3)摸索一套减少靶点漂移的经验
间充质细胞外泌体促进小鼠胰岛内皮细胞血管生成的研究
目的探讨间充质细胞(MSC)外泌体对低氧条件下胰岛内皮细胞(MS-1)血管生成的影响。方法 MSC无血清低氧条件培养48 h,超滤离心法富集条件培养基中的外泌体,采用电镜和Western Blot的方法进行鉴定;通过血管形成试验比较分析不同条件下:常氧培养组(NOR组,21%O2、5%CO2)、低浓度氧培养组(HYP组,2%O2、5%CO2)、外泌体+低浓度氧共培养组(HYP+EXO组,2%O2、5%CO2),MS-1细胞的血管形成能力;image J软件分析血管形成长度;PCR、Q-PCR检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF) RNA水平的表达,Western Blot检测VEGF、HIF1α蛋白水平表达以及mTOR信号通路激活情况。采用单因素方差分析和SNK-q检验统计学分析。结果超滤离心法富集的MSC条件培养基中的外泌体,大小为30~100 nm,表达CD9,CD63,CD81等外泌体表面标志物;血管形成试验结果显示,低氧促进MS-1血管生成,HYP+EXO组形成明显的血管网状结构;HYP+EXO组血管形成相对长度(2386.0±137.7)像素与NOR组(393.3±174.2)像素和HYP组(1467.0±230.0)像素相比增强,差异有统计学意义(t=12.30,P=0.0065;t=15.74,P=0.0040); PCR结果显示,HYP+EXO组VEGF相对表达量(20.26±9.972)较常氧对照组(1.000)和低氧组(6.521±3.501)均增强,差异有统计学意义(t=5.462,P=0.0009;t=4.238,P=0.0038);同时,Western Blot结果显示VEGF蛋白水平表达升高,HIF1-α表达上调,mTOR发生磷酸化。结论 MSC外泌体可促进低氧条件下的小鼠胰岛内皮细胞血管生成。MSC外泌体可能通过上调HIF1-α,调节VEGF表达,激活mTOR信号通路,促进胰岛内皮细胞血管生成。国家自然科学基金青年项目(81601618);;福建省自然科学基金面上项目(2016J01582、2016J01580、2018J01349);;福建省科技创新联合资金重大项目(2017Y9127
Study on odor response patterns of patients with exterior syndrome based on electronic nose technology
目的:运用电子鼻技术探讨表证患者口腔呼气的气味图谱特征。方法:选择表证患者(青年学生)114例和健康青年学生255名,运用基于薄膜型气体传感器阵列技术的医用电子鼻(nAnOfIlM-EnOSE MEdICAl001)采集口腔呼气的气味图谱,以响应曲线的振幅和上升斜率作为曲线特征,分析表证患者及其寒热病性的图谱特征。结果:1表证患者的气味图谱响应曲线A、b、d、E、g、H的振幅和上升斜率均显著高于健康学生(P<0.05,P<0.01)。2表寒证和表热证患者的气味图谱响应曲线A、b、d、E、g、H的振幅均显著高于健康学生(P<0.05,P<0.01)。3表寒证患者的气味图谱响应曲线A、b、d、g的上升斜率显著高于健康学生(P<0.05,P<0.01)。表热证患者的气味图谱响应曲线A、b、d、E、g、H的上升斜率显著高于健康学生(P<0.05,P<0.01)。4表热证患者的气味图谱响应曲线A、b、d、E、H的振幅和上升斜率均显著高于表寒证患者(P<0.05)。结论:表证患者口腔呼气的气味较健康人浓烈,且表热证患者气味变化较表寒证患者更明显,本电子鼻能够较为敏感和准确地辨识表证患者口腔呼气的气味特征及其寒热病性,电子鼻技术的发展可为中医嗅诊客观化研究提供手段和方法。Objective: To explore the odor response pattern characteristics of oral breath of patients with exterior syndrome by electronic nose.Methods: 114 patients with exterior syndrome(young students) and 255 healthy young students were observed.Odor response patterns of oral breath were collected by the electronic nose(Nanofilm-Enose Medical001) based on a thin film of gas sensors array.The amplitude and rising slope of response curves were selected as curve characteristics to analyze pattern characteristics of exterior syndrome including exterior cold syndrome and exterior heat syndrome.Results: ①In odor response patterns of patients with exterior syndrome,the amplitudes and rising slopes of response curve A,B,D,E,G and H were significantly higher than those of healthy students(P<0.05,P<0.01).②In odor response patterns of patients with exterior cold syndrome and with exterior heat syndrome,the amplitudes of response curve A,B,D,E,G and H were significantly higher than those of healthy students(P<0.05,P<0.01).③In odor response patterns of patients with exterior cold syndrome,the rising slopes of response curve A,B,D and G were significantly higher than those of healthy students(P<0.05,P<0.01).In odor response patterns of patients with exterior heat syndrome,the rising slopes of response curve A,B,D,E,G and H were significantly higher than those of healthy students(P<0.05,P<0.01).