    The diversity and density of vegetation is key in managing sedimentation throughout the watershed, especially in the central and downstream regions. Measures of vegetation diversity and density that can be used are the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) which is a measure of vegetation greenness (chlorophyll levels), Normalized Difference Water Index (NDVI) to measure vegetation wetness levels, and soil adjusted vegetation index (SAVI) for low canopy vegetation cover. For watersheds that stretch long to downstream or coastal areas, the measure of land diversity needs to be supplemented by using the Normalized Difference Built-Up Index (NDBI) indicator that is useful for land use planning. Information on this vegetation index can be obtained by processing a satellite imagery map. The benefits of processing vegetation indexes in watershed management are becoming increasingly important in the era of climate change, especially with regard to efforts to harmonization of relationships between environmental elements that include the diversity of the interests of the resident population. That's why this research was done in order to find the link between natural factors including the impacts of climate change and humans. The test began by looking for changes in the NDVI, NDWI, SAVI, and NDBI indexes from the last 5 years with the Global Indicator Spatial Association (GISA) analysis using Moran's I Global Index, followedby looking for the association with the pattern of population change and the percentage of the area of the settlement. The results showed a link between moran's I Global index change pattern of population change and the spread of residential developments. The tendency of the distribution of this settlement area is an important point in analyzing the influence of its dispersal patterns in a watershed so that the continued impact of potential erosion and sedimentation triggered will be the main consideration in watershed management

    Wilayah Sungai Bodri Kuto yang merupakan kewenangan Dinas PSDA Provinsi Jawa Tengah menghadapi beberapa masalah yang kompleks dan saling terkait. Permasalahan tersebut antara lain terjadinya erosi, banjir, kekeringan, masih belum adanya keterpaduan antar sektor, antar instansi dan kesadaran msyarakat yang rendah tentang pelestarian manfaat sumber daya alam. Permasalahan-permasalahan yang kompleks tersebut dijadikan pertimbangan utama dalam menata dan menyusun prioritas program dengan cara mensimulasikan atau memformulasikan permasalahan tersebut dalam bentuk parameter-parameter yang akan diolah menggunakan software AHP Expert Choice. Dengan menggunakan metode AHP Expert Choice, parameter-parameter yang mempengaruhi terhadap alasan penyusunan prioritas penanganan prasarana SDA WS Bodri Kuto disusun dalam tingkatan (hirarki) yang terbagi dalam komponen elemen-elemennya. Kemudian masing-masing parameter tersebut diberi bobot yang tentunya membutuhkan kesepakatan dengan para pihak yang terkait dan terlibat dalam pengelolaan SDA WS Bodri Kuto.Hasil studi Analisis Prioritas Penanganan Perbaikan Prasarana SDA WS Bodri Kuto dengan AHP Expert Choice menghasilkan rangking prioritas DAS yang perlu ditangani sebagai berikut : DAS Kuto, DAS Damar, DAS Bulanan, DAS Blukar, DAS Bodri, DAS Buntu, DAS Kendal, DAS Blorong, DAS Waridin, DAS Aji, dan DAS Plumbon

    REDUCTION ABILITY OF CURCUMIN AND DERIVATIVES ON FERRI : A MOLECULAR DYNAMIC STUDY

    Molecular dynamics (MD) simulation has been applied to curcumin, 4-methyl curcumin and 4-isopropil curcumin. They have reducting activities on Ferri to Ferro. A computation method used is AM1 (Austin Model 1) semiempiric method. Studying of computation is arranged to theoretical studying of structure and reactivity relationship on these molecules without solvent interaction (in vacuo). The time of simulation is taken from 0 – 10 ps (pico secon) with interval 0,0005 ps on 300oK. The result of experiment that has been proposed from the MD simulation is the structure of conformation trajectory of each molecules. By considering total energy and potential energy changes to time of simulation, along with the change of bonding length, bonding angle, and the atomic charges of -diketon active site to time of simulation. Reactivity of these molecules are analyzed from the geometric shape of the active site indicated that 4-isopropyl curcumin was the most reactive than the other to produce complex with Ferri, while 4-methyl curcumin within the complex was easiest in the reduction of Ferri to Ferro.Key words : molecular dynamic, curcumin, reductio

