Computer simulation of the photoluminescence of nanostructured aluminum oxide excited with pulsed synchrotron radiation
An algorithm and a program are developed to calculate the photoluminescence (PL) parameters for bulk single-crystal and nanoscale dielectrics excited with pulsed synchrotron radiation. The luminescence spectra of F and F+centers and the PL decay kinetics in single-crystal and nanoscale aluminum-oxide samples containing oxygen anion vacancies are calculated for various nanoparticle sizes. It is shown that a noticeable broadening of the bands and a decrease in the afterglow time is observed for nanoparticle sizes that are less than 20 nm. © 2013 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd
Pulse cathodo- and thermoluminescence of alumina ceramic with manganese
Alumina ceramics with manganese in concentration range 0.001-18 wt. % are synthesized. Luminescent properties of obtained ceramics at temperatures 1500-1700°C of sintering in vacuum are investigated. An increase in the manganese concentration leads to quenching of the pulse cathodoluminescence band at 420 nm and the main dosimetric peak at 460 K. The intensity of luminescence in the 676 nm band at manganese concentrations of more than 1 wt. % and the TL yield for all the observed peaks increase when annealing temperature rises. Sublinear increase in TL intensity with a growing dose is observed in the range of 3-1000 Gy in 460 and 620 K peaks. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.The reported study was funded by RFBR according to the research project № 18-33-00085

Something interacting and solvable in 1D
We present a two-parameter family of exactly solvable quantum many-body
systems in one spatial dimension containing the Lieb-Liniger model of
interacting bosons as a particular case. The principal building block of this
construction is the previously-introduced (arXiv:1712.09375) family of
two-particle scattering matrices. We discuss an transformation
connecting the models within this family and make a correspondence with
generalized point interactions. The Bethe equations for the ground state are
discussed with a special emphasis on "non-interacting modes" connected by the
modular subgroup of . The bound state solutions are discussed and are
conjectured to follow some correlated version of the string hypothesis. The
excitation spectrum of the new models in this family is derived in analogy to
the Lieb-Liniger model and we show that for certain choices of parameters a
spectrum inversion occurs such that the Umklapp solutions become the new ground
state.Comment: 11 pages, 6 figure
Disintegration of microcrystalline Zn2SiO4:Mn phosphor powder
Zn2SiO4:Mn (willemite) nanoparticles ∼30 nm in size have been prepared by disintegrating microcrystalline willemite powder in a planetary ball mill. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron micros-copy characterization showed that ball milling of the Zn2SiO 4:Mn powder for 60 min or a longer time ensured complete disintegration of the microcrystalline material and that the crystal structure of the resultant nanoparticles was identical to that of the parent powder. © 2013 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd
Three-body local correlation function in the Lieb-Liniger model: bosonization approach
We develop a method for the calculation of vacuum expectation values of local
operators in the Lieb-Liniger model. This method is based on a set of new
identities obtained using integrability and effective theory (``bosonization'')
description. We use this method to get an explicit expression for the
three-body local correlation function, measured in a recent experiment [1].Comment: 40 pages, 2 figure
SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE COMPLEX FOR THE PROTECTION OF PREMISES BY TECHNICAL MEANS OF SECURITY
On the basis of the Arduino Uno R3 microcontroller, a software and hardware complex for protecting the premises with technical security equipment has been developed. Program-ming of the device is performed in the native programming language Arduino, which is a version of C / C++.Исследование выполнено при финансовой поддержке РФФИ и Администрации Волгоградской области в рамках научного проекта № 19-48-340015 р_а
