Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a strategy for managing all of the company's relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers. It helps the company improve its profitability. More commonly, when people talk about CRM they are usually referring to a CRM system, a tool which helps with contact management, sales management, workflow processes, productivity and more. Customer Relationship Management enables you to focus on your organization’s relationships with individual people – whether those are customers, service users, colleagues or suppliers. CRM is not just for sales. Some of the biggest gains in productivity can come from moving beyond CRM as a sales and marketing tool and embedding it in your business – from HR to customer services and supply-chain management

    Get PDF
As the consequences of illicit drug use become more widespread amongst all sectors of our society, the relevance of long term rehabilitation continues to grow. A review of the literature reveals that although there has been considerable debate over the last decade surrounding the effectiveness of longterm rehabilitation, especially that involving residential TCs, research still predicts better outcomes for this treatment modality. This paper will explore some of the principle reasons why long-term rehabilitation has remained so effective. It will also examine how, 12 years after its inception, the Caritas New Hope Programme in Malta is evolving into a holistic and biopsychosocial project offering a range of services to drug users in rehabilitation.peer-reviewe

Let GG be second countable locally compact Hausdorff groupoid with a continuous Haar system. We remove the assumption of amenability in a theorem by Clark about GCR groupoid CC^*-algebras. We show that if the groupoid CC^*-algebra of GG is GCR then the orbits of GG are locally closed.Comment: 1
