Menadžment zdravlja, bezbednosti i dobrobiti zaposlenih u poslovnom sistemu
Risk assessment and the implementation of measures for a healthy and safe work before the employee starts working, is the basic principle of the prevention of occupational injuries, occupational diseases and diseases related to work. Bearing that in mind, the goal of this paper is to describe the activities of employers and employees in the field of health, safety and wellbeing of employees in a particular business system as well as to measure progress in safety management by analysing data on occupational injuries, occupational diseases and diseases related to work. The research conducted in this paper is based on information and data collected from the public company 'VojvodinaÅ”ume' and on the description from literature sources. For the purpose of processing the collected data, we used descriptive statistical methods and the data proper are presented graphically and in tabular form in order to facilitate analysis and comparison. Results of the research showed that the number of occupational injuries in the public company 'VojvodinaÅ”ume' in the period from 2004 to 2013 reduced, particularly the number of minor injuries. However, the public company 'VojvodinaÅ”ume', in addition to reducing the number of minor injuries, is obliged to eliminate major and fatal occupational injuries, as well as to enable effective prevention of the occurrence of occupational diseases and diseases related to work.Procena rizika i primena mera za zdrav i bezbedan rad pre poÄetka rada zaposlenog na radnom mestu, jeste osnovni princip prevencije od povreda na radu, profesionalnih oboljenja i oboljenja u vezi sa radom. ImajuÄi to u vidu, cilj ovog rada je da prikaže aktivnosti poslodavca i zaposlenih u oblasti zdravlja, bezbednosti i dobrobiti zaposlenih u konkretnom poslovnom sistemu i da se analizom podataka o povredama na radu, profesionalnim oboljenjima i oboljenjima u vezi sa radom izmeri napredak u upravljanju bezbednoÅ”Äu. Sprovedena istraživanja u ovom radu zasnovana su na informacijama i podacima prikupljenim iz javnog preduzeÄa 'VojvodinaÅ”ume' i na opisu iz literaturnih izvora. Za obradu prikupljenih podataka koriÅ”Äeni su deskriptivni statistiÄki metodi, a sami podaci predstavljeni su grafiÄki i tabelarno u cilju njihove lakÅ”e analize i komparacije. Rezultati sprovedenog istraživanja pokazali su da se broj povreda na radu u javnom preduzeÄu 'VojvodinaÅ”ume' u periodu od 2004. do 2013. godine smanjio i to naroÄito lakih povreda. MeÄutim, javno preduzeÄe 'VojvodinaÅ”ume' pored smanjivanja broja lakÅ”ih povreda, ima posebnu obavezu da eliminiÅ”e teže i smrtne povrede na radu, kao i da omoguÄi da efektna preventiva spreÄi pojavu profesionalnih oboljenja i oboljenja u vezi sa radom

Human resource management at 'AD Imlek Belgrade'
Human resources include overall human potential within an organization: the available knowledge and experience, usable skills and abilities, possible ideas and creations, the level of motivation and interest in the achievement of organizational objectives, etc. The objective of this paper is to highlight the role and importance of human resource management (HRM) in achieving business success, based on the analysis of the most important theoretical and practical aspects of human resource management at the 'Imlek' Company. This study required the use of different methods and techniques such as: content analysis, case study, observation, testing and systemic approach. The study showed that sale of the Imlek Company products was widespread in the country and the region. An ongoing market advantage is achieved due to a high quality standard of products, and primarily due to an effective management of human resources. Company management should make formalization and unification, and implement a set of measures in order to improve discipline of the employees. Top workers should be motivated through incentives for performance and innovation.Ljudski resursi ukljuÄuju ukupne ljudske potencijale unutar organizacije: dostupno znanje i iskustvo, upotrebljive veÅ”tine i sposobnosti, moguÄe ideje i kreacije, nivo motivacije i interesovanja u ostvarivanju ciljeva organizacije, itd. Cilj ovog rada je da ukaže na ulogu i znaÄaj koji upravljanje ljudskim resursima (ULjR) ima na poslovanje i ostvarivanje uspeha, i to na osnovu analize teorijski i praktiÄno najznaÄajnijih aktivnosti upravljanja ljudskim resursima u kompaniji 'Imlek'. U pripremi ove studije koriÅ”Äeni su razliÄiti metodi i tehnike, kao Å”to su: analiza sadržaja, studija sluÄaja, posmatranje, ispitivanje i sistemski pristup. Studija je pokazala da je prodaja proizvoda kompanije Implek Å”iroko rasprostranjena u zemlji i regionu. PostojeÄa prednost na tržiÅ”tu postignuta je standardnim proizvodima visokog kvaliteta, ali pre svega, efikasnim upravljanjem ljudskim resursima. Sadržaj holesterola u mesu pojedinih Cyprinidae
