Mechanism and experimental research on skin depth in AC magnetic flux leakage testing

随着管道、储罐的推广使用,管道、储罐腐蚀泄漏事故频发。漏磁检测方法是当前最频繁使用的管道无损检测技术。探讨了交流漏磁检测中趋肤深效应的机理。首先,对交流漏磁检测的涡流效应进行实验和分析;然后,根据麦克斯韦方程组推导出模型的三维交流漏磁场分布,分析了不同频率下钢板的磁力线分布情况,从而得出交流漏磁检测中趋肤深度的规律。最后,制造一系列人工缺陷并开展实际漏磁检测实验,以验证三维仿真结果的有效性,对进一步研究该方法的机理提供了理论和实验依据。With the wide use of pipelines and tanks,corrosion leakage accidents happen frequently.The magnetic flux leakage( MFL) testing method is currently the most commonly used nondestructive pipeline inspection technique.In this paper,the mechanism of the skin effect in AC MFL inspection is discussed.Firstly,the eddy current effects in AC MFL detection were tested and analyzed.Then,according to the Maxwell equations,the 3-D MFL field distributions were deduced,and the distributions of the magnetic induction lines under different frequencies in steel plate were analyzed,thus the law of the skin depth in AC MFL inspection was acquired.Finally,a set of artificial defects were made and the actual MFL test experiments were performed to verify the effectiveness of the 3-D simulation results,which provides a theoretical and experiment basis for further studying the mechanism of the method.国家自然科学基金(51177141); 福建省自然科学基金(2010J01310); 中央高校基本科研业务项目(0620ZK1007)资

Establishment of MDCK cell lines which stably express visualable human neonatal Fc receptor

[目的]建立稳定表达融合EGFP的人新生儿Fc受体（h FcRn）的MDCK细胞株。[方法]构建重组慢病毒质粒p EGFP-h FcRn,采用四质粒包装系统共转染HEK 293T细胞生产重组慢病毒,感染MDCK细胞后对EGFP阳性细胞进行流式单细胞分选;通过Western Blot及EGFP-β2m荧光共定位验证h FcRn的完整性,并用流式细胞仪检测h FcRn与人Ig G的结合活性。[结果]测序结果表明成功构建p EGFP-FcRn慢病毒表达载体;感染后EGFP阳性MDCK细胞比例约为26.5%,流式单细胞分选后得到纯阳性细胞;荧光共定位及Western Blot均检测到h FcRn的完整表达;流式分析表明细胞株上的h FcRn与Ig G存在p H依赖性结合。[结论]成功获得稳定表达具有生物活性的可视化h FcRn的MDCK细胞株。[ Objective] To establish MDCK cell line stably expressing EGFP- human neonatal Fc receptor（hFcRn） fusion protein. [ Methods ] The lentiviral expression vector for EGFP - hFcRn fusion protein was constructed. Generating by co - transfection of four -plasmids into HEK 293T cells ,the lentivirus particles were used to infect MDCK cell line. EGFP positive single cell was obtained by FACS, and then FcRn expression was identified by fluorescence co -location with EGFP - β2m and confirmed by Western Blot. Flow cytometry was used to detect binding activity of hFcRn and human IgG. [ Results ] DNA se- quencing demonstrated that the lentivirus vector pEGFP - FcRn was constructed successfully. The percentage of EGFP - posi- tive ceils was about 26.5% after infection. Expression of the complete protein was detected through fluorescence co - location and Western Blot, respectively. Flow cytometry analysis showed that the cell lines could pH - dependently capture human IgG. "Changed face" phenomena of security analysts' forecasting behaviors:A reputation game model and evidences

在金融市场上,证券分析师的预测行为通常会发生偏差.在股市高涨时,分析师随波逐流,常常发表过度乐观的预测;而当泡沫消退时,分析师则会掉头转向,发布与之前形成强烈反差的盈余预期或股票推荐.对于这种分析师基于市场状态而发布忽高忽低预测的“变脸行为“,传统的理论观点无法做出完整清晰的解释.本文试图将行为金融理论中日渐兴起的迎合理论纳入分析框架,运用声誉博弈分析的方式建立分析师迎合行为模型.该理论模型表明:为了提高自己的声誉以获得更多的利益,分析师会迎合投资者的先验信念而故意发布有偏的信息.基于中国的实证研究则为上述理论预期提供了有力的证据,表明了该模型的合理性和有用性,有助于认识激励机制扭曲下分析师预测行为发生系统性偏差的现象.The analysts' forecasting behavior often has bias.In the stock market bubble period,the analysts are often irrational and over-optimistic.When the bubble crashes,the analysts issue the opposite earnings forecasts and downgrade stock recommendations.Traditional theories can't explain this fact clearly.This paper tries to introduce the catering theory and applies a reputation game model to analyze the analysts' catering behavior.The theoretical model shows that,because investors can't obtain the feedback timely,they will infer analysts' reputation according to their prior beliefs and the analysts' forecasts.In order to build a good reputation,the analysts are likely to cater investors' prior beliefs and issue biased forecasts.The evidence based on China also shows that analysts' forecasts are affected by the investors' prior beliefs,i.e.,sentiment,which exhibits obvious catering behavior.This supports the theoretical expectations of the reputation game model.国家自然科学基金资助项目(71232005;71102060;71102061;71002041;71062003

A Study of the Role of Financial Analysts in Corporate Governance: Literature Review and Future Prospects

游家兴,厦门大学管理学院财务学系副教授;张哲远,厦门大学管理学院财务学系博士研究生。【中文摘要】财务分析师的角色定位一直是学界和业界共同关注的焦点问题。近年来,随着研究的不断推进,学者们从传统的信息中介角度转向公司治理角度重新审视分析师行为,为认识分析师的价值功效提供了新的视角。纵观围绕分析师公司治理作用所提出的种种假设,无论是外部监督假说、经理人压力假说,还是投资者关注假说,每个假说言之灼灼背后都交织着不同的声音。通过对已有文献的梳理以及对我国情境下分析师公司治理效应的再思考,未来的研究可以从理论、实证和计量三个方面加以补充、拓展和延伸。 【Abstract】 How to define the role of financial analysts has always been a concern in both industry and academia. With the advancement of research in recent years, scholars have turned from the traditional perspective of infomediary to the perspective of corporate governance in re-examining the behavior of analysts, thus providing fresh perspectives for recognizing the value and function of analysts. However, disputes remain on the role of financial analysts in corporate governance, as evidence by the multitude of hypotheses, such as the external oversight hypothesis, the manager pressure hypothesis, and the investor attention hypothesis.
