This paper describes the development of the final Project Team (PT) draft of the next generation
of Eurocode 7 Part 1 (EN 1997-1:202x). The use of Nationally Determined Parameters and the drive for ease-of-use is highlighted. Key changes from the previous version of EN 1997-1 are explained, including the introduction of the Geotechnical Design Model; revision of the Geotechnical Categories and their application; the implementation of Consequence Classes and Geotechnical Complexity Classes in achieving the reliability required by the Eurocodes; elaboration on the use of numerical methods within Eurocode 7; the treatment of rock on an equal basis with soil; and greater emphasis on the Observational Method.Postprint (published version
The Bulgeless Seyfert/LINER Galaxy NGC 3367: Disk, Bar, Lopsidedness and Environment
NGC3367 is a nearby isolated active galaxy that shows a radio jet, a strong
bar and evidence of lopsidedness. We present a quantitative analysis of the
stellar and gaseous structure of the galaxy disk and a search for evidence of
recent interaction based on new UBVRI Halpha and JHK images and on archival
Halpha Fabry-Perot and HI VLA data. From a coupled 1D/2D GALFIT bulge/bar/disk
decomposition an (B/D ~ 0.07-0.1) exponential pseudobulge is inferred in all
the observed bands. A NIR estimate of the bar strength = 0.44
places NGC 3367 bar among the strongest ones. The asymmetry properties were
studied using (1) optical and NIR CAS indexes (2) the stellar (NIR) and gaseous
(Halpha, HI) A_1 Fourier mode amplitudes and (3) the HI integrated profile and
HI mean intensity distribution. While the average stellar component shows
asymmetry values close to the average found in the Local Universe for isolated
galaxies, the young stellar component and gas values are largely decoupled
showing significantly larger A_1 mode amplitudes suggesting that the gas has
been recently perturbed. Our search for (1) faint stellar structures in the
outer regions (up to u_R ~ 26 mag arcsec^{-2}), (2) (Halpha) star-forming
satellite galaxies and (3) regions with different colors (stellar populations)
along the disk all failed. Such an absence is interpreted using recent
numerical simulations to constrain a tidal event with an LMC like galaxy to
some dynamical times in the past or to a current very low mass, gas rich
accretion. We conclude that a cold accretion mode (gas and small/dark galaxies)
may be responsible of the nuclear activity and peculiar (young stars and gas)
morphology regardless of the highly isolated environment. Black hole growth in

Momentum Distribution in Nuclear matter within a Perturbation Approximation
It is shown that the norm corrections, introduced to avoid the violation of
the constraints on the depletion of the hole states in the standard
perturbative 2p2h approach, leads in nuclear matter to a dependence of the
momentum distribution with the total nucleon number. This unphysical behavior,
which in turn makes the depletion to be non-extensive, arises from
contributions of disconnected diagrams contained in the norm. It is found that
the extensivity is again recovered when the 4p4h excitations in the ground
state are included, and a reasonable value for the total number of nucleons

Time Evolution of tunneling and decoherence: soluble model
Decoherence effects associated to the damping of a tunneling two-level system
are shown to dominate the tunneling probability at short times in strong
coupling regimes in the context of a soluble model. A general decomposition of
tunneling rates in dissipative and unitary parts is implemented. Master
equation treatments fail to describe the model system correctly when more than
a single relaxation time is involved
U B V R I Photometry of Stellar Structures throughout the Disk of the Barred Galaxy NGC 3367
We report new detailed surface U, B, V, R, and I photometry of 81 stellar
structures in the disk of the barred galaxy NGC 3367. The images show many
different structures indicating that star formation is going on in the most
part of the disk. NGC 3367 is known to have a very high concentration of
molecular gas distribution in the central regions of the galaxy and bipolar
synchrotron emission from the nucleus with two lobes (at 6 kpc) forming a
triple structure similar to a radio galaxy. We have determined the U, B, V, R,
and I magnitudes and U - B, B - V, U - V, and V - I colors for the central
region (nucleus), a region which includes supernovae 2003 AA, and 79 star
associations throughout NGC 3367. Estimation of ages of star associations is
very difficult due to several factors, among them: filling factor, metallicity,
spatial distribution of each structure and the fact that we estimated the
magnitudes with a circular aperture of 16 pixels in diameter, equivalent to
kpc. However, if the colors derived for NGC 3367 were similar to
the colors expected of star clusters with theoretical evolutionary star tracks
developed for the LMC and had a similar metallicity, NGC 3367 show 51 percent
of the observed structures with age type SWB I (few tens of Myrs), with seven

