GENEZA FILOZOFICZNEJ IDEI QUEER WOBEC PODSTAW ANTROPOLOGICZNYCH KATOLICKIEJ NAUKI SPOŁECZNEJ

The paper searches for the philosophical and conceptual fundaments of the queer theory and its influential proponents who inspired the growth of the feminist movement initiatives. I present the process of subversion and deconstruction of such notions as sex, marriage, feminity, heteronormativity, binary identity, sexuality and, finally, queer. The article contains a critique of Judith Butler’s ideas. She presented the term „queer” as reproduction of interpolated random and fluid statements which reject the traditional order of things. The paper also juxtaposes these propositions with the Catholic Social Teaching and anthropology and explores the areas where the on-going intellectual processes shape our reality.Artykuł podejmuje próbę odpowiedzi na pytania o podstawy filozoficzne i myślowe queer theory oraz prezentuje głównych myślicieli, którzy wywarli znaczący wpływ na rozwój performatywności w ruchach feministycznych. Przedstawiam genezę i opis procesu subwersji oraz dekonstrukcji pojęć takich jak płeć, małżeństwo, kobiecość, heteronormatywność, binarność, seksualność i ostatecznie queer. Polemizuję między innymi z poglądami Judith Butler, która próbuje opisać pojęcie queer, charakteryzując je jako odtwarzanie performatywnych wypowiedzi, interpolowanych, stanowiących moc wiążącą przypadkowych, obalalnych, rozsadzających istniejące konwencje. Resources of Public Finance Sector in Poland 1990-2010

W ostatnich latach saldo sektora finansów publicznych w Polsce ulega systematycznemu pogorszeniu. Jedną z przyczyn tego zjawiska jest niewłaściwa konstrukcja strony przychodowej sektora. 90% środków pochodzi z 9 źródeł. Dominują daniny od osób fizycznych, w szczególności obciążające pracę na wysokim poziomie 58% wynagrodzenia netto. Podatek dochodowy od osób prawnych z kolei ma względnie niewielkie znaczenie, gdyż charakteryzuje go niski udział w ich przychodzie (0,44%). Duża liczba podatników utrudnia efektywną pracę administracji skarbowej i – w przypadku VAT – nie przyczynia się do wzrostu wpływów z tego podatku. Przyznanie samorządom terytorialnym niewielkich dochodów własnych skutkuje ich uzależnieniem od dotacji z sektora centralnego.In the recent years the balance of the public finance sector in Poland has been systematically deteriorating. A reason for this is the wrong structure of the revenue side of the sector. 90% of the funds come from nine sources. The individual personal levies dominate, especially the labour levies at a high level of 58% of the net remuneration. The corporate income tax, in turn, is of a relatively minor importance, since it is characterised by the low share in the legal persons’ revenue (0.44%). A large number of taxpayers hinders the efficient work of the treasury administration and – in the case of VAT – does not contribute to an increase in the revenue from this tax. Granting the small own incomes to the local governments results in their dependence on the subsidies from the central sector

Test Methods of Coating Systems for Long-term Corrosion Protection

Opisano metody badań przydatne przy doborze wyrobów lakierowych do zabezpieczeń przeciwkorozyjnych. Uwzględniono zarówno metody obejmujące badania odporności powłok na działanie pojedynczych czynników korozyjnych, takich jak mgła solna i wilgoć, jak również badania w warunkach zmieniających się cyklicznie wielu czynników, np. mgła solna / wilgoć / sucho / UV / niskie temperatury. Nowoczesne powłoki antykorozyjne powinny być poddawane długotrwałym badaniom laboratoryjnym w warunkach oddziaływania różnorodnych czynników wpływających na ich trwałość. Wyniki takich badań pozwolą na wytypowanie optymalnych systemów powłokowych zapewniających długoletnią ochronę przed korozją.The test methods for the selection of suitable coatings for corrosion protection are discussed. Taking into account the methods comprising corrosion resistance to individual corrosives, such as salt spray and humidity, as well as the methods including cyclic conditions, for example: salt spray / wet / dry / UV / low temperature. Modern anticorrosive coating systems should be subjected to long-term laboratory tests under the influence of various factors affecting their durability. The results of these studies will allow to choose optimal protective systems for long-term corrosion protection

Promising Results of the Comparison of Coatings on Aged Bridges and of Same Coatings in Laboratory

Many factors contribute to the high durability of anti-corrosion coatings. The most frequently mentioned are: appropriate protection design selected for the operating conditions, type of protection-type of metal and/or coatings, surface preparation, and proper application. Particular emphasis is placed on the type of protective materials. A lot of research is also carried out in this direction. In this article, we want to show that the standard protection with an epoxy/polyurethane system with thickness as recommended in ISO 12944-5: 2019, without special active fillers, is able to ensure high durability in a C4/C5 environment. This is confirmed by the presented results of electrochemical analysis, visual evaluation of coatings and adhesion of coatings and allows the use of well-known, inexpensive paint systems, assuming greater emphasis on their proper application. The results of the assessment of coating systems on bridges were used for comparison with the results obtained in various types of accelerated tests of the same coating systems and to make the selection of the optimal version of the laboratory tests
