PEIRCE, FREGE, RUSSELL E O SURGIMENTO DA PREDICAÇÃO LÓGICA CONTEMPORÂNEA

Apresentamos neste artigo explicitações histórico-conceituais sobre o surgimento da predicação lógica contemporânea. Quando se trata de predicação, remete-se de imediato à obra de Aristóteles, mas, com as transformações trazidas pela Lógica Contemporânea, o estudo da predicação deixa o plano do estudo lógico-gramatical para o estudo do plano da análise lógicomatemática. Veremos, nesse sentido, a importância dos trabalhos de Peirce, Frege e Russell para o surgimento da predicação lógica contemporânea. Embora Peirce tenha sido o precursor da introdução do conceito de função proposicional na História da Lógica, ganha destaque, contemporaneamente, o modelo de interpretação da predicação inicialmente proposto por Frege

Self-similar solutions to the mean curvature flow in R3\mathbb{R}^{3}

In this paper we make an analysis of self-similar solutions for the mean curvature flow (MCF) by surfaces of revolution and ruled surfaces in $\mathbb{R}^{3}$. We prove that self-similar solutions of the MCF by non-cylindrival surfaces and conical surfaces in $\mathbb{R}^{3}$ are trivial. Moreover, we characterize the self-similar solutions of the MCF by surfaces of revolutions under a homothetic helicoidal motion in $\mathbb{R}^{3}$ in terms of the curvature of the generating curve. Finally, we characterize the self-similar solutions for the MCF by cylindrical surfaces under a homothetic helicoidal motion in $\mathbb{R}^3$. Explicit families of exact solutions for the MCF by cylindrical surfaces in $\mathbb{R}^{3}$ are also given

Geological-Geotechnical Database from Standard Penetration Test Investigations Using Geographic Information Systems

The study describes applications of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) associated with Standard Penetration Test (SPT) reports as a support tool for planning and decision-making in public and private spheres. The chapter begins with a bibliography compilation showing recent applications carried out around the world. Following this, the description of the geological-geotechnical method using SPT information applied in two case studies is presented in particular. For that, an extensive detailing of SPT reports treatment is done to enable the composition of a geological-geotechnical database. Two cases are shown to exemplify the method application and its results, including the characterization of the topographic relief through Digital Elevation Model (DEM), slope and hydrographic map and the development of soil, groundwater and foundation maps using a geological-geotechnical database composed basically by SPT data. The cases approach a larger scale using 507 SPT boreholes to analyze a university campus with 1 km2 and on a smaller scale using 537 SPT boreholes to analyze a city with 207.2 km2 of urban area. Pretos, periurbanos e crentes na luta pela terra : O MST DFE

