    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh antara motivasi, disiplin dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Outlet Distro Planet di Kota Wonosobo. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini mengunakan tehknik random sampling, jenis data dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengunakan data primer yang didapat dari jawaban responden yang berupa pengisian kuisioner dan wawancara dari karyawan Outlet Distro Planet. Sebanyak 100 responden yang diambil sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Adapun instrument yang digunakan untuk menguji layak tidaknya suatu pertanyaan didalam kuesioner adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Untuk metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik yang diperkuat dengan uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji multikorelasi, dan dalam pengujian hipotesis meliputi analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t serta uji ketetapan model (uji F dan R2) yang menunjukan hasil adanya pengaruh antara motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara signifikan. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut di ketahui bahwa motivasi, disiplin dan semangat kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Outlet Distro Planet baik secara parsial atau secara besama-sama. pengaruh antara variabel motivasi kerja, disiplin dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, Adapun Uji instrument yang digunakan untuk menguji layak tidaknya suatu pertanyaan adalah uji Validitas dan uji Reliabilitas. Untuk metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan Analisis berganda yang di perkuat dengan, uji F serta Uji t yang menunjukkan hasil adanya pengaruh antara motivasi dan disiplin kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan (signifikan). Dari ketiga variabel tersebut variabel motivasi yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan Outlet Distro Planet. Dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa karyawan memerlukan motivasi disiplin dan semangat kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Dari data diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara variabel motivasi kerja, disiplin dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Outlet Distro Planet dan variabel motivasi merupakan variabel paling dominan dan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Outlet Distro Planet di Kota Wonosobo

    This study aimed to analyze the effect on stock prices on the profitability of banks listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2011-2014. In connection with the research objectives, the proposed research hypotheses that affect the profitability ratio of stock prices to corporate banking listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2011-2014. This study uses a survey of secondary data with the population of banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2011-2014. Criteria used to determine the sample with purposive sampling method this is a company whose shares are actively traded during the year 2011-2014, published financial statements. With this method obtained a sample of 19 companies. This study uses a measurement tool of corporate profitability is Return On Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and the Net Profit Margin (NPM). The analytical method used is multiple regression model. Hypothesis testing is done by using t-test that tests the influence of independent variables are Return On Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and the Net Profit Margin (NPM) partially to the stock price, and the F-test that tests the analysis of the influence of the ratio profitability together (simultaneously) on the dependent variable is the stock price. The results using test Regression is concluded that the partial Return On Assets have a significant influence on stock prices, (2) Return on Equity has a significant influence on stock prices, (3) Net Profit Margintidak have a significant influence on stock prices the banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2011-2014

    Corporate governance atau tata kelola perusahaan yang mengarahkan manajemen suatu perusahaan untuk lebih efektif dan efisien dalam pengambilan keputusan penting yang diambil oleh manajemen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur tata kelola perusahaan dan kinerja keuangan dalam sektor perbankan yang nantinya akan menentukan pada tata kelola perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini indikator yang digunakan dalam mekanisme Corporate Governance terdiri dari: faktor internal dan eksternal terhadap terhadap kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan Return on Assets (ROA). Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2010—2012. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 31 perusahaan perbankan. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis, maka menunjukan bahwa corporate governanace yang dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ukuran dewan direksi berpengaruh negatif, sedangkan ukuran dewan komisaris, komisaris independen, kepemilikan institusional dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap ROA. Mekanisme corporate governance secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap ROA

    This study aimed to determine the effect of the price earnings ratio, leverage, and profitability of the company's value. To obtain data on these variables, taken from the financial statements of food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 - 2015. The data used is secondary data. Mechanical sampling using purposive sampling of 19 food and beverage companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange acquired 15 companies that match the criteria. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression. Hypothesis test (t test and F) and the coefficient of determination). From this research, the price earnings ratio, leverage and profitability has a significant effect on the value of the company. In the F test showed that together - at a variable price earnings ratio, leverage and profitability significant effect on the value of the company

    This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, compensation, discipline, and work environment Against Job Satisfaction At PT Jerapah. The sample in this research is employees who work in PT Jerapah which amounted to 45 respondents. Sampling technique in this research is by purposive sampling. Data analysis method used is multiple linier regression analysis test with t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). From hypothesis test showed that leadership style (thitung = 2,637), compensation (thitung = 2,117), and work discipline (thitung = 5,720) have a significant influence on job satisfaction while work environment variable has no significant effect on job satisfaction = 0.745). In the F test shows that together variables of leadership style, compensation, work discipline, and work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 78,9

    This study aimed to determine the effect of work experience, compensation, motivation, and training on the performance of branch office employees PLN Solo. The sample used in this study were 70 respondents. The analysis tool with the help of SPSS software and using validity, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that work experience, compensation, motivation, and training partially and simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. At determinant coefficient illustrates that porsentase donations influence work experience, compensation, motivation, and training together to employee performance amounted to 36.1% and still have the effect of other variables of 63.9%

    This study aims to determine the effect of firm size, company growth rate, and business risk on capital structure. The data used is secondary data. To obtain data from these variables, taken from the financial statements of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2007 to 2015. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique from 19 food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange obtained 14 companies that match the criteria. As for the method of analysis and hypothesis test using multiple linear regression. From the results of this study the size of the company and business risks have a significant influence on capital structure, while the growth rate companies have no significant effect on capital structure. In F test indicate that jointly variable of company size, company growth rate and business risk have significant effect to capital structure.     This study aimed to determine the effect of training, motivation, compensation and work discipline on employee performance. The sample in this study are employees working at the Hotel Grand Setia Kawan Solo amounted to 85 employees. The sampling technique in this research is to use the formula slovin. The method used in this study is testing instrument, the classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroskedasitas test), multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t test and F) and the coefficient of determination (R ^ 2). Results from this study is testing the hypothesis states that the training and motivation have significant influence on employee performance is evidenced by the t test, while compensation and working discipline does not have significant influence is evidenced by the t test. In the F test showed that together the variables of training, motivation, compensation and discipline significant influence on employee performance.
