    Penggunaan Pendekatan Inkuiri pada Pembelajaran Biologi di Madrasah Aliah Se-Jakarta Selatan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penggunaan pendekatan inkuiri di beberapa Madrasah Aliyah (MA) di Jakarta Seletan. Survei dilakukan pada lima Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) dan satu Madarasah Aliyah Swasta (MAS). Data penelitian dijaring melalui kuisioner pada 6 guru dan 617 siswa, observasi pada saat pelaksanaan praktikum, dan analisis dokumen rencana pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukan MA di Jakarta Selatan sudah menerapkan inkuiri, sebagian besar menerapkan pendekatan inkuiri terstruktur. Hanya sedikit yang telah menerapkan inkuiri terbimbing. Kebanyakan guru menerapkan telah komponen inkuiri melaksanakan penelitian, mengumpulkan data, menganalisis data, dan membuat kesimpulan

    This study aims to find a collaborative assistance model of Classroom Action Research between universitiy and school (CAR Collaborative). Research was done at Biology Education Departement UIN Syarif Hidayatullah partner schools that located in South Jakarta, Bogor, and South Tangerang. Research have done for 10 months in February to November 2015. The Mixed Method was used in this reserach. Some instrument for data collecting are questionnaire, depth interview guide, and note field. The results showed three CAR assistance models of collaboration i.e Model I (dominant teachers-oriented), Model II (moderate-teacher oriented), and Model III (resesive teacher-oriented). Model I teacher and lecturers do PTK, students act as observer, Model II, student and teacher think the problem solving in class, teacher implemented the solution and student observed, lecture did monitoring and guiding. Model III, teacher and students or only student formulating the solving of problem in the class, student applied the solution, teachers and lectures did monitoring and guiding. Lecturers, students and teachers positively response to the implementation of the CAR collaboration, but Expert judgment showed Model II as ideal model for collaboration between university and school

    Pengembangan Augmented Reality Versi Android sebagai Media Pembelajaran Sistem Ekskresi Manusia

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran biologi menggunakan teknologi augmented reality versi Android, serta menguji daya gunanya pada siswa dan guru biologi. Penelitian pengembangan ini terdiri atas tiga tahapan, yakni penelitian pendahuluan, pembuatan prototipe, serta refleksi sistematik dan dokumentasi. Data didapatkan melalui wawancara siswa dan guru, kuesioner, dan tes, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dan statistik deskriptif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk berupa aplikasi AR versi Android untuk sistem ekskresi manusia yang mendapatkan skor rata-rata baik dalam validasi ahli, evaluasi kelompok kecil, dan uji lapangan, serta sangat baik dalam evaluasi satu-satu. Aplikasi AR versi Android ini dinilai menarik dan dapat diterima oleh siswa dan guru sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran untuk sistem ekskresi manusia, serta efektif dalam membantu proses pembelajaran biologi di kelas.     Graduation standard of Indonesia senior high school hopes the students show their logical, crithical, creative, and inovative thinking skill in making decision. The study aimed to find out difference of crithical thinking between students taught with Problem Based Learning (PBL) method and Society Technology Science (STM) in the concept of virus. The subject are 64 students grade X of SMAN 11 South Tangerang City. Method used was quasy experiment with non-equivalent control group design. Sample were taken by simple random technique sampling. Instruments used was free analysis essay test. The result of postest percentage in both of class shows that (PBL) is better in giving the simple explanation and constructing the basic skill aspect, while STM model is better in giving further explaination aspect. In addition, the posttetest result was analyzed by t-test. The result gained was t-count is 2,79 and t-table with the significant of 5% is 1,99. It shows that there is a difference in in chritical thinking between students taught with PBL method and STM in the concept of virus

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan ilmu tes dan pengukuran khususnya multistage fitness test dan yo-yo intermittend recovery test yang dapat dilihat persepsi kelelahan terhadap dua tes tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi atlet terhadap tingkat kelelahan pada multistage fitness test dan yo-yo intermittend recovery test di tim basket putra SMA Negeri 4 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif persentase menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah tim basket putra SMA Negeri 4 Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 13 atlet. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase, yang terbagi dalam 15 skala RPE (Rating of Percieved Exertion) dan 6 kategori pada norma VO2Max. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi atlet terhadap tingkat kelelahan pada multistage fitness test dan yo-yo intermittend recovery test di tim basket putra SMA Negeri 4 Yogyakarta adalah sebagai berikut; indeks persepsi kelelahan terhadap tes daya tahan paru jantung metode multistage fitness test yang berada dalam skala skala 11 (ringan) sebesar 7,7%, skala 13 (sedang) sebesar 30,8%, skala 15 (berat) sebesar 53,8%, skala 17 (sangat berat) sebesar 7,7%. Kemudian indeks persepsi kelelahan terhadap tes daya tahan paru jantung metode yo-yo intermittend recovery test yang berada dalam skala 13 (sedang) sebesar 38,4%, skala 15 sebesar 53,8%, skala 17 sebesar 7,7%.     Pengaruh Pemberian Vitamin C dan E terhadap Gambaran Histologis Ginjal Mencit (Mus Musculus L.) yang Dipajankan Monosodium Glutamat (MSG)

    The aim of this research is to study the effect of vitamin C and E on kidney microstructure of mouse exposed to monosodium glutamate for 30 days. This research used complete randomized design which consisted of 6 treatments and 5 replications. The control consisted of K-, and K+ (castor oil 0.3 ml). The treatments were MSG 4 mg/g BW, P1 (only MSG), P2 (MSG plus vitamin C 0.26 mg/g BW), P3 (MSG plus vitamin E 0.026 mg/g BW) and P4 (MSG plus vitamin C and E). After treatments were completed, the mice were sacrificed by cervical dislocation, and kidney tissue section was prepared by the paraffin method and stained with Haematoxylin and Eosin staining. Microstructure damage of kidneys showed a significant difference between control and treatments. In P1, the proximal tubule damage was 69.95%±5 and in P4 was 47.22%±3. In summary MSG can cause damage in the form of a narrowing of the lumen of the proximal tubules of the kidney. A combination of vitamins C and E can reduce the effect of MSG on the kidney
