    Kandungan Logam Berat Timah Hitam (Pb) dalam Urine Siswa Sekolah Dasar

    This study aims to determine the content of heavy metal lead (Pb) in the urine of elementary school (SD) students in Jambi City. The method used is a descriptive survey involving elementary school students near the highway with inclusion criteria, namely elementary school students in grades 2-6 and the distance from elementary school to the highway is less than 50 meters. The levels of lead in students' urine were measured using the Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (AAS). The results showed that the Pb content in the students' urine ranged from 0.024 ppm - 0.068 ppm. The highest level of vehicle density at SDN Jambi City adjacent to the highway is 1,520 vehicles/hour. In conclusion, the urine of elementary school students has lead levels that exceed the required limits, so it can be dangerous if left for a long time. Keywords: Heavy Metals, Students, Lead, Urin

    Kandungan Rhodamine B pada Cabe Giling yang di Jual di Pasar Angso Duo dan Pasar Baru Kota Jambi

    This study aims to determine the presence or absence of Rhodamine B content in ground chilies sold at Angso Duo Market and Pasar Baru Jambi City and to determine the percentage of ground chilies that use and do not use Rhodamine B at Angso Duo Market and Pasar Baru Jambi City. The research design was an observational descriptive involving 40 samples of ground chili sold at Angso Duo Market and Pasar Baru, Jambi City. The results showed that the results of examining 40 samples of ground chili obtained positive results of ground chili containing 2 (5%) of Rhodamine B, while negative ground chili had 38 (95%) of rhodamine B. In conclusion, most ground chilies at Angso Duo Market and Pasar Baru Jambi City do not contain Rhodamine B.   Keywords: Ground Chilli, Market, Rhodamine

    Metode Pemicuan dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Budaya Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk (PSN) pada Masyarakat

    This study aims to produce a triggering method to improve the culture of eradicating mosquito nests (PSN) in the community. The method used is quantitative research with research and development (R&D) design. The research results show that the PSN Mobile Triggering education model, namely the field triggering model followed by Android-based triggering, was declared feasible after the validation stage with 100% health promotion experts, 94.55% IT experts, 92% educational technology experts, and 80 practitioners. % and 93.85% one-on-one trials, 95% small group trials, and 96% large group trials. The PSN Mobile Trigger product effectively increases household mosquitoes' knowledge, attitudes, and behavior by up to 100% in eradicating mosquito nests. In conclusion, the educational model is feasible and effective to use to increase the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of Jumantik Rumah in destroying mosquito nests.
