    依据ITS rDNA序列探讨我国盾腹虫属种类的系统发育关系(英文)

    盾腹吸虫为寄生扁形动物中一小的类群。我国已报道7种盾腹吸虫,其中5种隶属于盾腹虫属(Aspidogastridae,Aspidogastrinae)。研究测定了在我国采集到的4种盾腹虫属吸虫的核糖体DNA转录内间隔区(ITSrDNA)序列,并分别采用邻接法和最大似然法构建分子系统发育树。结果显示,这4种盾腹吸虫的ITS-1和ITS-2序列的长度分别在728—877bp和518—645bp之间,其G+C含量分别在50.1%—52.3%和49.2%—52.2%范围内。4种盾腹吸虫的种间遗传距离在0.2%—2

    PDE/Scramjet组合循环发动机实验研究

    本文对一种新概念的PDE/Scramjet 组合循环发动机在自由射流推进风洞中进行了实验研究。着重研究了点火、凹腔对发动机性能的影响。实验发现, 由爆轰管尾部带来的大扩张结构需要强制点火才能保证超燃发动机的稳定燃烧。此外发动机侧面凹腔的引入,对性能有利也有弊,需要进一步权衡。本文还开展了PDE/Scramjet 的联合实验,由于PDE 燃料流量只有超燃发动机的1%左右,导致PDE 对整体发动机性能贡献很小。最后,本文还采用总压恢复模型对组合循环发动机的推力阻力进行了分析

    PREPARATION OF ACTIVATED CARBON FROM SAWDUST BY PHOSPHORIC ACID ACTIVATION

     在不同操作条件下制备得到各种活性炭,实验测定了相应的活性炭得率及活性炭的亚甲基蓝脱色力和苯酚吸附值。并分别研究了它们与活化实验的浸渍比、活化时间和活化温度之间的关系。实验结果表明,浸渍比是磷酸活化法制备活性炭的最重要的影响因素。综合考虑活性炭的得率和吸附性能受活化操作参数的影响规律,探讨了磷酸活化法生产木质活性炭的最优操作参数。在实验范围内,选择磷酸活化法生产木质活性炭的浸渍比100%~150%,活化温度500℃左右,活化时间60~90min比较适宜。在相对最优实验条件下制备所得到的活性炭的比表面积达到1536m2/g,微孔孔容和中孔孔容分别为0.581和0.267cm3/g。Activated carbons were prepared from sawdust by phosphoric acid activation under different operation conditions.The effects of operation parameters such as impregnation ratio,activation temperature and time on the adsorption properties of activated carbons were measured and analyzed in order to optimize these operation conditions.The experimental results show that under the experimental conditions studied,both the yield and the methylene blue decolo-(ration) of activated carbon can reach a relatively high value in the chemical activation process with the impregnation (ratio) of H_3PO_4/sawdust 100%-150%,activation temperature of 500 ℃ carbonized for 60-90 min which are the (optimum) activation conditions in making wooden activated carbon.The most important operation parameter in chemical activation with phosphoric acid was found to be the impregnation ratio.The porosity of activated carbon can be well-developed and a relatively high specific surface area of 1 536 m~2/g can be obtained under the optimized conditions

    Comparison of fertilizer-effect models on winter wheat response to nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers in saline soils in the Yellow River Delta

    通过大田试验, 研究了黄河三角洲盐碱土地区冬小麦合适的肥料效应模型。在冬小麦生长季设置4种不同的氮磷肥用量, 根据&ldquo;3414&rdquo;试验设计8 种不同的肥效试验处理, 以探讨线性加平台、一元二次、平方根和二元二次4 种不同模型的拟合效果。结果显示, 4 种肥料效应模型的拟合结果经检验都达到极显著水平 (P&lt;0.01)。在一元肥料效应模型中, 氮磷一元二次模型拟合效果最好, 最高收益分别为7 448.3 元&middot;hm-2 和7 357.7 元&middot;hm-2, 最佳经济氮磷用量分别为254.4 kg&middot;hm-2 和98.6 kg&middot;hm-2。对比一元与二元模型, 后者拟合效果较好, 最佳经济氮磷用量分别为244.1 kg&middot;hm-2 和94.2 kg&middot;hm-2, 即氮磷肥配比为2.6∶1, 经济效益为7 432.4 元&middot;hm-2, 氮肥农学利用率为6.2 kg(籽粒)&middot;kg-1(N), 磷肥农学利用率为13.8 kg(籽粒)&middot;kg-1(P2O5)。结合拟合度、最佳经济施肥量、经济收益、肥料农学利用率和一元模型的局限性分析得出, 二元二次肥料效应模型最优, 可作为黄河三角洲地区盐碱土冬小麦氮磷肥效模型的最佳选择。</p

    健康小鼠进食绣球菌对腹腔巨噬细胞分泌肿瘤坏死因子α的影响

    测定健康小鼠进食绣球菌对腹腔巨噬细胞分泌肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响.SPF级Balb/C健康小鼠分组进食普通饲料、分别含绣球菌饲料、干品、浸汁饮水或其添加物组合、分别含酵母β-葡聚糖饲料、浸汁饮水或其添加物组合;进食一定时间后,分离腹腔巨噬细胞,使用含质量分数10%胎牛血清的RPMI1640培养液培养,TNF-α试剂盒检测上清液中的TNF-α质量浓度.结果表明,强化进食绣球菌组合(绣球菌饲料+干品+浸汁)的小鼠与对照组或酵母β-葡聚糖组合(酵母β-葡聚糖饲料+浸汁)小鼠相比,体质量不升反降;分离的腹腔巨噬细胞培养6 d,酶联免疫吸附测定技术检测上清液TNF-α,其质量浓度远高于其它两组.研究提示,强化绣球菌进食组合能够提高健康小鼠免疫力,并可能有利于控制体质量.福建省自然科学基金资助项目(2013J01394);;吴阶平医学基金会临床科研项目(320.6750.15231);;空军军医大学国重开放课题(CBSKL201729);;福建省中医药大学校管课题(XB2015077

    Channel Capacity Analysis of Distributed MIMO Systems in Cabin