④In odor response patterns of patients with exterior heat syndrome,the amplitudes and rising slopes of response curve A,B,D,E and H were significantly higher than those of patients with exterior cold syndrome(P<0.05).Conclusion: The odors of oral breath of patients with exterior syndrome were significantly stronger than those of healthy people.The odors of patients with exterior heat syndrome were significantly stronger than those of patients with exterior cold syndrome.This electronic nose could distinguish odor characteristics of oral breath of patients with exterior syndrome sensitively and accurately;and it could also distinguish odor characteristics of exterior cold syndrome from exterior heat syndrome.The development of electronic nose could provide a kind of new means for the study on the objectification of TCM smelling examination.国家自然科学基金项目(No.30901899); 福建省教育厅A类项目(No.JA09132)~
Chemical constituents of Vitis thunbergii var. taiwaniana
目的研究中国台湾传统中药材小叶山葡萄VITIS THunbErgII VAr.TAIWAnIAnA的化学成分。方法利用大孔树脂、SEPHAdEXlH-20、OdS及正相硅胶柱等色谱手段进行分离,通过多种波谱学数据分析进行单体化合物的结构鉴定。结果从小叶山葡萄60%乙醇提取物中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为白藜芦醇(1)、TrAnS-ε-VInIfErIn(2)、(7r,8r)-THrEO-4,7,9,9′-TETrAHydrOXy-3,3′-dIMETHOXy-8-O-4′-nEOlIgnAn 7-O-β-d-gluCOPyrAnOSIdE(3)、(7S,8r)-urOlIgnOSIdE(4)、SCHIzAndrISIdE(5)、VITISInA(6)、VITISIn b(7)、dAVIdIOl A(8)、3,5,4′-TrIHydrOXySTIlbEnE 4′-O-β-d-gluCOPyrAnOSIdE(9)、蛇葡萄素C(10)、(7r,8S)-dIHydrOdEHydrOdICOnIfEryl AlCOHOl 9-O-β-d-gluCOPyrAnOSIdE(11)、表儿茶素(12)。结论化合物3~5为首次从葡萄属中分离,化合物8、9、11、12为首次从小叶山葡萄中分离。Objective To study the chemical constituents in Vitis thunbergii var.taiwaniana specially grown in Taiwan,China.Methods The compounds were isolated by repeated HP20 macroporous adsorption resin column combined with Sephadex LH-20,ODS,and silica gel column chromatography.Their structures were identified on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data analysis and by comparison of their spectral data reported.Results Twelve compounds were identified as resveratrol(1),trans-ε-viniferin(2),(7R,8R)-threo-4,7,9,9′-tetrahydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy-8-O-4′-neolignan 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),(7S,8R)-urolignoside(4),schizandriside(5),vitisin A(6),vitisin B(7),davidiol A(8),3,5,4′-trihydroxystilbene 4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),ampelopsin C(10),(7R,8S)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11),and epicatechin(12).Conclusion Compounds 3—5 are separated from the plants of Vitis L.for the first time,and compounds 8,9,11,and 12 are separated from V.thunbergii var.taiwaniana for the first time.厦门市重大科技计划项目(3502Z20100006