Dissertação (mestrado)—Universidade de Brasília, Instituto de Ciências Sociais, Departamento de Antropologia, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Antropologia Social, 2018.O presente trabalho reflete a teia de relações e marcadores na constituição do campesinato organizado na luta pela terra pelas famílias do MST-DFE. Desde 2012 tenho vínculo junto a minha família com o Movimento dos Trabalhadores Sem-Terra do Distrito Federal e Entorno (MST-DFE). A pesquisa foi realizada na região de Brazlâ ndia e Ceilândia, no Distrito Federal. Inspirado pelas discussões da antropologia e minha condição de ‘nativo’, a pesquisa busca uma perspectiva da constituição do campesinato na luta pela terra na capital federal. Refleti ações dos mais diferentes tipos juntos as famílias, nas ocupações de terra, aç ões políticas do Movimento e em seus cotidianos. No “campo”, pude lidar notar que as pessoas eram concebidas a partir de ontologias distintas em relação ao imaginário camponês. Tal convivê ncia redirecionou as reflexões da pesquisa, para uma investigação de sua estrutura familiar, alimentação, raça e religião, na relação geopolítica entre o campo e a cidade. Caminhei entre as áreas e as discussões passaram pelos caminhos do ser negro e nativo no desenvolvimento da pesquisa a partir de pequenos eventos, suportes para as reflexões. O trabalho foi dividido em três capítulos: o primeiro capítulo relata a entrada no Movimento de minha família, a construção das famílias entre campo e cidades na luta no acampamento Oscar Niemeyer. O segundo apresenta resgata um caminho da luta pela terra refletida na história como é compartilhada com os militantes e ao processo de nomeação do assentamento El Shaday, fruto de disputa política entre evangélicas e regras do Movimento. O terceiro capítulo busca compreender quais os reflexos da conformação do campo e da cidade na produção e consumo dos alimentos, no trabalho e na família, questões que são iniciadas no começo da pesquisa e chegam até Assentamento Canaã e o Acampamento Nova JerusalémCoordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES).The present work reflects the web of relations and markers in the constitution of the organized peasantry in the struggle for land by the MST-DFE families. Since 2012 I have bonded with my family with the Movement of the Landless Workers of the Federal District and Environment (MST-DFE). The research was carried out in the region of Brazlândia and Ceilândia, in the Federal District. Inspired by the discussions of anthropology and my status as 'native', the research seeks a perspective on the constitution of the peasantry in the struggle for land in the federal capital. I reflected actions of the most different kinds together the families, in the land occupations, political actions of the Movement and in their daily lives. In the "field", I could handle noting that people were conceived from distinct ontologies relative to the peasant imaginary. Such coexistence redirected the reflections of the research, for an investigation of its family structure, food, race and religion, in the geopolitical relation between the countryside and the city. I walked among the areas and the discussions went through the paths of being black and native in the development of research from small events, supports for reflections. The work was divided into three chapters: the first chapter relates the entry into the Movement of my family, the construction of families between camp and cities in the fight at the Oscar Niemeyer camp. The second presents rescues a path of struggle for land reflected in history as it is shared with the militants and the process of naming the settlement El Shaday, fruit of a political dispute between evangelicals and rules of the Movement. The third chapter seeks to understand the reflexes of the conformation of the countryside and the city in the production and consumption of food, work, and the family, issues that begin at the beginning of the research and reach Canaan settlement and New Jerusalem Camp. A subjetividade jurídica da criminalização da lgbtqia+fobia e a barbárie constituinte na judicialização identitária no Brasil

The scope of this article is to analyze, from the perspective of what I call the Quilombist Theory of the State and the Constitution from Abdias do Nascimento, the decision of the Federal Supreme Court in the direct action of unconstitutionality by omission n. homolesbotransphobia as a crime of racism until the National Congress does not legislate on the matter. Therefore, we will go through authors of racial criticisms of law, seeking to intersect the analysis with the queer criticism of the judicialization of identity in the country. The hypothesis that arises is that the Brazilian constitutional jurisdiction has been instrumentalizing claims for LGBTQIA+ rights as a democratic veneer while neglecting the massive incarceration of the black population in the country, which also afflicts racialized LGBTQIA+ people. In this vein, it is suspected that, in an exercise of judicial pinkwashing, the Brazilian State hides its own racism and queerphobia through the appropriation of fair agendas, thus instigating the emergence of a Theory of the State and the Constitution that is radically committed with the commitment to equality inaugurated in 1988. Keywords: Pinkwashing; Neoliberalism; Identities; Queerphobia.O presente artigo tem por escopo analisar, sob a ótica daquilo que chamo de Teoria Quilombista do Estado e da Constituição a partir de Abdias do Nascimento, a decisão do Supremo Tribunal Federal na ação direta de inconstitucionalidade por omissão n.º 26 que entendeu por considerar a homolesbotransfobia como crime de racismo até que o Congresso Nacional não legisle sobre a matéria. Para tanto, percorreremos autoras das críticas raciais ao direito buscando interseccionar a análise com a crítica queer à judicialização identitária no país. A hipótese que se levanta é que a jurisdição constitucional brasileira vem instrumentalizando as reivindicações por direitos LGBTQIA+ como verniz democrático ao tempo que negligencia o encarceramento massivo da população negra no país, que também aflige pessoas LGBTQIA+ racializadas. Nessa toada, suspeita-se que, em um exercício de pinkwashing judicial, o Estado brasileiro oculta seu próprio racismo e queerfobia por meio da apropriação de pautas justas, insurgindo, portanto, a emergência de uma Teoria do Estado e da Constituição que se comprometa radicalmente com o compromisso de igualdade inaugurado em 1988.
