Customer Experience analysis based on big data analysis in grocery retail

Tato studie zkoumá efektivitu kombinace velkých jazykových modelů (LLM ? Large Language Models) a tradičních metod analýzy mapování textu s cílem analyzovat dimenze kvality služeb (SQ ? Service Quality) a spokojenosti zákazníků v prostředí fyzického i online maloobchodu. Zkoumáme využití NLP technik a LLM k extrakci sentimentu a dimenzí SQ z hlediska uživatelsky generovaného obsahu (UGC ? User Generated Content). Analyzujeme zákaznické recenze v angličtině a perštině a identifikujeme klíčové faktory ovlivňující spokojenost a nespokojenost zákazníků v prostředí fyzického maloobchodu a vícekanálového prodeje prostřednictvím nesupervizovaného mapování textu zákaznických recenzí ze supermarketů. Naše analýza odhaluje, že mezi obecnými dimenzemi SQ mají osobní interakce, obchodní politika a produktové faktory pozitivní dopad na spokojenost zákazníků, zatímco obavy o spolehlivost služeb přispívají k nespokojenosti. Význam osobní interakce je obzvláště výrazný v menších obchodech a městech. Naopak hypermarkety by se měly zaměřit na zlepšení fyzických aspektů a kvality osobní interakce, aby snížily negativní zpětnou vazbu. Integrace LLM s textovou analýzou umožňuje komplexní zkoumání dimenzí SQ napříč různými maloobchodními formáty, což podtrhuje nutnost neustálého lidského dohledu pro zajištění přesnosti a spolehlivosti analýzy sentimentu a extrakce informací. Přesto se objevují výzvy, například nesoulad mezi predikcemi modelu a lidskými úsudky či obtíže při přesné identifikaci konkrétních dimenzí v nestrukturovaném textu.This study examines the effectiveness of combining Large Language Models (LLMs) with traditional text mining methods to analyze Service Quality (SQ) dimensions and customer satisfaction in both physical and omnichannel retail settings. We investigate the usage of NLP techniques and LLMs to extract sentiment and SQ dimensions from user-generated content (UGC). Analyzing datasets of customer reviews (in English and Persian), we identify key factors influencing customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction in physical retail and omnichannel environments by applying unsupervised text mining to customer reviews from supermarkets. Our analysis reveals that among the general SQ dimensions, personal interaction, store policies, and product-related Dimensions positively impact customer satisfaction, while reliability concerns contribute to dissatisfaction. The importance of personal interaction is particularly pronounced in smaller stores and towns. Conversely, hypermarkets should focus on improving physical aspects and enhancing personal interaction to reduce negative feedback. Integrating LLMs with text mining provides a comprehensive approach to analyzing SQ dimensions across different retail formats, emphasizing the necessity for ongoing human oversight to ensure the accuracy and reliability of sentiment analysis and information extraction. Nonetheless, there are challenges, such as discrepancies between model predictions and human judgments and difficulties in accurately identifying specific dimensions from unstructured text.Ústav managementu a marketing