    POPULATION OF Ascaridia galli ACCORDING TO ITS PREDILECTION AFTER BEING TREATED WITH ARECA NUT INFUSION AND ITS ECONOMIC ANALYSIS

    This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Areca catechu Crude Aqueous Extract (ACCAE) as an anthelmintic, the number ofAscaridia galli worms in the duodenum, jejunum, and ileum after treatment, and an economic analysis. In this study, 50 female chickens wereused. The chickens were divided into 5 groups: Treatment 1, negative control (P1), which was given aquadestylates; treatment 2 (P2), which wasgiven infusion of ACCAE at a dose of 26 mg/mL; treatment 3 (P3), which was given infusion of ACCAE at a dose of 53 mg/mL; treatment 4(P4), which was given ACCAE with a dose of 79 mg/mL; and treatment 5 (P5) (positive control with pyrantel pamoat). Each group consisted of10 chickens. An examination was carried out that included weighing the population of adult worms according to their predilection 14 days aftertreatment. Weighing was carried out at the beginning before treatment, on the 7th day after treatment and on the 14th day after treatment. Thechickens were then euthenized, the intestinal worms were counted, and the economic analysis was calculated. Based on the results of the study, itcan be concluded that the best dose for removing A. galli worms is 79 mg/mL, and the location of the predilection of the intestine where the mostworms are found is the jejunum and the least is in the ileum. Economically, the highest income was obtained from treatment 4, namely the groupwith infusion of areca nut at a dose of 79 mg/mL

    Abstraksi : Pertumbuhan penduduk sebagai pemicu perubahan tataguna lahan memberikan dampak langsung terhadap peningkatan aliran permukaan dan menurunnya peresapan air ke dalam tanah, yang berakibat  terjadinya banjir dan kekurangan air tanah. Sumur resapan salah satu alat untuk menambah peresapan air dan sekaligus menurunkan debit banjir. Pendekatan persamaan debit sumur resapan pada umumnya dilakukan secara matematis, sedangkan secara empiris masih sangat kurang.Tekstur tanah diinvestigasi dengan grain size dan hidrometer. Klasifikasi tanah dengan menggunakan segitiga tekstur tanah menurut USDA. Dengan menggunakan sumur dinding rapat diameter 50 cm, dan tinggi 90 cm dilakukan pengujian debit resapan sumur sebanyak 6 kali dengan periode waktu awal 0 jam (tes-1), 3 jam (tes-2), 18 jam (tes-3), 24 jam (tes-4), 42 jam (tes-5), dan 24 jam (tes-6) dengan terus menerus sumur resapan diisi air tanpa terputus. Pengukuran debit resapan dilakukan dari kedalaman 85 cm, setiap penurunan 5 cm sampai kedalaman 10 cm. Diterimanya sebuah persamaan regressi dengan melihat koefisien korelasi (R2)mendekati 1.Hasil penelitian debit sumur resapan dengan diameter 0,50 meter untuk tekstur tanah silt, mengikuti persamaan parabola Qs = 0,000001 . H 4,487. Nilai R2 untuk persamaan ini adalah 0,984. Debit resapan sumur resapan akan menurun semakin lama peresapan berlangsung. Tanah silt belum mencapai kondisi jenuh dalam waktu peresapan selama 24 jam. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan khususnya bidang sumber daya air yang berhubungan dengan permasalahan debit resap sumur resapan. Penelitian ini masih sangat awal dalam menyimpulkan hubungan debit resapan dengan kedalaman air dan masih perlu dikembangkan dengan variasi jenis tanah, diameter dan jenis sumur resapan.  Abstract: Population growth as a driver of land-use change has a direct impact on rising surface flows and decreasing infiltration into the soil, resulting in flooding and water shortages. The absorption well is one of the tools to increase water infiltration and simultaneously decrease the flood discharge. The approach of the discharge well equation is generally done mathematically, while the empirical is still very less. The soil texture is investigated by grain size and hydrometer. Soil classification using a soil texture triangle according to USDA. Using well wall wells of diameter 50 cm, and height 90 cm, a well discharge well 6 times (0 test-1), 3 hours (test-2), 18 hours (test-3), 24 hours hour (4th test), 42 hours (test-5), and 24 hours (test-6) with continuous absorption wells filled with water without interruption. The measurement of absorption discharge is done from a depth of 85 cm, each decrease 5 cm to a depth of 10 cm. Acceptance of a regression equation by looking at the correlation coefficient (R2) approaches 1.The results of discharge well discharge research with diameter 0.50 meters for silt soil texture, following parabolic equation Qs = 0,000001. H 4,487. The value of R2 for this equation is 0.984. The absorption well discharge will decrease the longer the infiltration takes place. The silt soil has not reached saturation condition within 24 hours of impregnation.     Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis implikasi UU No. 11 tahun 2020 (UU Cipta Kerja) terhadap peraturan Bupati Kudus No. 43 tahun 2018. Masalahnya, mengapa pembentukan peraturan, khususnya di Kabupaten Kudus memakai peraturan bupati. Urgensinya penulisan ini adalah karena perkada tentang pembentukan produk hukum daerah sangat penting dalam penyelenggaraan otonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif/penelitian hukum doctrinal. Kebaharuan penelitian yaitu belum ada penelitian terdahulu yang membahas Peraturan Bupati Kudus No. 43 tahun 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pembentukan produk hukum daerah, khususnya di Kabupaten Kudus melalui Perkada contohnya Peraturan Bupati Kudus No. 43 tahun 2018 adalah sesuatu yang tampaknya kontroversil mengingat Perdanya saja di Kabupaten Kudus dibentuk oleh DPRD Kabupaten Kudus dengan persetujuan bersama Bupati Kudus. Hal ini seakan-akan kontradiksi. (2) Implikasi dengan adanya revisi Pasal 250 UU Pemda No. 23 tahun 2014 oleh Pasal 250 dan Pasal 252 UU Cipta Kerja, maka Peraturan Bupati Kudus No. 43 Tahun 2018 harus menyesuaikan dengan Pasal 250 dan Pasal 252 UU Cipta Kerja

