    The reaction of 4-phenylthiosemicarbazide with p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde produced 1-[4-(dimethylamino)benzylidene]-4-phenylthiosemicarbazide which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV, H-1 NMR and XRD. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic system with space group P2(1)2(1)2(1) and a=0.77038(14) nm, b=1.1428(2) nm, c=1.6726 nm, V=1.4726(5) nm(3), Z=4, D-c= 1.346 g/cm(3), F(000)=632, mu=0.219 mm(-1), the final R=0.0407 and wR=0.1157 for 2807 observed reflections [I>2 sigma(I)]. The crystal structure and the solid-state circular dichroism spectrum showed that an enantiomer of the compound packs into the chiral crystal

    Another chiral crystal of 1-[4-(dimethylamino)benzylidenel-4-phenylthiosemicarbazide (DMB) was obtained, and its absolute structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction and the solid circular dichroism (CD) spectrum. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic system with space group P2(1)2(1)2(1) and a = 0.7870(2), b = 1. 1560(2), c = 1.6668(3) nm(3), V = 1.5164(5) nm, Z= 4, D-c=1.307 g/cm(3), F(000)=632, mu=0.213 mm(-1), the final R=0.0409 and wR=0.1061 for 2577 observed reflections [I > 2 sigma(I)]. The absolute structure can be determined well with the Flack parameter 0.00(9). The crystal structure and CD spectrum show that an enantiomer of the compound packs into the chiral crystal

    A new compound,O-ethyl S-hydrogen N-isoquinolin-1-yl carbonothioimidate(OESIQY) was synthesized,the photophysical behavior in ethanol and water mixed solution at different pH values was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy.It was observed that OESIQY emitted strong fluorescence in its zwitterions.It was also found that by the protonation of nitrogen atoms of OESIQY the intramolecular photoinduced electron transfer(PET) took place in the solution.     提出了一种基于拉丁方阵的抗剪切信息隐藏算法,通过载体图像隐藏容量和秘密信息的大小确定隐藏秘密信息的备份数,根据备份数确定隐藏信息的拉丁方阵模板,对秘密信息进行分组和编号,通过拉丁方阵模板按对应的编号,将秘密信息嵌入到载体图像中,实现信息隐藏.实验结果表明该算法能够实现大容量隐藏并且能够抵抗大面积的剪切攻击,具有较好的应用价值. This paper proposes an anti--cropping steganography scheme based on Latin square. At first, the amount of secret copies is obtained by the cover image's hiding capacity and the length of the secret message. According to the amount of copies, a Latin square is confirmed as the template for hiding secret message. The secret message is divided into groups and each group is numbered. Then the secret groups are embedded into the cover image with the corresponding element in the Latin square. Experimental results indicate that the proposed scheme can achieve high capacity, and can be against the cropping attack.     将毛细管区带电泳-前沿分析技术(CzE-fA)用于测定苯甲酸钠与牛血清白蛋白(bSA)平衡体系中结合参数的研究。通过压力进样将苯甲酸钠和白蛋白混合液引入石英毛细管电泳柱,在20 MMOl/l硼砂缓冲液(PH=9.2)及20kV运行电压条件下,未结合苯甲酸钠的浓度可通过电泳平台峰的高度定量,两者具有良好的线性关系(相关系数r=0.998)。在数据处理过程中成功的采用SCATCHArd方程进行评价,得到了较好的结果。得到的苯甲酸钠与bSA的结合参数:结合位点是0.6235,结合常数是9259 l/MOl。A CZE-FA method was applied to the study of association parameters of benzoate to bovine serum albumin(BSA) under benzoate-BSA association equilibrium.After the direct hydrodynamic injection of a benzoate-BSA mixed solution into a coated capillary,benzoate is eluted as a zonal peak with a plateau region under conditions of 20 mmol/L sodium borate buffer(pH9.2) and 20 kV running voltage.The unbound concent ration of benzoate can be determined from the plateau peak height with good linear response,r= 0.998 for benzoate(n= 6).Six benzoate-BSA solutions were investigated.The Scatchard regression analytical method was used for the present CZE-FA system.The estimated association parameters were as follows: the number of BSA binding site n for benzoate was 0.6235,and the binding constant K was 9259 L/mol.2010年大学生创新性实验项目;龙岩学院第二批教育教学改革立项项目(岩学院教[2009]40号)资

    以咖啡因为印迹分子、丙烯酰胺(AM)为功能单体、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EgdMA)为交联剂、偶氮二异丁腈(AIbn)为引发剂,沉淀聚合法制备印迹聚合物微球.考察印迹分子、引发剂、单体和介质的配比及介质的种类的影响,并用扫描电镜和红外光谱表征聚合物结构.结果表明,n(咖啡因)∶n(AM)∶n(EgdMA)=1∶4∶20时,在乙腈介质中所制备的印迹聚合物微球的粒径较小、形态与吸附性能较好、最大表观结合量为34.407 1μMOl/g.Molecularly imprinted polymers(MIP)were prepared by precipitation polymerization and caffeine used as imprinted molecules,acrylamide(AM)used as functional monomer,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA)used as crosslinker,and azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)used as evocator.The effects of reaction conditions were studied,such as the best ratio of desired molecule,evocator,monomer and agent,and the kind of agent were examined then polymers were tested by IR spectrum and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that n(caffeine)∶n(AM)∶n(EGDMA)=1∶4∶20 with acetonitrile as solvent,grain size of microspheres was smaller,the shape and adsorption performance of microsphere were better,the maximum dissociation contents of MIP were34.41μmol/g.福建省自然科学基金资助项目(2013J01051); 龙岩学院“百名青年教师攀登项目”(LQ2013020
