    Syntax is a branch of linguistics that discuss the relationship between words in speech , language elements that are included in the scope of syntax is a phrase, clause , sentence . Learn syntax for foreign speakers is not easy , it takes a lot of practice so that students are able to understand the material and found it difficult syntax of the results of the exercises . Difficulties and constraints Indonesian Phrases patterned material or noun - adjective DM , whereas the English phrase patterned MD - noun or adjective , thus allowing the formation of fault Indonesian phrases by foreign speakers . Difficulties in material clauses are any deformities of grammatical tense marker in English into lexical time markers in Indonesian . The existence of multiple forms of predicates in the English language into a form of predicate in Indonesian can actually facilitate foreign learners in learning Indonesian clause for foreign learners do not need to be bothered with the selection predicate forms that must be used .     This study entitled Analysis of Influence Motivation Work To Performance With Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable (Empirical Study at PT. Asuransi Umum Bumiputera Muda 1967 Branch Pontianak) to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance and job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT. General Insurance Bumiputera Muda 1967 Branch Pontianak. This study uses a variable work motivation to analyze the influence on employee performance. In addition, this study also uses job satisfaction as an intervening variable to analyze the effect of indirect work motivation on employee performance. Methods of data collection using census sampling methods respondents are all employees except the leadership totaling 31 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire method is to give a list of questions directly to the respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study using path analysis which is operated by SPSS. The results showed a positive relationship between motivation and performance, the positive relationship between job satisfaction and performance as well as the positive relationship between motivation and job satisfaction. path analysis found that that motivation does not affect the performance through Job satisfaction. So it can be concluded that job satisfaction does not become an intervening variable between Motivation on Performance

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kemampuan PersonalTerhadap Kinerja, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Survey, dengan objek penelitian adalahAparatur Sipil Negara dan Tenaga Kontrak (Honorer) pada Kantor Camat Boyan TanjungKabupaten Kapuas Hulu Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalahseluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara dan Pegawai harian (Honorer) pada Kantor Camat BoyanTanjung Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu Provinsi Kalimantan Barat yang berjumlah 56 orang dandiambil sampel menggunakan metode total sampling dengan mengambil seluruh populasisebagai sampel karena jumlah populasi yang kurang dari 100.     This study aimed to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship courses in the interest of students to Entrepreneurship in the AMIK “BSI Pontianak”. This research background of curiosity towards the course Entrepreneurship extent been able to influence and motivate students to develop business and have a high interest towards Entrepreneurship.     Penerapan Metode Team Teaching Pada Materi Ikatan Kimia Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X Sman 9 Tunas Bangsa Banda Aceh

    This descriptive qualitative study aims to determine the activities of students and teacher as well as the ability to improve student learning outcomes through the implementation of team teaching method in the concept of chemical bonds. The subjects were 32 students of class X-1 SMAN 9 Tunas Bangsa Banda Aceh consisting of 18 female and 14 male. The data was collected through observation of students' activity and teacher's activity in implementing team teaching methods as well as providing a test at the end of the meeting. Data obtained from the observation suggests that the activity of students at each meeting (1st, 2nd and 3rd) increase significantly at 66.07%, 76.79% and 87.5%. Based on the observation, the ability of teachers in the implementation of team teaching increased from 73.44% in first meeting to 81.25% in the second meeting and 90.63% in the third meeting. Learning outcomes of students also increased as follows 62.5% (1st meeting), 81.25% (2nd meeting) and 93.75% (3rd meeting). Based on the results of study, it is can be concluded that the implementation of team teaching method can improve learning outcomes as well as student activity and the ability of teachers to implementing instructional material in the chemical bonds at SMAN 9 Tunas Bangsa Banda Ace
