    Electrochemiluminescence Imaging Hydrogen Evolution Reaction on Single Platinum Nanoparticles Using a Bipolar Nanoelectrode Array

    本文制备了嵌于多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)膜中直径为200 nm,间距为450 nm的高密度(5.7 × 108 cm-2)的金纳米电极阵列,纳米电极分布规则,尺寸高度均一。我们将该金纳米电极阵列作为双极电极阵列,可将电极一侧的电化学法拉第信号在另一侧电极上转化成电致化学发光(ECL)信号,从而实现对单个铂纳米颗粒上氢气析出反应(HER)进行亚微米空间分辨率的电化学成像。本文介绍的方法为高空间分辨率成像电催化材料、能源材料以及细胞过程的局部电化学活性提供了一个良好的平台。A high-density (5.7 × 108 cm-2) nanoelectrode array with the electrode diameter of 200 nm and the interelectrode distance of 450 nm were fabricated. The nanoelectrode array consisted of gold nanowires embedded in a porous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) matrix, having regular nanoelectrode distribution and highly uniform nanoelectrode size. The gold nanoelectrode array was used as a closed bipolar nanoelectrode array combined with electrochemiluminescence (ECL) method to map the electrocatalytic activity of platinum nanoparticles toward hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) by modifying the catalysts on single nanoelectrodes. Results show that HER on single bipolar nanoelectrodes could be imaged with the sub-micrometer spatial resolution.     沿海产盐区与非产盐区18~45岁人群碘营养状况及甲状腺功能水平研究

    目的掌握厦门市沿海产盐区与非产盐区居民盐碘、18~45岁人群碘营养和甲状腺功能水平状况,为采取针对性的防治措施提供依据。方法选择沿海产盐区翔安区和非产盐区集美区为调查点,调查居民合格碘盐食用率、18~45岁育龄期妇女和男性尿碘水平、甲状腺激素水平和海带、紫菜的摄入习惯。结果产盐区和非产盐区盐碘中位数均为27.21 mg/kg,合格碘盐食用率分别为95.33%和96.33%;18~45岁男性尿碘中位数分别为206.55μg/L和232.95μg/L,尿碘<100μg/L的比例分别为20.97%和10%;18~45岁育龄期妇女尿碘中位数分别为176.95μg/L和227.70μg/L,尿碘<100μg/L的比例分别为21.67%和25%;产盐区和非产盐区18~45岁男性和育龄期妇女的甲状腺激素TSH、Tg、FT3、FT4、TPOAb、TT3、TT4中位数均在正常值范围内;产盐区18~45岁男性的甲状腺功能亢进阳性率为3.4%、育龄期妇女的甲状腺功能减退和亚临床甲状腺减退症的阳性率均为1.67%,而非产盐区均为0。产盐区和非产盐区18~45岁男性和育龄期妇女中均有一定比例易患甲状腺免疫性疾病的人群。每月食用海带、紫菜的次数≥4次、1~3次和<1次的人尿碘组间比较无统计学差异。结论产盐区和非产盐区18~45岁男性和育龄期妇女碘营养总体处于适宜状态,应坚持食盐加碘措施,对育龄期妇女在婚前体检时开展常规碘营养水平和甲状腺功能检测

The structure of C50H10 is identified through NMR, mass spectrometry, and IR and Raman spectroscopy as a D5h symmetric closed-cage molecule with five pairs of fused pentagons stabilized by ten hydrogen atoms. UV/Vis and fluorescence spectrometric analyses disclose its optical properties as comparable with those of its chloride cousin (C50Cl10).     东湖异养细菌群落的分类结构和聚类分析

    对东湖异养细菌群落结构采用系统分类和微机聚类分析方法作了比较研究。169株由东湖Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ站水体中分离的异养细菌分别隶属于30个细菌属。其中以芽孢杆菌属居于明显优势,其次是微球菌属。在不同水域或水层,细菌的分布表现有一定的差别,但各站间多样性指数值没有明显的差异。基于113项生物学特性检测结果,采用lBM PC/XT微机聚类分析后计算各站细菌的多样性指数发现:Ⅰ站明显高于Ⅱ、Ⅲ两站,43项检测系统所得结果与此表现了一致的趋势。这与东湖各站水环境的理化分析参数是比较吻合的。作者对以上结果作了讨论
