Aspectos da relação mãe-filha-pai: influência na ingestão alimentar compulsiva e na recusa determinada

O conhecimento de questões multidisciplinares faz-se necessário no tratamento dos transtornos alimentares. Este artigo aborda os transtornos alimentares sob a ótica dos aspectos psicológicos e procura explicar sua etiologia pela relação primária entre a mãe e filho, e entre estes e o pai, apontando o poder onipotente e devastador da mãe, assim como o fracasso da função paterna. Conclui-se demonstrando a importância do conhecimento psicológico da dinâmica familiar para a compreensão e tratamento de tais transtornos. Palavras-chave: Transtornos Alimentares. Anorexia. Bulimia. ABSTRACT The treatment of eating disorders requires multidisciplinary approach and knowledge. This study examines the eating disorders in light of psychological subjects, trying to locate their etiology in the primary bond between mother and son, and in the relationship between these and the father, showing the omnipotent and devastating power of the mother, as well as the failure of the father’s role. Narrativa e história de si, contadas em análise

This article brings about on about the unstable boundaries between psychoanalysis and history. Everyone has some question about the value of life, sexuality and death. This is a relevant point, because what is possible to obtain as an answer is the narrative of a history. The history emerges in clinical care: everyone has some kind of everyday story to tell. It is inevitable to tell, but it also reveals what is unspeakable. The conception of history that is researched in this article is capable of supporting the mistake; history becomes something that includes the meaningless, the nameless, the impossible and the possibility of death. History also embraces the unspeakable. It is an emergency of the new and interrupts time. What would be a conception of history capable of including psychoanalysis? Up to which extent is it necessary to approach truth, the unconscious Real and history, and through these borders is possible reflection possible? Finally, an impasse: history - separated and intimate from psychoanalysis.Este artigo surge através de questões sobre as fronteiras instáveis entre psicanálise e história. Todos têm alguma questão sobre o valor da vida, a sexualidade e a morte, este é um ponto relevante, pois o que é possível obter como resposta é a narrativa de uma história. A história surge no atendimento clínico: todos têm algum tipo de história cotidiana a narrar. É inevitável contar, mas isso também conduz ao que é inenarrável. A concepção de história que se pesquisa neste artigo é capaz de suportar o equívoco; a história passa a ser algo que comporta o sem sentido, o sem nome, o impossível e a possibilidade de morte. A história também abarca o indizível. É emergência do novo e interrompe o tempo. O que seria uma concepção de história capaz de incluir a psicanálise? "About woman's surroundings" is a brief article on love, phallus and joy. This writing unveils some paths which thin the way to the final question: what can be said about the woman's enjoyment, if she knows nothing. A snippet from a literary work brings a perspective that shows that there is nobody who is not affected by something from the non-knowledge and by something of the truth. Knowledge is related to love. Considerações sobre a angústia: acontecimento do Real

This text deals with the affect that most interests analytical practice: anguish, as a mode of subjective appropriation, besides suffering which covers the speech. Anguish belongs to the Real, and evokes temporal discontinuity. Psychoanalysis not only mitigates suffering, but also has the effects of going over. Anguish is a path to the Real. There is no sexual relation, because of the ways in that this relation fails to exist. This is the meaning of the anguish, of the human sexuality.Considerações sobre a angústia é o artigo que trata do afeto que mais interessa à prática analítica: a angústia, modo de ruptura e apropriação subjetiva. O psicanalista: talvez, fazer cair as convicções...

This paper intends to articulate and to blend remaining pieces of text, faces the meaningless and the multiple meanings, because word is anything but solid, although it is evanescent and sexualized. Maybe to let certainties, letters, senses and sameness fall. Maybe to do other things with crooked things, with subversion, but none of this; without a certain bitterness, without phatos, without the mark that we have boundaries and impossibilities. The writer, the text and the reader sprout together, at the same time. All of them suffer influences through the moment when the subject lives to his own analysis, to his own knowledge. Thus, as the analysis proceeds and advances, the reading becomes morphs and reappears in a parallel position, besides the analytical path that nourishes theory and practice. From the moment when he can create anything itself, the subject will take its plummet, and thus come across his character. I invite the reader to invent a new way of moving at each moment of awakening unconscious, at each moment of the analytical path.Este artigo busca articular e misturar restos que ficaram de leituras, se depara com o sem sentido e os múltiplos sentidos, pois a palavra é qualquer coisa menos sólida, porém é evanescente e sexualizada. Talvez fazer cair as certezas, as letras e os sentidos, as mesmices. Talvez fazer outras coisas com as coisas tortas, com a subversão, mas nada disso; sem um certo amargar, sem pathos, sem a inscrição de que temos fronteiras e impossibilidades. O escritor, o texto e o leitor surgem e sofrem influências no momento em que o sujeito vive a sua própria análise, o seu próprio saber. Desse modo, à medida que a análise prossegue, a leitura se transforma e renasce em situação paralela e vizinha ao percurso analítico; assim, fertiliza a teoria e a clínica. Logo, a partir do momento em que se pode criar o nada em si mesmo, o sujeito toma o seu prumo, e assim, se depara com o seu cunho.