The aim of this paper was to examine cholesterol content in meat of five Cyprinidae species: white bream (Bllica bjoerkna L.), carp bream (Abramis brama L.), baltic vimba (Vimba vimba carinata Pallas), zope (Abramis balerus L.) and crucian carp (Carassius carassius gibelio Bloch) from the river Danube. Cholesterol content was examined in the function of season factor and individual weight. Cholesterol concentration in meat of white bream carp bream, baltic vimba, zope and crucian carp is on average level below 20 mg/100 g of meat, which makes meat of these fish species nutritively very valuable. Cholesterol content is variable during the season. Its concentration in meat and in lipids is lowest during spring, during summer it increases and during autumn decreases, except in meat of white bream. Body weight has influence on cholesterol content when its concentration is expressed as % of cholesterol in lipids. Its content in lipids decreases with increasing of individual weight, except in meat of carp bream.Jedan od najznaÄajnijih faktora rizika koji dovodi do razvoja ateroskleroze i bolesti srca i krvnih sudova je poviÅ”en nivo holesterola u krvi. Stoga je cilj ovog rada bio da se ispita sadržaj holesterola u mesu pet vrsta Ciprinida poreklom iz reke Dunav, u funkciji sezonskog faktora i mase jedinki. Sadržaj holesterola u mesu, svih ispitivanih vrsta riba, je na niskom nivou. Njegova proseÄna vrednost tokom perioda proleÄe-jesen kreÄe se od 14.85 mg/100g u mesu Å”picera, do 31.40 mg/100g u mesu krupatice. Sadržaj holesterola, u mesu deverike, plavonosa, Å”picera i babuÅ”ke je ispod 20 mg/100g mesa, Å”to su znatno niže vrednosti no u mesu toplokrvnih životinja. Koncentracija holesterola u mesu i u masti najmanja je tokom proleÄa, tokom leta se poveÄava, a u toku jeseni smanjuje, osim u mesu krupatice. Masa trupa utiÄe na sadržaj holesterola u sluÄaju kada je njegova koncentracija iskazana kao % holesterola u masti. Njegov sadržaj u masti smanjuje se sa poveÄanjem mase jedinki, osim u mesu deverike
Produktivnost i profitabilnost u proizvodnji kupusa
The authors perform an analysis of economic indicators in the production of cabbage in the Republic of Macedonia, based on statistics (2005- 2009) and data from directly interviewed thirty family holdings. In doing so, they found that cabbage in this country is produced on average area of 3,947 hectares. Total production, with an average yield of 22,342 kg/ha, is 88,182 tones in average, which is 11.4% of the total production of horticultural products. Production of cabbage is mainly concentrated in three statistical regions, as follows: 37.43% in the Southeast region, 12.54% in Pelagonia region and 11.15% in Polog region of the total area in the country. Because of that, surveys are carried out in these three regions. Labor productivity varies between 30.0 kg/h in the Southeast and 34.9 kg/h in Polog region and inside the region 26.7 to 39.2 kg/h. Although average yields at the surveyed producers are largest in Polog region (on average 39,980 kg/ha), the efficiency of invested assets is lowest. The profit is 211.6 EUR/ha in average. This is why they sell the entire production on the wholesale market where the purchase price is lowest. In contrast, highest profit (on average 1,389.4 EUR/ha) accomplish the producers from Pelagonia region because they produce with lowest unit costs and sell the products with highest price, compared to other producers.Autori su, na bazi statistiÄkih (2005-2009) i podataka direktno anketiranih trideset porodiÄnih gazdinstava, izvrÅ”ili analizu ekonomskih pokazatelja u proizvodnji kupusa u Republici Makedoniji. Utvrdili su da se u Republici Makedoniji kupus proizvodi na proseÄnoj povrÅ”ini od 3. 947 hektara. Ukupna proizvodnja, pri proseÄnom prinosu od 22.342 kg/ha, iznosi 88.182 tona, Å”to je 11,4% od ukupne proizvodnje povrtarskih proizvoda. Proizvodnja kupusa uglavnom je koncentrisana u tri statistiÄkih regiona, i to: 37,43% u JugoistoÄnom regionu, 12,54% u Pelagonijskom regionu i u PoloÅ”kom regionu 11,15% od ukupne povrÅ”ine u zemlji. Produktivnost rada kreÄe se izmeÄu 30,0 kg/h u JugoistoÄnom i 34,9 kg/h u PoloÅ”kom regionu, a unutar regiona od 26,7 do 39,2 kg/h. Iako su proseÄni prinosi kod anketiranih proizvoÄaÄi iz PoloÅ”kog regiona najveÄi (u proseku 39.980 kg/ha), efikasnost uloženih sredstava je najniža. Profit u proseku iznosi 211,6 EUR/ha jer poizvoÄaÄi svu proizvodnju plasiraju na kvantaÅ”kim pijacama, gde je otkupna cena najniža. Nasuprot ovome, najveÄi profit (u proseku 1.389,4 EUR/ha) ostvaruju proizvoÄaÄi iz Pelagonijskog regiona, zato Å”to proizvode po najnižoj ceni koÅ”tanja, a prodaju po najviÅ”oj prodajnoj ceni u poreÄenju sa ostalim proizvoÄaÄima

The aim was to discuss organizational and economic issues of some major business indices of an enterprise. An overview of organizational and economic as well as technical and technological segments of an enterprise was given and links and relationships were described.
