    Development of the risk management system of the enterprises - aviation equipment lifecycle participants

    The knowledge-intensive enterprises, in the course of their activity, face a combination of various threats and the attendant risks. In the article the authors proved the importance of the problem of improving the risk management system in the aviation industry. The relevance of this study is justified by the need to improve the quality of management decisions taking into account the impact of risks in the implementation of complex innovative projects for the creation and operation of aviation equipment. The article contains the results of a study to identify new approaches to solving the problem of effective management of aviation industry enterprises, including risk management, as part of the overall management system of the enterprise. The existing risk management system, substantiates the main shortcomings and develops proposals for its improvement are described. As a result of the work done the authors developed a risk management system that allows timely detection of risk factors and assess the impact of the implementation of a risk event on key performance indicators of enterprises. The application of the proposed risk management system will allow to provide a new approach to risk-oriented management in the industry, with the possibility of making effective management decisions at different levels of management, from sectoral to project management, which will increase the level of economic security of enterprises in modern conditions, ensure effective interaction between enterprises with the ability to make managerial decisions at different levels of management - from project to industry. The economic effectiveness of the proposed risk management system will be manifested in the selection of the optimal management solution, with efficient use of limited resources, in improving the indicators that characterize the economic security of enterprises

The study has revealed that mastering the combined method based on the functional relationship between concept, image and action in the process of solving interdisciplinary technological tasks is one of the mechanisms of effective preparation of students for professional activity in the labour market of related professions.En este artículo, basado en un análisis de los métodos utilizados por los estudiantes para resolver problemas, se investiga su influencia en la efectividad del proceso de aprendizaje. En el curso del estudio, se reveló que el dominio del método combinado, basado en la relación funcional del concepto, la imagen y la acción, en el proceso de resolución de problemas tecnológicos interdisciplinarios es uno de los mecanismos para la preparación efectiva de los estudiantes para actividades profesionales en el contexto de la aparición de profesiones relacionadas en el mercado laboral.В данной статье на основе анализа используемых обучающимися способов решения задач исследуется их влияние на результативность процесса обучения. В процессе исследования выявлено, что владение комбинированным способом, основанном на функциональной взаимосвязи понятия, образа и действия, в процессе решения междисциплинарных технологических задач выступает одним из механизмов эффективной подготовки обучающихся к профессиональной деятельности в условиях появления на рынке труда смежных профессий

    Water structure changes in oxime-mediated reactivation process of phosphorylated human acetylcholinesterase

    c 2018 The Author(s). The role of water in oxime-mediated reactivation of phosphylated cholinesterases (ChEs) has been asked with recurrence. To investigate oximate water structure changes in this reaction, reactivation of paraoxon-inhibited human acetylcholinesterase (AChE) was performed by the oxime asoxime (HI-6) at different pH in the presence and absence of lyotropic salts: a neutral salt (NaCl), a strong chaotropic salt (LiSCN) and strong kosmotropic salts (ammonium sulphate and phosphate HPO42−). At the same time, molecular dynamic (MD) simulations of enzyme reactivation under the same conditions were performed over 100 ns. Reactivation kinetics showed that the low concentration of chaotropic salt up to 75 mM increased the percentage of reactivation of diethylphosphorylated AChE whereas kosmotropic salts lead only to a small decrease in reactivation. This indicates that water-breaker salt induces de-structuration of water molecules that are electrostricted around oximate ions. Desolvation of oximate favors nucleophilic attack on the phosphorus atom. Effects observed at high salt concentrations (>100 mM) result either from salting-out of the enzyme by kosmotropic salts (phosphate and ammonium sulphate) or denaturing action of chaotropic LiSCN. MDs simulations of diethylphosphorylated hAChE complex with HI-6 over 100 ns were performed in the presence of 100 mM (NH4)2SO4 and 50 mM LiSCN. In the presence of LiSCN, it was found that protein and water have a higher mobility, i.e. water is less organized, compared with the ammonium sulphate system. LiSCN favors protein solvation (hydrophobic hydration) and breakage of elelectrostricted water molecules around of oximate ion. As a result, more free water molecules participated to reaction steps accompanying oxime-mediated dephosphorylation

    Use of coagulants in treatment of wastewater from food industry is one of the most promising techniques to establish environment-friendly industries. To date, however, the coagulation process is not yet fully described in a manner which is conducive to practical applications and results. In fact, the coagulation process theoretical basis, i.e. the classical Smoluchowski's equation published in 1916, is so complex to solve that virtually no practical application exists in the field of applied chemistry. This article illustrates the Authors' endeavor to overcome this impasse. This has been achieved by constructing a mathematical model of the guiding force in the phenomenon, i.e. the frequency of particles collisions, and then utilizing this model to define, starting from Smoluchowski's equation, a function which describes both the coagulation and sedimentation processes depending on space (vertical coordinate z) and the concentration of coagulant. This study can be considered as the first step of a methodology of practical application of the Smoluchowski's equation to process and equipment design
