    This study analyzes the effect of compensation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of compensation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses a sample of employees of PT. Surya Mas Agung Sukoharjo as many as 100 respondents. Sample selection method using accidental sampling or convenience sampling and the data used is primary data in the form of questionnaires. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using several variables, namely compensation, work environment, work discipline and employee performance. The results of this study indicate that the compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance.     ABSTRACT The analysis of this research is about the influence of price, product quality, and brand image on purchasing decision. The study was conducted at Sri Mulyani Batik Store in Solo. Samples taken in the study were 100 respondents who became consumers of Batik Shop Sri Mulyani in Solo. Analytical methods used are multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test. Based on the results of the analysis found it can be explained that the price, product quality, and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. In the model established price, product quality, and brand image able to explain the purchase decision variable by 30.6 %% and the remaining 69.4 %% still influenced by other variables

    This study aims to analyse how much the influence of Promotion and Price on the Purchase Decision of Jersey Persis Solo. The population in this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University, Surakarta. The sample in this study as many as 129 respondents while the sampling method using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study note that promotion has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. For Prices a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. F test results are known that the promotion and price simultaneously and significantly influence the purchase decision. The promotion and price variables together can influence the purchasing decision variable by 34.2% and the remaining 65.8% is influenced by other independent factors

    ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the price against Samsung brand mobile phone purchase decisions among UMS and to analyze product quality on Samsung brand mobile phone purchase decisions among UMS. The study used the population of all consumers of buyers or users of Samsung Mobile among UMS and samples in this study consumer buyers or users of Samsung Mobile among UMS as many as 100 respondents. Based on the results of this study note that the results of the test t known price variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality variables a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The results of the F test together price variables (X1), and product quality (X2) affect together purchasing decisions. The result of determination coefficient analysis (R2) obtained adjusted R square (R2) obtained by 0,627, mean variation of variable of decision decision of purchasing can be explained by price variable (X1), and product quality (X2) have positive effect to purchasing decision equal to 62,8%.     This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, leadership style and work environment. The sample in this research is employees who work in Batik Semar which amounted to 45 respondents. Sampling technique in this research is with purposive sampling. Data analysis method used is Test Validity, relieblitas and multiple linear regression analysis test with t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). From the hypothesis test showed that the compensation and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance, while the Leadership Style variable has no significant effect on employee performance. In the f test shows that jointly compensation, leadership style, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 38.4%.     This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Rosalia Indah Transport Karanganyar. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study were 830 employees of PT. Rosalia Indah Transport. The sample in this study took 100 respondents by sampling using the Convenience Sampling method, data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study uses SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of testing using the t test showed that compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Rosalia Indah Transport. The results of testing using the F Test show that compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT.     In various fields, especially organizational life, the human factor is the main problem in every activity that is inside. In the military world, especially in organizing the leader factor becomes very important. The research entitled "Analysis of the Influence of Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance in Organization KODIM 01714", has problem formulation whether leadership style significantly influence to employee performance and how job satisfaction can influence to employee performance. The purpose of this study to obtain a deep picture and provide empirical evidence on the influence of leadership style and analyze job satisfaction directly affect the performance of employees at the organization KODIM 0714. This research uses survey method. The data source used is primary data and secondary data from the spread of questionnaires and obtained indirectly through intermediate media (books and journals). The data will be analyzed quantitatively. The theoretical basis used is the theory of leadership, satisfaction and performance. Based on the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance and satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the test results F is known Fcount> Ftable (34.573> 3.15), then Ho is rejected, Means jointly variable leadership style and satisfaction have a significant effect on performance. Based on the results of data analysis using computer assistance SPSS for windows program can be obtained R square (R2) of 0.524, meaning variation changes in performance variables can dijelskan by leadership style variables and satisfaction of 52.4%.     This research aim to 1) To know the influence among variable advertising to decision purchasing of product Hijab Monocrome in Surakarta 2) To know the influence among variable of personal selling to decision purchasing of product Hijab Monocrome in Surakarta 3) To know the influence among variable of sales promotion to decision purchasing of product Hijab Monocrome in Surakarta. This research population all consumer Hijab Monocrome in Surakarta. Sample in this research consumer Hijab Monocrome in Surakarta that is as much 100 responder. Result of known linear regression as follows: Y = 0,101 + 0,413X1 + 0,262X2 + 0,287X3. As for linear regression equation of the following at: coefficient regresi variable Advertising (X1) equal to 0,413 which its meaning is variable Advertising have the influence positip so that improve the purchasing decision. Coefficient regresi of variable Personal Selling (X2) equal to 0,262 meaning variable of Personal Selling have the influence positip so that improve the purchasing decision. Coefficient regresi variable Sales Promotion (X3) equal to 0,287 which its meaning variable of Sales Promotion have the influence positip so that improve the purchasing decision. Result of analysis test the t obtained variable advertising have the influence which signifikance to purchasing decision. Variable of personal selling have the influence which signifikan to purchasing decision. Sales Promotion have the influence which signifikan to decision of purchasing hijab monocrome in Surakarta. Result of test F obtained by together variable Advertising (X1), Personal Selling (X2), Sales Promotion (X3) have an effect on the signifikan to purchasing decision.
