We study the inclusive production of doubly heavy baryon $\Xi_{cc}$ at polarized photon collider. Our results show that proper choice of the initial beam polarizations may increase the production rate of $\Xi_{cc}$ approximately 10%.Comment: 9 pages, 5 figure

Anomalous Capacitive Sheath with Deep Radio Frequency Electric Field Penetration

A novel nonlinear effect of anomalously deep penetration of an external radio frequency electric field into a plasma is discribed. A self-consistent kinetic treatment reveals a transition region between the sheath and the plasma. Because of the electron velocity modulation in the sheath, bunches in the energetic electron density are formed in the transition region adjusted to the sheath. The width of the region is of order $V_{T}/\omega$, where V_{T} is the electron thermal velocity, and $\omega$ is frequency of the electric field. The presence of the electric field in the transition region results in a cooling of the energetic electrons and an additional heating of the cold electrons in comparison with the case when the transition region is neglected.Comment: 14,4 figure

Strategic Priorities in Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Krasnodar Region

The paper gives the agro-industrial complex characteristic of the Krasnodar Krai, analyzes the condition of its branches and defines key problems. It emphasizes such strategic development priorities of the agro-industrial complex of the Krasnodar Krai as the reclamation of land, development of the elite seed industry, intensive development of the animal industry, support of the small forms of economic management. The paper also considers the possibilities of the state support for regional agroproducers taking into account the entry of the Russian Federation in the ranks of the World Trade Organization. In compliance with that the paper offers the measures of the state regulation that is aimed to stimulation of key directions of the agrarian industry development of the region where the matter concerns a creation of the logistic basis and formation of the rural cooperation. As an example a model of the contract relations system concerning production, processing and sales of the pig-breeding products between the agricultural organizations, farm enterprises and farms of the population which can be used during the organization of productive processes both in other subsectors of the animal industry and in the branch of the plant industry. There is a conclusion that now a concentration of the state regulation on the oblique support measures for strategic development directions that is capable to provide a stimulation of "independent mechanisms" of the inner potential of the agro-industrial complex of the Krasnodar Krai. Numerical Investigation of Clinch Connection Manufacturing Process

In the framework of the finite element method, an approach to the solution for the contact interaction problems for elastoplastic deformable bodies with considering friction in the contact zone is implemented. The geometrically nonlinear approach to the description deformation based on the definitive relationship between the increment of true stresses and deformations, a static statement is given for elastoplastic problems in three-dimensional structures, which have complex geometry. The algorithm of the solution is drawn based on "modified Lagrangian approach" to describe the motion. The problem of body deformation of steel sheets which involve clinch connection, and sample in under punch has been solved, also the distribution of residual stresses in the zone of the clinch joint has been determined