Implementation of robotic 3D printing in the fashion industry

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá implementací robotického 3D tisku v módním průmyslu a propojením technologií s kreativní tvorbou. Cílem bylo navrhnout a realizovat funkční systém využívající kolaborativní robotické rameno ABB GoFa CRB 15000 a 3D tiskové zařízení řízené přes Arduino s firmwarem Marlin. Výsledný systém sloužil k výrobě modelu sukně pro panenku Barbie a demonstroval, že průmyslové technologie lze efektivně využít i mimo tradiční výrobu - konkrétně pro estetickou a designérskou práci. Projekt poukázal na význam mezioborového přístupu, kde se spojují elektrotechnika, programování a módní návrhářství, a potvrdil, že běžně dostupné komponenty mohou sloužit jako nástroje pro inovativní návrh v oblasti módy.This bachelor thesis explores the implementation of robotic 3D printing in the fashion industry, aiming to connect technology with creative design. The project focused on the design and construction of a functional system utilizing the collaborative robotic arm ABB GoFa CRB 15000 and a 3D printing unit controlled by Arduino and Marlin firmware. The system was used to produce a skirt model for a Barbie doll, demonstrating that industrial technologies can be effectively applied beyond traditional manufacturing - specifically for aesthetic and design-focused tasks. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na dotace v zemědělství a jejich účtování ve vybraném zemědělském podniku. Teoretická část se zabývá dotacemi v zemědělství, dotacemi v rámci českého účetnictví, účtováním dotací, finanční analýzou a přeměnou obchodní společnosti. Praktická část se zaměřuje na představení vybraného zemědělského podniku. Dále byla provedena finanční analýza podniku, analýza poskytnutých dotací a analýza účtování dotací. V závěru práce je závěrečné doporučení pro vybraný zemědělský podnik.The bachelor thesis focuses on subsidies in agriculture and their accounting in a selected agricultural business. Praktická část práce je rozčleněna do dvou částí, a to část analytickou a projektovou. V analytické části je představena vybraná Skupina firem a provedena analýza vnějšího i vnitřního prostředí Skupiny včetně PESTLE a SWOT analýzy. The theoretical part of the thesis maps the area of controlling its history, trends and division. The practical part of the thesis is divided into two parts, namely the analytical part and the project part. In the analytical part, the selected Group of companies is introduced and the analysis of the external and internal environment of the Group is carried out, including PESTLE and SWOT analysis. Furthermore, an analysis of the economic situation and the current state of the use of controlling tools by the Group is made. In the project part, the project of introduction of selected controlling tools in the Group is presented. Autonomous Mobile Robot with Remote Control

Tato práce představuje návrh, vývoj a testování autonomního mobilního robota s funkcí dálkového ovládání, který využívá platformu Makeblock mBot Ranger. Hlavním cílem projektu bylo prozkoumat, jak lze výukovou robotickou stavebnici přeměnit na multifunkční systém schopný vykonávat klíčové autonomní chování a zároveň nabízet ovládání uživatelem v reálném čase prostřednictvím mobilní aplikace. Robot byl naprogramován k provádění tří základních úkolů: sledování čáry, vyhýbání se překážkám a sledování rukou. Chování bylo dosaženo pomocí vestavěných infračervených a ultrazvukových senzorů v kombinaci s řídicí logikou implementovanou ve vývojovém prostředí Arduino. Pro zvýšení interaktivity a umožnění plynulého přepínání režimů byla vyvinuta vlastní aplikace pro systém Android v jazyce Java pomocí aplikace Android Studio. Tato aplikace se k robotu připojuje prostřednictvím Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) a umožňuje uživatelům vzdáleně přepínat mezi režimy pomocí jednoduchého, uživatelsky přívětivého rozhraní. Aplikace byla testována na několika zařízeních se systémem Android a ukázala se jako spolehlivá, citlivá a intuitivní. Systém byl hodnocen v univerzitní laboratoři i v domácím prostředí, aby bylo možné posoudit jeho výkonnost v různých podmínkách. Výsledky ukázaly vysokou úspěšnost všech funkcí, stabilní snímání údajů ze senzorů, přesné ovládání pohybu a komunikaci přes Bluetooth v reálném čase. Byla zaznamenána některá omezení, zejména v souvislosti s citlivostí snímačů na velmi krátkou vzdálenost a drobnými problémy s trakcí na některých površích. Celkově projekt ukazuje, že levné modulární platformy, jako je mBot Ranger, mohou sloužit jako efektivní nástroje pro stavbu autonomních robotů vhodných pro vzdělávání, prototypování a aplikované učení v oblasti vestavěných systémů a inteligentní automatizace.This thesis presents the design, development, and testing of an autonomous mobile robot with remote control functionality, utilizing the Makeblock mBot Ranger platform. The primary goal of the project was to explore how an educational robotics kit can be transformed into a multi-functional system capable of performing key autonomous behaviors while also offering real-time user control via a mobile application. The robot was programmed to carry out three core tasks: line following, obstacle avoidance, and hand-following. These behaviors were achieved using onboard infrared and ultrasonic sensors, combined with control logic implemented in the Arduino development environment. To enhance interactivity and enable seamless mode switching, a custom Android application was developed in Java using Android Studio. This application connects to the robot via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), allowing users to remotely switch between modes using a simple, user-friendly interface. The app was tested on multiple Android devices and proved to be reliable, responsive, and intuitive. The system was evaluated in both university lab and home environments to assess its performance under varied conditions. Results showed a high success rate across all functionalities, with stable sensor readings, accurate motion control, and real-time Bluetooth communication. Some limitations were noted, particularly related to sensor sensitivity at very close distances and minor traction issues on certain surfaces. Overall, the project demonstrates that low-cost, modular platforms like the mBot Ranger can serve as effective tools for building autonomous robots suitable for education, prototyping, and applied learning in embedded systems and intelligent automation.Ústav automatizace a řídicí technik