No Difference in Growth Outcomes up to 24 Months of Age by Duration of Exposure to Maternal Antiretroviral Therapy Among Children Who Are HIV-Exposed and Uninfected in Malawi
BACKGROUND: With the implementation of lifelong antiretroviral therapy (ART) for HIV treatment and prevention, the proportion of children exposed to ART in utero from conception is increasing. We estimated the effect of timing of ART exposure on growth of children HIV-exposed and uninfected (CHEU) up to Up to 24 months of age in Malawi. METHODS: Data were collected from a prospective cohort of infants HIV-exposed aged 1–6 months (enrollment) and their mothers with HIV enrolled in the National Evaluation of Malawi’s Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission of HIV Programme (2014–2018). Anthropometry was measured at enrollment, visit 1 (approximately 12 months), and visit 2 (approximately 24 months). Weight-for-age (WAZ) and length-for-age (LAZ) were calculated using the WHO Growth Standards. Multivariable mixed-effects models with linear splines for age were used to examine differences in growth by timing of ART exposure (from conception, first/second trimester, or third trimester/postpartum). Models were adjusted for confounders selected a priori guided by a conceptual framework. Hypothesized interactions and potential mediators were explored, and interactions with splines were included in final models if P 1.0). CONCLUSION: Reassuringly, ART exposure from conception was not associated with decreased WAZ or LAZ in CHEU Up 24 months of age. Overall growth trajectories suggest CHEU experience growth faltering after 12 months of age and may need support through and beyond the first 2 years of life
A behavioral and brain imaging dataset with focus on emotion regulation of women with fibromyalgia
Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition characterized by widespread pain, as well as numerous symptoms related to central sensitization such as: fatigue, cognitive disturbances, constipation/diarrhea and sensory hypersensitivity. Furthermore, depression and anxiety are prevalent comorbidities, accompanied by emotion processing and regulation difficulties. Although fibromyalgia physiopathology is still not fully understood, neuroimaging research methods have shown brain structural and functional alterations as well as neuroinflammation abnormalities. We believe that open access to data may help fibromyalgia research advance more. Here, we present an open dataset of 33 fibromyalgia female patients and 33 paired healthy controls recruited from a Mexican population. Dataset includes demographic, clinical, behavioural and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data. The MRI data consists of: structural (T1- and T2- weighted) and functional (task-based and resting state) sequences. The task was an emotion processing and regulation task based on visual stimuli. The MRI data contained in the repository are unprocessed, presented in Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS) format and available on the OpenNeuro platform for future analysis
Risk factors for stunting in children who are HIV-exposed and uninfected after Option B+ implementation in Malawi
Evidence suggests children HIV-exposed and uninfected (CHEU) experience poor growth. We analysed child anthropometrics and explored factors associated with stunting among Malawian CHEU. Mothers with HIV and their infants HIV-exposed were enroled in a nationally representative prospective cohort within the National Evaluation of Malawi's Prevention of Mother-to-Child HIV Transmission Programme after Option B+ implementation (2014-2018). Anthropometry was measured at enrolment (age 1-6 months), visit 1 (approximately 12 months), and visit 2 (approximately 24 months). Weight-for-age (WAZ) and length-for-age (LAZ) z-scores were calculated using World Health Organization Growth Standards; underweight and stunting were defined as WAZ and LAZ more than 2 standard deviations below the reference median. Multivariable logistic regression restricted to CHEU aged 24 months (±3 months) was used to identify factors associated with stunting. Among 1211 CHEU, 562/1211 attended visit 2, of which 529 were aged 24 months (±3 months) and were included. At age 24 months, 40.4% of CHEU were stunted and/or underweight, respectively. In multi-variable analysis, adjusting for child age and sex, the odds of stunting were higher among CHEU with infectious disease diagnosis compared to those with no diagnosis (adjusted odds ratio = 3.35 [95% confidence interval: 1.82-6.17]), which was modified by co-trimoxazole prophylaxis (p = 0.028). Infant low birthweight was associated with an increased odds of stunting; optimal feeding and maternal employment were correlated with reduced odds. This is one of the first studies examining CHEU growth since Option B+. Interventions to improve linear growth among CHEU should address their multi-faceted health risks, alongside maternal ART prescription, and follow-up of mother-child pairs