    Hubungan Kadar Serum Kuprum dengan Fungsi Fagositosis Neutrofil pada Anak Leukema Limfositik Akut

    Latar belakang. Leukemia merupakan keganasan sel darah yang berasal dari sumsum tulang. Defek kualitatif neutrofil seperti kelainan kemotaksis, fagositosis dan migrasi neutrofil terjadi pada leukemia. Kuprum adalah mikronutrien yang berperan dalam fungsi neutrofil dan makrofag. Penurunan jumlah neutrofil dan gangguan fungsi neutrofil dikaitkan dengan defisiensi kuprum. Tujuan. Mengetahui hubungan kadar serum kuprum dengan fungsi fagositosis neutrofil pada anak leukemia limfositik akut. Metode. Penelitian observasional analitik dengan metode potong lintang pada 25 anak leukemia limfositik akut usia 1 – 10 tahun di RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang. Kadar serum kuprum dan indeks fungsi fagositosis diukur dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan korelasi Pearson. Hasil. Dua puluh lima anak yang memenuhi kriteria, terdiri dari 18 lelaki (72%) dan 7 perempuan (28%). Status gizi terdiri dari status gizi baik 12 anak (48%) dan malnutrisi 13 anak (52%). Fase kemoterapi terbanyak adalah induksi dan konsolidasi pada 17 anak (68%). Rerata kadar serum kuprum normal yaitu 1254,8 (464,77) µg/L. Rerata indeks fagositosis neutrofil menurun yaitu 53,08 (20)%. Tidak terdapat hubungan kadar serum kuprum dengan fungsi fagositosis neutrofil pada anak leukemia limfositik akut (p=0,364) Kesimpulan. Rerata indeks fagositosis neutrofil rendah pada anak leukemia limfositik akut dibandingkan nilai normal. Rerata kadar serum kuprum normal pada anak leukemia limfositik akut. Tidak terdapat hubungan kadar serum kuprum dengan fungsi fagositosis neutrofil pada anak leukemia limfositik akut