Proposal for Fire Protection of a Panel House Using Multi-Criteria Evaluation Methods

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou požární bezpečnosti panelových domů, jejichž konstrukční provedení často neodpovídá současným normám a požadavkům. Cílem je navrhnout technicky proveditelná a účinná opatření vedoucí ke snížení rizik spojených s požárem. Práce obsahuje přehled vývoje panelové výstavby, platné legislativy a požárních předpisů. Dále se věnuje analýze rizik a metodám multikriteriálního hodnocení, které slouží k porovnání navržených řešení. V praktické části jsou analyzována slabá místa v případě požáru, a následně navržena odpovídající opatření. V poslední části práce jsou sestaveny varianty řešení, které jsou za pomocí multikriteriálního hodnocení vyhodnoceny s cílem určit nejvhodnější variantu.The thesis deals with the issue of fire safety of prefabricated buildings, whose design often does not meet current standards and requirements. The aim is to propose technically feasible and effective measures to reduce the risks associated with fire. The thesis contains an overview of the development of prefabricated buildings, current legislation and fire regulations. It also discusses risk analysis and multi-criteria evaluation methods to compare the proposed solutions. In the practical part, the weak points in case of fire are analysed and then appropriate measures are proposed. [NEOBHÁJENO] Awareness of HPV Virus in Fertile Age Women

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou HPV viru a její prevencí u žen ve fertilním věku. Teoretická část popisuje HPV infekci, popis fertilního věku a prevenci před nákazou HPV. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou výsledků prostřednictvím grafů a tabulek, které jsou doplněny vysvětlujícími texty. Výzkum byl proveden kvantitativním šetřením pomoci dotazníku. Výzkum ukázal, že ženy ve fertilním věku jsou si většinou vědomy existence HPV a jeho rizik, zejména souvislosti s rakovinou děložního čípku. Méně informované však byly v oblastech testování na HPV a očkování.The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of HPV virus and its prevention in women of fertile age. The theoretical part describes HPV infection, description of the fertile age and prevention of HPV infection. The practical part deals with the analysis of results through graphs and tables, which are supplemented with explanatory texts. The research was conducted by quantitative survey using a questionnaire. Research has shown that women of childbearing age are mostly aware of the existence of HPV and its risks, especially the link to cervical cancer. Puerperal Mastitis from a Midwifes Perspective

Přehledová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku puerperální mastitidy z pohledu porodní asistentky, která je častým onemocněním postihujícím kojící ženy zejména v období šestinedělí. Cílem práce je analyzovat roli porodní asistentky v péči o ženu s puerperální mastitidou. V první části práce je popsána anatomie a fyziologie ženského prsu, s důrazem na změny probíhající v průběhu těhotenství a po porodu. Dále je pozornost věnována komplikacím při kojení, zejména puerperální mastitidě, její prevalenci, klasifikaci, rizikovým faktorům a terapii. Poslední kapitola zdůrazňuje roli porodní asistentky v péči o ženu s mastitidou, přičemž je vyzdvižen především význam edukace, která je klíčovou rolí porodní asistentky zejména v prevenci onemocnění.This review thesis focuses on the issue of puerperal mastitis from the perspective of midwives, which is a common disease affecting breastfeeding women in the six-week period. The aim of the paper is to analyse the role of the midwife in the care of a woman with puerperal mastitis. In the first part of the thesis, the anatomy and physiology of the female breast is described, with emphasis on the changes occurring during pregnancy and after delivery. Furthermore, attention is paid to complications of breastfeeding, especially puerperal mastitis, its prevalence, classification, risk factors and therapy. The last chapter emphasizes the role of the midwife in the care of women with mastitis, highlighting the importance of education, which is a key role of the midwife, especially in the prevention of the disease.Ústav zdravotnických vě
