    Study of Underwater Target Recognition for Torpedo Electromagnetic Fuse with High Detecting Precision

    鱼雷武器系统的主动电磁引信回波信号中蕴含着雷目交会过程重要特征信息。针对回波信号能量比较法受到直达场耦合成分和噪声影响的问题,提出了基于数字信号处理技术的目标特征提取算法。对接收天线的回波信号进行全相位二次补偿处理;采用短时傅里叶变换对目标回波信号进行包络解调;再利用改进的三次多项式最小二乘拟合方法,以抑制数据波动影响并提高计算效率;提出一种基于钟型脉冲的参数识别算法对回波包络极大值点进行估计。仿真和试验数据验证表明所提出方法具有一定的工程实用性。Characteristic information is hidden in the received signal of active torpedo electromagnetic fuse.The conventional burst controlling strategies based on energy-comparison are affected by ambient and electromechanical noises.The improved algorithms based on digital signal processing techniques are proposed.The received signals are first processed by all-phase compensation method to eliminate the direct coupling component,and then the residual signal is demodulated using STFT.An improved polynomial least mean square approximation method,which reduces the computation time,is presented for eliminating the side-effects brought by noise.A parametric estimation model base on bell-shape impulse is used to estimate the maximum of echo envelope.Simulation and trial data show that the proposed algorithm is effective and practical.国家自然科学基金项目(51275384、51275382); 国家科技重大专项(2010ZX04014-016

Methods Based on the biosynthetic pathway and metabolization mechanism of daptoomycin, combined antibiotics resistance screening method was applied to screen daptomycin high-producing strain from original strain of Streptomyces roseosporus ATCC 11379. Results A mutant strain D1000-S3-2 was obtained. The yield of daptomycin was 59 mg/L in fl ask by the mutant strain, which increased 63.8%, compared to that of the parental strain.     采自广东湛江湾海域软水母亚纲(Leptomedusae Claus,1877)、锥螅水母目(Conica Broch,1916)、和平水母科(Eirenidae Haeckel, 1879)、和平水母属(Eirene Eschscholtz,1829) 2新种,即大腺和平水母新种(E. macrogonia Huang, Sun et Liu,sp. nov.)和湛江和平水母新种(E. zhanjiangensis Huang, Zhang et Zao, sp.nov.)。其鉴别特征如下:(1)大腺和平水母,新种;伞扁于半球形,胶质中等厚;胃柄基部塔状,胃柄较长,伸出伞腔口外;垂管长度短于口唇,4个发达口唇边缘呈齿状皱褶;生殖腺发达波状弯曲,着生于辐管下伞部,从胃柄基部延伸到伞缘外;19~24条缘触手,5~8个缘疣,触手基部呈球状,无排泄乳突;每2条触手间或触手和缘疣间有1个平衡囊,每个平衡囊有1~2个平衡石;4条辐管,1条环管。(2)湛江和平水母,新种;伞半球形,胶质厚;胃柄基部呈塔形,末端变窄;垂管较长,约等于口唇长度,口唇边缘有齿状皱褶;生殖腺带状,从胃柄基部延伸至近伞缘;缘触手多,70~125条,触手基球有排泄乳突;平衡囊数目约为触手数的1/2;4条辐管,1条环管。国家海洋局海洋公益性科研专项(No.201505027

    Expression Analysis of a Stress Repressed Gene OsDSR4 from DUF966 Family and Generation of OsDSR4- overexpressing Transgenic Rice(Oryza sativa L. ssp. japonica)

    OSdSr4基因是duf966基因家族中的一个未知功能基因,目前其生物学功能尚不清楚。本研究生物信息学分析显示,OSdSr4基因CdnA全长2 167 bP,包含一个1 149 bP的开放阅读框(Orf),编码382个氨基酸,推测的蛋白中包含一个高度保守的duf966结构域;表达模式分析表明,OSdSr4主要在水稻(OryzA SATIVA l.SSP.JAPOnICA)的茎节间和叶片中表达,干旱、高盐和低温等非生物胁迫明显抑制了OSd Sr4的表达,而脱落酸(AbSCISIC ACId,AbA)则显著诱导了它的表达;利用重叠延伸PCr方法成功克隆了OSdSr4,并将其转化进水稻中,获得了32株超表达转基因植株。分子鉴定结果表明,该基因已被整合进水稻基因组中,并在部分转基因植株中实现了超量表达。本实验为进一步开展OSdSr4基因的生物学功能研究提供了基础资料。OsDSR4 is a gene of unkown function in DUF966 gene family,and the function of DUF966 family genes have not been reported until now.In this study,the bioinformatic analysis showed that the cDNA of OsDSR4 had 2 167 bp containing an open reading frame(ORF) of 1 149 bp,and it encoded a putative protein of 372 amino acids with a highly conserved DUF966 domain.The gene expression profile analysis indicated that OsDSR4 was expressed mainly in internode and leaf blade of rice(Oryza sativa L.),and it was repressed markedly by drought,salt and cold stresses,and induced significantly by abscisic acid(ABA).OsDSR4 was cloned using overlap extension PCR,and the fusion construct containing OsDSR4 was introduced into rice(Oryza sativa L.ssp.japonica) by Agrobacterium- mediated transformation method.Thirty- two OsDSR4- overexpressing transgenic plants were obtained and identified by PCR and qRT-PCR,which was demonstated that OsDSR4 had been integrated into rice genome and was overexpressed in some positive transgenic plants.These results establish the foundation for further study of the precise function of OsDSR4.国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)前期研究专项(No.2012CB126312

    Long-Range Stress Redistribution Resulting From Damage in Heterogeneous Media

    It has been shown in CA simulations and data analysis of earthquakes that declustered or characteristic large earthquakes may occur with long-range stress redistribution. In order to understand long-range stress redistribution, we propose a linear-elastic but heterogeneous-brittle model. The stress redistribution in the heterogeneous-brittle medium implies a longer-range interaction than that in an elastic medium. Therefore, it is surmised that the longer-range stress redistribution resulting from damage in heterogeneous media may be a plausible mechanism governing main shocks
