    Status on the diagnosis and treatment of BK virus infection

    BK病毒(BKV)属于人类多瘤病毒中的一个亚型。BKV在普通人群中隐性感染率高达80%。近年来,随着器官移植术的广泛开展以及强效免疫抑制剂的大量使用,在免疫抑制和免疫低下的人群中,由潜伏于体内的BKV重新被激活而引起的BKV相关肾病(BKVAN)、出血性膀胱炎、输尿管狭窄等疾病越来越受到医学界的关注。目前对BKV感染缺乏明确有效的预防措施及抗病毒药物,因此早期监测器官移植术后患者体内的BKV载量、减少免疫抑制剂的使用量、及时调整免疫抑制剂治疗方案并辅助使用其他抗病毒药物对预防BKV相关疾病的发生尤为重要。文章就BKV感染相关的疾病及其临床症状、生物学特征、感染机制以及当前国内外诊断及治疗研究现状进行综述。BK virus (BKV) belongs to a subtype of human polyomavirus. Recessive infection rate of BKV in general population is about 80%. With expanded use of organ transplantation in recent years where strong immunosuppression is essential,BKV associated nephropathy(BKVAN),hemorrhagic cystitis,ureterostenosis and other associated diseases due to the reactivation of latent BKV in immunosuppressed or immunocompromised populations are becoming more of a concern in medical community. Since the prevention measures and effective antiviral drugs for BKV are rather limited,the effective means for reducing BK associated morbidity and mortality due to BKV associated diseases are the early monitoring of viral loads,reducing the usage of immunosuppressant,adjusting immunosuppressant treatment regime and using adjuvant therapies. This review describes the clinical symptoms,biology,mechanisms and the advances in the diagnosis and treatment of BKV at home and abroad

    Supramolecular Helical Chirality of Schiff Base Copper(II) Complexes and Their Chiroptical Spectroscopy

    本文通过不同的手性二胺(pn = 1,2-丙二胺、chxn = 1,2-环己二胺、dpen =; 1,2-二苯基乙二胺)与脱氢乙酸(dha)缩合,获得了N_2O_2型手性席夫碱配体(dha-en),进而合成了相应的三对手性席夫碱Cu(II)络; 合物([Cu(dha-R/S-pn)](1a和1b)、[Cu(dha-R,R/S,S-chxn)](2a和2b)、[Cu(dha-R,R/S,S; -dpen)](3a和3b),对其进行的固体和溶液电子圆二色(ECD)及溶液振动圆二色(VCD)光谱测试表明,这些化合物在固体和溶液状态下的金属; 中心的主要配位模式和绝对构型基本一致。此外,通过单晶结构分析发现:对于络合物2a/2b以及3a/3b,中心金属Cu(II)除了与手性dha-en; 四齿配位外,还与相邻分子内酯环上的羰基发生弱的轴向配位形成一维超分子螺旋链,即实现了配位键构筑的席夫碱络合物的手性超分子自组装。本文对两对手性络; 合物2a/2b以及3a/3b的手性结构基元及其与超分子螺旋之间的关系进行了讨论。将本文所获实验VCD光谱数据与文献报道的相关数据进行比对分析,可; 以相互印证,并呈现一定的绝对构型关联规律且具有手性配位立体化学结构的指纹特征。Three pairs of N2O2-type Schiff base ligands were synthesized by condensing dehydroacetic acid (dha) with chiral 1,2-diaminopropane (pn), trans-1,2-diaminocyclohexane (chxn), and 1,2-diphenylethylenediamine (dpen). These chiral ligands were used to coordinate copper(II) ions to produce the corresponding Schiff base Cu(II) complexes: [Cu(dha-R/S-pn)] (1a and 1b), [Cu(dha-R,R/S,S-chxn)] (2a and 2b), and [Cu(dha-R,R/S,S-dpen)] (3a and 3b). Detailed analyses using electronic circular dichroism (ECD) and vibrational circular dichroism (VCD) spectroscopies reveal that these Schiff base Cu(II) complexes retain the main coordination modes and the absolute configurations of the metal centers, both in solution and the solid state. In addition, according to the crystal structures, the central Cu(II) ions of 2a/2b and 3a/3b were found to not only coordinate to the chiral dha-en ligands, but were also axially coordinated to the carbonyl groups of the contiguous lactonic rings, providing one-dimensional supramolecular helical chains through self-assembly. In this work, we deeply studied the relationship between the chiral coordination units and the supramolecular helical structures of 2a/2b and 3a/3b. By comparing our experiment VCD spectroscopic data with related VCD spectral features reported in the literature, a specific correlation between the VCD spectral properties and absolute configurations was investigated, which provided fingerprint characteristics for chiral coordination structure.National Natural Science Foundation of China [21273175

    Current Efficiency and Deposit Microhardness of Nickel-Tungsten Alloy Electrodeposition

    通过调节镀液中不同的 nI/ W 比例、温度和沉积电流密度,研究在焦磷酸盐体系中镍钨合金电沉积的电流效率、沉积层组成和显微硬度。实验结果表明:合金共沉积的电流效率不高。为了尽量提高合金的沉积电流效率,主要途径宜增大镀液中硫酸镍和钨酸钠的浓度;提高合金沉积电流密度,降低镀液中[ nI]/[ W] 比例,则镀层中的钨含量增大;合金沉积层的显微硬度随镀层中的 W 含量提高而增大。Current efficiency, deposit composition and microhardness of nickel-tungsten alloy electrodeposition in pyrophosphorus bath were studied by adjusting Ni/W ratio in plating solution, temperature and deposition current density.The results showed that the current efficiency of the alloy codeposition was not high.For the purpose to raise current efficiency as far as possible the suitable solution was to increase the concentration of nickel sulfate and sodium tungstate in the bath, Tungsten content in the alloy deposit can be increased by raising electrodeposition current density and decreasing [Ni]/[W] ratio in the plating solution.The microhardness of the alloy deposit increases with the raise of tungsten content in the deposit.国家自然科学基

