Sexual violence against children is an act related to sexual activity committed by adults against children which can harm the child and provide a threat to the child so that the child is forced to comply with the wishes of the perpetrator of the crime. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to explain or factually describe the topic of the study. This study aims to describe the family background of victims of sexual violence. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire in the form of several questions containing the research objectives. The sample of the study was 52 parents whose children experienced sexual violence or harassment. The results of the study describe the family background of victims of sexual violence in this study, namely those from families with low economic levels, and negligence of parents towards their children, namely in the form of lack of supervision and lack of closeness (interaction) between parents and children

Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Islam Dalam Tradisi Kenduri Di Dusun Sumber Desa Lumajang Kabupaten Wonosobo

The values ​​of Islamic education are something that becomes a belief and encourages people to always do good in life, both in family life, society, and relationships with God. While the Kenduri tradition is a tradition that is still carried out and maintained by the people of the Sumber hamlet. The objectives of this study are: 1) to find out about the procession of the Kenduri Tradition implementation; 2) to know the values ​​of Islamic education in the Kenduri tradition; 3) to find out the meaning of the Kenduri tradition for the people of Sumber Hamlet. In this study, using a qualitative approach with the type of field research field research that is descriptive because the author will describe and describe in full and in depth social reality based on existing facts, so that the characteristics, characters, characteristics and models of the phenomenon are described. The data were obtained from the informants using interview, observation and documentation techniques, then analyzed the data obtained, then data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions were drawn from the research. From the research carried out, the research results obtained consisted of: the procession of implementing the Kenduri tradition, which begins with a pilgrimage to the grave, then welcomes from the sohibul hajat, tahlilan together, recites a prayer together, and closes by eating a meal together, after that gets a blessing. in the form of food to take home. The values ​​of Islamic education contained in the Kenduri Tradition include: the value of faith education, the value of moral education, the value of worship education, and the value of social education. The Kenduri tradition has a great meaning for the people of Sumber hamlet, as an embodiment of gratitude to God for the blessings and gifts that have been given, and is a form of servitude to God and creates a closeness of togetherness between the people, and has benefits, especially strengthening ties of friendship

Analisis hukum terhadap peran Syahbandar dalam pengawasan evakuasi kapal kandas di perairan laut

This writing aims to oversee the role of the harbormaster institution in supervising the evacuation of ships, obstacles, and the efforts of the harbormaster in evacuating an aground ship. This type of legal research is divided into 2 (two), namely normative legal research and empirical or sociological legal research. The type of legal research used by researchers is empirical legal research which is based on field data. The data interview technique was carried out by researchers with interviews, namely the process of interaction and communication directly in the research location with the resource persons who will be interviewed by prospective researchers are Awareness Instation Workers. The results of the study show that talking about ships aground at sea has occurred a lot in the Batam sea where fast action is needed because of the people and the large costs available for the damage to the ship. Seeing the case above, the actions of the harbormaster when evacuating a ship that ran aground at the Batam sea were in accordance with law no 18 of 2008 concerning ships and PM 71 of 2013 concerning Salvage / Underwater Work, such as the initial action when there was a report made by VTS when the ship ran aground, when asking ship documents, ask for general documents of agents, local agents and supervision when the ship runs aground as well as supervision when the ship is taking place.
