    We report an observation of the BpmtoJ/psietaKpmB^{pm } to J/psi eta K^{pm } and B0toJ/psietaKS0B^0 to J/psi eta K^0_S decays using 772times106BoverlineB772times 10^{6}Boverline {B} pairs collected at the Upsilon(4S)Upsilon (4S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e+eāˆ’e^+e^- collider. We obtain the branching fractions mathcalB(BpmrightarrowJ/psietaKpm)=(1.27pm0.11(hboxstat.)pm0.11(hboxsyst.))times10āˆ’4{mathcal B}(B^{pm }rightarrow J/psi eta K^{pm })=(1.27pm 0.11(hbox {stat.})pm 0.11(hbox {syst.}))times 10^{-4} and mathcalB(B0toJ/psietaKS0)=(5.22pm0.78(hboxstat.)pm0.49(hboxsyst.))times10āˆ’5{mathcal B}(B^0to J/psi eta K^0_S)=(5.22 pm 0.78 (hbox {stat.}) pm 0.49 (hbox {syst.}))times 10^{-5}. We search for a new narrow charmonium(-like) state XX in the J/psieta J/psi eta mass spectrum and find no significant excess. We set upper limits on the product of branching fractions, mathcalB(BpmtoXKpm)mathcalB(XtoJ/psieta){mathcal B}(B^pm to XK^pm){mathcal B}(X to J/psi eta), at 3872,hboxMeV,cāˆ’23872,hbox {MeV},c^{-2} where a CC-odd partner of X(3872)X(3872) may exist, at psi(4040)psi (4040) and psi(4160)psi (4160) assuming their known mass and width, and over a range from 3.8 to 4.8,hboxGeV,cāˆ’24.8,hbox {GeV},c^{-2}. The obtained upper limits at 90% confidence level for XChboxāˆ’rmodd(3872)X^{Chbox {-}{rm odd}}(3872), psi(4040)psi (4040), and psi(4160)psi (4160) are 3.8times10āˆ’63.8times 10^{-6}, 15.5times10āˆ’615.5times 10^{-6}, and 7.4times10āˆ’67.4times 10^{-6}, respectively

The master\u27s thesis focused on the optimization of the flip down drawer cover hinge on the free-standing cooker. In the first part we introduce the theory of non-metallic materials with a focus on polymers. It covers structural features, causes of aging of the polymers, and examples of construction exceptions. The second part presents the development phase from idea to realization itself. We used advanced computer tools to produce 3D models and FEM analysis. We did also cost analysis. And at the end we presented the results

Application of temporal convolutional neural network for the classification of crops on Sentinel-2 time series

The recent development of Earth observation systems - like the Copernicus Sentinels - has provided access to satellite data with high spatial and temporal resolution. This is a key component for the accurate monitoring of state and changes in land use and land cover. In this research, the crops classification was performed by implementing two deep neural networks based on structured data. Despite the wide availability of optical satellite imagery, such as Landsat and Sentinel-2, the limitations of high quality tagged data make the training of machine learning methods very difficult. For this purpose, we have created and labeled a dataset of the crops in Slovenia for the year 2017. With the selected methods we are able to correctly classify 87% of all cultures. Similar studies have already been carried out in the past, but are limited to smaller regions or a smaller number of crop types

    Measurement of time-dependent CP violation in B 0 ā†’ Ī·ā€²K 0 decays

We present a measurement of the time-dependent CP violation parameters in B0 ā†’ Ī·ā€²K0 decays. The measurement is based on the full data sample containing 772 Ɨ 10^6 BB pairs collected at the Ī„(4S) resonance using the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e+eāˆ’ collider. The measured values of the mixing-induced and direct CP violation parameters are: sinā” 2Ļ•1eff=+0.68Ā±0.07Ā±0.03, AĪ·ā€²K0=+0.03Ā±0.05Ā±0.04, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic. The values obtained are the most accurate to date. Furthermore, these results are consistent with our previous measurements and with the world-average value of sin 2Ļ•1 measured in B0 ā†’ J/ĻˆK0 decays

We report a search for B decays to selected final states with the Ī·c meson: BĀ± ā†’ KĀ±Ī·cĻ€+Ļ€āˆ’, BĀ± ā†’ KĀ±Ī·cĻ‰, BĀ± ā†’ KĀ±Ī·cĪ· and BĀ± ā†’ KĀ±Ī·cĻ€0. The analysis is based on 772 Ɨ 10^6 BĀÆB pairs collected at the Ī„(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e+eāˆ’ collider. We set 90% confidence level upper limits on the branching fractions of the studied B decay modes, independent of intermediate resonances, in the range (0.6ā€“5.3)Ɨ10^āˆ’4. We also search for molecular-state candidates in the D^0 ĀÆD^āˆ—0 āˆ’ ĀÆD^0D^āˆ—0, D^0 ĀÆD^0 + ĀÆD^0D^0 and D^āˆ—0ĀÆD^āˆ—0 + ĀÆD^āˆ—0D^āˆ—0 combinations, neutral partners of the Z(3900)Ā± and Z(4020)Ā±, and a poorly understood state X(3915) as possible intermediate states in the decay chain, and set 90% confidence level upper limits on the product of branching fractions to the mentioned intermediate states and decay branching fractions of these states in the range (0.6ā€“6.9)Ɨ10^āˆ’5
