Bakalářská práce na téma "Vliv prostředí na trestnou činnost mládeže a její příčiny" je rozdělena na tři základní kapitoly. Kapitola první je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů a rozděluje uvedenou problematiku na základní kategorie podle věku tak, jak se dělí v odborné literatuře. Kapitola druhá se zabývá nejčastějšími delikty dětí a mladistvých a rozebírá nejčastější trestné činy u majetkové, násilné a mravnostní trestné činnosti. Třetí kapitola popisuje deset hlavních faktorů, které ovlivňují a podílí se na kriminalitě mládeže.The bachelor thesis titled "The influence of surroundings on juvenile deliquency and its causes'q is divided into three major chapters. The first chapter focuses on the explanation of basic terms and separates the problem into principal categories according to the age just as scientific literature does. The second chapter is an analysis of the most common torts of children and young people, specifically property crime, violent offences and immoral offences.
