    Pengaruh Leader Member Exchange (Lmx) Dan Motivasi Terhadap Organisational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb) Pada PT. Bank Central Asia Kantor Cabang Utama YOGYAKARTA

    The purpose this study was to describe (1) the effect of LMX (Leader Member Exchange) and motivation on OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior) at PT. Bank Central Asia Kantor Cabang Utama Yogyakarta.The population 185 employess as the sample. Data colletion using questionare with probaility sampling with accidental sampling method. This study used multiple regresion analys by the F-test and T-test.The result showed: (1) there is positive and significant correlation between LMX (Leader Member Exchange) and OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior) the result of regression are β=0.121 and sig. 0.020 (0.020<0,05), (2) there is positive and significant correlation between motivation and OCB (Organization Citizenship Behavior) with β=1.254 sig. 0.000 (0,000<0.05). Value of coefficient determination (R2) is equal to 0.475 or 47,5% mean OCB variable influenced by LMX (Leader Member Exchange) and motivation the different are influenced by another factor

    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel kecerdasan emosional, motivasi ekstrinsik dan budaya organisasi terhadap kreativitas karyawan pada industri kerajinan perak di Kotagede Yogyakarta. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sampel hanya diambil pada asosiasi industri kerajinan perak yang berada di Kotagede Yogyakarta. Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan koesioner yang dibagikan untuk diisi oleh karyawan atau pengrajin perak. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan kecerdasan emosional, Motivasi ekstrinsik dan Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kreativitas karyawan. Secara simultan variabel kecerdasan emosional, motivasi ekstrinsik, dan budaya organisasi berpengarut positif terhadap kreatifitas

    This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on work performance, knowing the effect of self efficacy on work performance and knowing the effect of work motivation and self efficacy together on work performance. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study was the lectures at Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University. The sample used in this study was 76 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. To find out the effect simultaneously used the F test, and to determine the effect partially used the t test. The results showed that motivation partially influences the work performance of lecturers, self efficacy partially influences the work performance of the lecturer, motivation and self efficacy simultaneously influence the work performance of the lecturer

    Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentangpengaruh motivasi, kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadapkinerja karyawan pada Ramayana Department Store cabangYogyakarta.Penelitian ini tergolong dalam penelitian explanatoryresearch. Variabel penelitian ini adalah motivasi, kepuasan kerjadan disiplin kerja. Populasinya adalah karyawan tetap RamayanaDepartment Store cabang Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 49 orang.Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakanmedia kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakananalisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: motivasiberpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerjaberpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, disiplin kerja tidakberpengaruh terhadap kinerja, sedangkan motivasi, kepuasankerja dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positifterhadap kinerja. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkanbahwa variabel bebas (motivasi, kepuasan kerja dan disiplinkerja) yang mempengaruhi variabel terikat (kinerja karyawan)sebesar 0,451 atau 45,1% sedangkan sisanya 54,9% didugadipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

    This study aims to analyze the influence of positive perceptions of leadership, supportiveleadership, positive employee perceptions and affect HR productivity. The sample of thisresearch is employees who work at PT.WAHANA KASIH MULIA. The method in this studyusing the Accidental Sampling method. This research is a quantitative research, thesample in this study is 100 employees. The results showed that employee perceptions hada positive and significant effect on positive employee perceptions, supportive leadershiphad a positive and significant effect on positive employee perceptions, employeeperceptions had a positive and significant effect on HR productivity, positive leadershipperceptions had no positive and significant effect. Human resource productivity issignificant, supportive leadership has a positive and significant effect on HR productivity,positive employee perceptions of HR productivity with positive employee perceptions asan intervention variable have a positive and significant effect and leadership supports HRproductivity with positive employee perceptions as a variable which has no positive andsignificant effect on the employees of PT.WAHANA KASIH MULIA
