    Supply chains : ago-antagonistic systems through co-opetition game theory lens

    Supply chain configurations, as hybrid governance structures, allow companies to be sufficiently integrated while keeping a certain level of flexibility. This enables them, on one hand, to converge towards common interests through the development of cooperation; and on the other hand, to diverge on their own interests by remaining in competition. This dynamics generates an ago-antagonistic system where both of these two concepts, namely cooperation and competition, simultaneously drive the supply chain. In the present article, this system is analyzed by using the co-opetition game theory developed by Brandenburger and Nalebuff (1996) in order to highlight the importance of such an apprehension of the supply chain approach.Supply chain; cooperation; competition; ago-antagonistic approach; co-opetition game theory

This enables them, on one hand, to converge towards common interests through the development of cooperative actions and strategies; and on the other hand, to deviate on their own interests by adopting competitive maneuvers. This dynamics generates an ago-antagonistic system where both of these two concepts, namely cooperation and competition, simultaneously drive the supply chain.     Soins de beautĂ© pour dire son ethnicitĂ© RĂ©sumĂ© A travers l’étude des pratiques de soins corporels des femmes tunisiennes en France, le modĂšle de construction identitaire dĂ©veloppĂ© par Askegaard et al. (2005) est interrogĂ© dans un autre contexte culturel. Les rĂ©sultats confortent l’approche postassimilationiste de l’ethnicitĂ©, et indiquent que celle-ci s’apparente Ă  la consommation de la culture. La pratique des rites de beautĂ© et les usages des produits dans le cadre du hammam sont manipulĂ©s diffĂ©remment selon les interactions sociales en jeu. C’est ainsi que huit comportements de consommations identitaires ont Ă©tĂ© identifiĂ©s : comportements de conservation identitaire, de valorisation identitaire, de rĂ©volte identitaire, de rejet identitaire, de bricolage identitaire, de crĂ©olisation, de mythification, de folklorisation identitaire et enfin les comportements a-ethnique. Ces rĂ©sultats enrichissent la thĂ©orie postassimilationiste de l’ethnicitĂ© soulignant la contingence des positions identitaires construites selon les facteurs sociaux et culturels. Enfin, ces modes de consommation sont choisis de maniĂšres variables selon les situations et peuvent ĂȘtre le support d’une politique de segmentation des produits ethniques.

    Cahier de recherche du CERAG 2011-10 E5L'alignement des systÚmes d'information (SI) avec la stratégie d'affaire ou la structure, que ce soit de l'entreprise ou d'un réseau donné, présente une préoccupation majeure des entreprises soucieuses de leur devenir. Au sein d'une supply chain considérée comme un type de réseau et caractérisée par des comportements de création de valeur (coopération) et de capture de valeur (compétition), une dynamique relationnelle inter-organisationnelle subsiste entre ses différents acteurs. Cette dynamique est à l'origine d'un certain nombre d'orientations et de décisions adoptées par les entreprises qui constituent la supply chain, dont l'alignement des SI. Le présent article nourrit une réflexion autour des antécédents relationnels inter-organisationnels de l'alignement des SI, qu'ils soient organisationnels ou inter-organisationnels, au sein d'une supply chain

    Cette recherche a pour objectif de vĂ©rifier et de complĂ©ter les rĂ©sultats des travaux de Damak (1996) qui montraient l’existence, chez les femmes, d’une relation de congruence ou de complĂ©mentaritĂ© entre l’image corporelle et les prĂ©fĂ©rences de design de produits (en fonction de la satisfaction corporelle). L’étude rĂ©alisĂ©e sur un Ă©chantillon de 187 femmes confirme ce rĂ©sultat et montre donc qu’elles ont tendance Ă  prĂ©fĂ©rer les formes qui leur "ressemblent" dans la mesure oĂč elles sont satisfaites de leur corps et inversement, Ă  prĂ©fĂ©rer les formes "opposĂ©es" si elles sont insatisfaites de leur corps. La recherche intĂšgre de nouvelles variables modĂ©ratrices telles que l’implication envers la famille de produit, l’usage corporel du produit, la culture d’appartenance des rĂ©pondantes (communautaire-individualiste), l’importance accordĂ©e au corps, le concept de soi et l’implication durable pour les formes des produits Ă©tudiĂ©s. Les rĂ©sultats montrent que les variables « implication pour la famille de produits » et « usage corporel du produit » jouent un rĂŽle amplificateur de la relation de congruence ou de complĂ©mentaritĂ©. En revanche, les variables de culture, d’importance du corps, de concept de soi et d’implication durable pour les formes, prĂ©sentent des rĂ©sultats plus mitigĂ©s.
