    Temperature Effect on a HDD Slider’s Flying Performance at Steady State

    The temperature inside modern hard disk drives (HDDs) can become as high as 100°C during operation. The effects of such high temperatures on the slider’s flying attitude and the shear forces on the slider and the disk are investigated in this paper. General formulae for the shear forces are derived, and the generalized Reynolds equation is modified to take into account the temperature effect on the mean free path of air as well as the air viscosity. Numerical results are obtained for two different air bearing surface designs. It is shown that the temperature changes result in non-negligible changes in the slider’s flying height and the shear forces. These changes could further induce changes in the deformation and instability of the lubricant layer and thereby affect the reliability of the HDDs

    Development of Futsal Learning Media Based on Augmented Reality 3D Visualization to Improve Physical Education Students Practicum Learning Results

    This study aims to develop interactive learning media based on Android using the 3D Augmented Reality Visualization application as an innovation of practical and theoretical collaboration in one place in practicum learning, where learning in the 21st century is cross-learning for physical education students in futsal courses in the independent learning era. - independent campus. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method which refers to the 4D (four-D) research and development model, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The developed Android-based learning media will be tested on students taking the Futsal course, the FKIP UNIB Physical Education Study Program. The research instrument used to collect data in this study used questionnaires and test techniques. There are three questionnaires that will be distributed in this study, namely the material expert questionnaire, the media expert validation questionnaire, and the student response questionnaire. As a result, the total score obtained from the combined validation of material experts, media, and users is 139.5 or obtains an average value of 4.1, which means that the Android Based Futsal Learning Media with 3D Augmented Reality Visualization that the researchers developed falls into the category Suitable for use in learning activities

    Kegiatan ini berjudul Pemberdayaan Karang Taruna Desa Kemumu Bengkulu Utara Sadar Potensi Wisata Melalui Penerapan IPTEKS Aplikasi Filmora Sebagai Sarana Video Marketing  Destination Publication Sport Tourism Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk untuk menambah pengetahuan Karang Taruna Desa Kemumu Bengkulu Utara tentang Aplikasi Filmora Sebagai Sarana Video Marketing  Destination Publication Sport Tourism. Metode yang kami gunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah metode pelatihan dengan cara ceramah dan tanya jawab serta mengadakan praktek langsung bagi para peserta pelatihan. Kegiatan Pelatihan Penggunaan Aplikasi Filmora Untuk Meningkatkan Aplikasi Filmora Sebagai Sarana Video Marketing  Destination Publication Sport Tourism. dan  dilaksanakan 2 hari  pada hari Sabtu, 20 Agustus 2022. Kegiatan ini dimulai pada pukul 13.00 WIB sampai dengan pukul 16.00 WIB.     Kontribusi Kekuatan Otot Tungkai dan Kelenturan Pinggang Terhadap Hasil Bantingan Kayang dalam Olahraga Gulat

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kekuatan otot tungkai dan kelenturan pinggang terhadap hasil bantingan kayang dalam olahraga gulat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di sasana gulat kota Bengkulu pada bulan Februari 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode kuantitatif, penelitian ini dengan sampel 22 orang Atlet gulat Bengkulu yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Adapun hasil data r hitung = 0.47 > r0tabel = 0.423  artinya terdapat kontribusi yang berarti antara X1 dengan Y dalam hitungan persen 22.09%. Hasil 0data  rhitung  =  0.70 > rtabel  =  0.423   artinya  terdapat kontribusi yang berarti antara X2 dengan Y dengan hitungan persen 49.9%. dan hasil data rhitung = 0.72 > rtabel = 0.423 artinya terdapat kontribusi yang berarti antara X1, dan X2 dengan Y dengan hitungan persen 51.85%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada kontribusi antara kekuatan otot tungkai dan otot kelenturan pinggang terhadap hasil bantingan kayang 73.3% dan mendukung lainya 24.7%

    This research is a Classroom Action Research in the scope of education carried out by lecturers, researchers in their class or together with other people.Increasing basic dribbling technique skills from before using the homecourt application method through online-based zoom media and after using the homecourt application method through zoom-based media. online in the pre-cycle, it is proven that there has been no improvement because the homecourt application method has not been implemented. 40% of the 12 students who got complete scores with an average score of 67 out of 30 students. There was a significant increase in cycle II, there was an increase in dribbling skills in Handball games with the homecourt application method through online-based zoom media with 2 students who became guards. Evidenced by the results of research with an increase in completeness results to 19 students who completed with an average score in Handball learning of 72.2

    Can Green Market Orientation Improve MSME Marketing Performance Through Organizational Ambidexterity?

    There are environmental issues in many nations, including Indonesia. The preservation of the environment must continue to be the focus of sustainable national development. Small, micro, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) are among the commercial entities that play a significant role in national growth. This study's main objective is to ascertain how innovation capacity and a green market orientation affect MSMEs' marketing success. 117 MSMEs in the city of Semarang make up the study's sample. The process involves using Smart PLS to analyze both the outer and inner models together with any intervening factors. Organizational Ambidexterity, Green Market Orientation, Innovation Capability, and Marketing Performance are the variables used in this study. The findings of this study indicate that Organizational Ambidexterity, Green Market Orientation, and Innovation Capability are all variables that have an impact on Marketing Performance. Organizational Ambidexterity also has an impact on Marketing Performance to a lesser extent. Then simultaneously show that Green Market Orientation and Innovation capability affect Marketing Performance through Organizational Ambidexterity. Only Innovation Capability on Marketing Performance has no effect. The novelty in this study is an environmental issue that is associated with marketing performance

    Does Internet Information Enhance the Intention to Switch? Evidence Shifting to Eco-Friendly Products

    Purpose – The research aims to explore the impact of user experience and satisfaction on switching intentions, addressing the challenge of user retention amid growing competition. Despite this, a gap exists in understanding the role of internet information, necessitating further investigation.  Methodology – The study utilizes a quantitative, causal research approach with a questionnaire survey involving 151 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is employed for data analysis. Findings – The study reveals that positive user experience encourages product switching, while user satisfaction has a negative effect with the intention to switch. Additionally, internet information moderates the impact of user satisfaction, offering insights into users' product-switching tendencies. Satisfied users are more likely to exhibit loyalty. Originality – The research explores the environmentally aware younger generation's reliance on the internet for information exchange and presents results on consumer behavior with alternative eco-friendly products

    Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi program pembinaan prestasi pada cabang olahraga permainan di Sekolah Keberbakatan Olahraga (SKO) Provinsi Bengkulu. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini diawali dengan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kondisi lingkungan internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan kondisi lingkungan eksternal (peluang dan ancaman). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT dengan matriks IFAS dan EFAS. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Sampel penelitian adalah 1 orang pengurus dan 4 orang pelatih pada pengumpulan data wawancara dan observasi dengan teknik Total sampling dan 29 total responden kuesioner. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis SWOT, berada di kuadran I dengan skor faktor internal +0,62 dan skor faktor eksternal +0,22 dengan strategi SO (antara peluang eksternal dan internal). Program pembinaan prestasi pada cabang olahraga permainan memiliki peluang dan kekuatan yang dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang ada (grand strategy).     Abstrac This study aims to determine the effect of drill method training on the accuracy of shooting futsal for UNIB FORKIP players. This research is a quasi-experimental research. In this experimental study, the sample used was 25 players/students. Based on the results of research and discussion, this study concludes that the effect of drill method training on the accuracy of shooting futsal for FORKIP UNIB players states that the final test with t count is 5.017 from the day of t test and the t table value is 1.713, meaning Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect, between drill method training on shooting accuracy of UNIB FORKIP futsal players.
