Application of information technologies in the economy and education of the republic Of Belarus: condition, problems and prospects

The article examines the level of development of the digital economy and information technologies in the Republic of Belarus from the global ratings point of view, identifies the problems of using information technologies in the country's economy and the prospects for the development of the digital economy. Regulatory and legal acts regulating the development of the digital economy and the information society in the Republic of Belarus and in the system of its higher education are considered. On this basis, the directions that presuppose the revision of traditional forms of organization of the educational process in a modern university, the change of content and teaching methods in higher education on the basis of modern information technologies are highlighted

Principles of the Economic Analysis and Criteria for Evaluation of Corporate Structures Functioning

In this article, authors attempt to investigate and specify the principles of the economic analysis and criteria for evaluation of activity of corporate structures in the conditions of instability of the external environment that allowed defining degree of completeness of their realization in practice. For receiving quality and objective standard of the economic analysis results, in the course of its carrying out we seek to consider the established principles representing the set of rules. Based on the outcomes, it can be concluded that the possibility of their full realization in many respects depends on institutional, legal and infrastructure conditions, professionalism of management of that region in the territory of which the corporation is located. Need of introduction of the principles of adaptability, relevance, independence, clarity and openness of results of the economic analysis is proved

Oxidation technology as a decorative coating in the artistic treatment of metal

The task set for this paper is view the process of oxidation on high temperatures during the creation of products of art. The result of the author's analysis shows that said technique could be used in artistic purposes, showcasing the advantages and disadvantages of said method

Проблемні питання будівельно-технічних досліджень із віднесення робіт на будівельних об’єктах до поточного та капітального ремонтів

 The article is dedicated to solving issues posed to forensic experts while forensic structural engineering analysis (research), to determine the belonging of repair and construction work performed at construction facility (conducted or planned) to heavy or ongoing maintenance. Solution of issues encountered by forensic experts while conducting forensic structural engineering analyses as to attributing to a particular type of work (ongoing, heavy maintenance) is relevant for the theory and practice of forensic examinations and expert researches. Legislative acts, regulatory documents and other sources of information used when carrying out this type of research and being the basis for formation of final conclusions on performed researches have been analyzed.  Discrepancies, uncertainty and complexity of data contained in these regulatory and information sources, their controversial nature, which complicates the choice of reference for these data and their use in solving expert tasks; and in particular cases it makes it impossible for forensic experts to formulate conclusions while forensic structural engineering analysis of these issues. Relying on the analysis of legislative acts, requirements for regulatory documents, as well as forensic expert practice, it has been concluded that it is needed to systematize and develop uniform methodological approaches to solve current tasks in forensic structural engineering to attribute types of repair and construction work to a specific classification.Розглянуто актуальні проблемні питання будівельно-технічних досліджень щодо визначення певного виду робіт (поточний, капітальний ремонт). Проаналізовано нормативні документи й інші джерела інформації, які фахівці застосовують під час проведення цього виду досліджень і для формування остаточних висновків експертних досліджень. Акцентовано увагу на неоднозначному й дискусійному характері даних цих нормативів та інформаційних джерел, що ускладнює вибір посилання на такі дані й використання їх для розв’язання експертних завдань. За результатами аналізу законодавчих і нормативних документів та експертної практики зроблено висновок про потребу у створенні класифікації різновидів будівельних робіт