    HYDROTHERMAL SYNTHESIS AND MAGNETIC PROPERTIES OF NANOSIZED NICKEL ZINC FERRITE POWDER

    用水热法分别在200℃和220℃下反应5h制备了纳米级镍锌铁氧体(Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4)粉体。用X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)分析合成的纳米Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4的物相,结果表明:200℃水热反应5h得到的纳米Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4粉体中含有γ-Fe2O3,220℃水热反应5h可以得到纯纳米Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4粉体。用透射电镜(transmission electronmicroscope,TEM)、Mssbauer谱(Mssbauer spectroscopy,MS)、Fourier红外分析(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)、振动样品磁强计(vibrating sample magnetometer,VSM)等方法表征纯纳米Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4粉体。TEM结果表明:纳米Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4粉体粒子为球形,粒径约为20nm。室温MS结果表明:大部分纳米Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4粉体粒子表现出铁磁性,少量的表现出超顺磁性。FTIR分析表明:样品在577cm-1和420cm-1处出现NiZn铁氧体的特征峰。磁滞回线结果表明:纳米Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4粉体粒子的饱和磁化强度为38.14A?m2/kg,剩磁为17.32A?m2/kg,矫顽力为29275.29A/m。Nanosized nickel zinc ferrite(Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4)powder was synthesized by the hydrothermal synthesis method at 200℃ and 220 ℃for 5h,respectively.An X-ray diffraction(XRD)was adopted for the characterization of Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 powder.It is concluded that the Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 powder containedγ-Fe2O3 when it is synthesized at 200 ℃for 5h,and pure Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 powder were prepared by the hydrothermal synthesis at 220 ℃for 5h.The pure powder was characterized by a transmission electron micro-scope(TEM),Mssbauer spectrum(MS),Fourier transform spectroscopy(FTIR),and magnometry using a vibrating sample magne-tometer(VSM).The TEM results show that Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles are round,and are about 20 nm in diameter.The MS results reveal that most of the Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles show ferromagnetism and a small quantity of Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 exhibit superpara-magnetic relaxation.The FTIR results show that the bands at 577 cm-1 and 420 cm-1 are the characteristic bands of NiZn ferrite.The saturated magnetization,remanence and coercivity of Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 powder are 38.14 A·m2/kg,17.32 A·m2/kg and 29 275.29 A/m,respectively.The powder exhibits good magnetic properties.深圳大学科研(4CHQ)资助项

    High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry for the Determination of Arsenic Content and Speciation in Enteromorpha

    使用高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱(HPlC-ICP-MS)联用技术对浒苔中的砷总量及其存在的化学形态进行分析。总量分析结果表明,青岛海域的浒苔样品中砷总量介于3.0~9.7μg/g之间。在总量测定的基础上,对浒苔样品的水煮提取液进行形态分析。结果表明,浒苔中主要含有无机五价砷和一种疑为砷糖的物质以及少量的二甲基胂酸(dMA)和无机三价砷。鉴于这些砷形态的毒性或潜在毒性,将其应用于食品及药物方面尚需谨慎。This study analyzed arsenic content and speciation in Enteromorpha sampled from various coastal zones of Qindao using high performance liquid chromatography coupled to inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(HPLC-ICP-MS).The results showed that the total arsenic content in Enteromorpha was ranged from 3.0 to 9.7 μg/g.The speciation analysis of hot water extract of Enteromorpha indicated that the major arsenic forms in Enteromorpha were inorganic quinquevalence arsenate and a substance suspected as arsenic sugar.Besides,there were small amounts of inorganic trivalence arsenite and dimethylarsenate(DMA) in the extract.Due to the toxicity or potential toxicity of these arsenic forms,it should be paid great caution in the application of Enteromorpha as a material for food and medicine.国家自然科学基金项目(20675021);海洋一所基本科研专项(GY-022008T32

    STUDY ON THE PROCESS of COPPER ELECTRODEPOSITION ON PLATINUM (111)

    采用0.001MOl/lCuSO4+0.5MOl/lH2SO4溶液体系,在PT单晶球电极作循环伏安曲线,得到Cu存在欠电位沉积和本体沉积两个阶段,利用电化学扫描隧道显微镜观察到在欠电位下Cu在PT(111)面上为单层平面生长,本体沉积为三维岛状生长,并随过电位升高,Cu的成核数目增加.用反射电子显微镜法也观察到高过电位时在PT(111)面上的岛状铜.证实了Cu在PT(111)面上的STrAnSkI—krASTAnOV生长机理C-V curves of copper electrodeposition on Pt(111) showed that there were two stages of underpotential and bulk deposition For copper electrodeposition process.Single layer growth at underpotential deposition and three dimensional nucleation growth at bulk deposition had been in situ observed by electrochemical scanning tunneling microscopy (ECSTM) at diFFerent potentials and times.The reFlection electron microscopy (REM) images also revealed three dimensional growth of Cu deposition at high overpotential.All of these results demonstrated Stranski-Krastanov growth mechanism of copper on Pt(111).国家自然科学基金!59471060;厦门大学固体表面物理化学国家重点实验室、中国科学院原子核分析研究室资
