Colour Connection and Diquark Fragmentation in e^+e^- \to c \bar c q \bar q \to h's Process
The hadronization effects induced by different colour connections of
system in annihilation are investigated by a toy
model where diquark fragmentation is employed based on Pythia. It is found that
the correlations between the charm baryons and charm antibaryons produced via
diquark pair fragmentation are much stronger, and their momentum spectra are
harder than those from the standard colour connection in Pythia.Comment: 10 pages, 7 figures and 1 table in latex with axodraw.sty, version to

Doubly Heavy Baryon Production at \gamma \gamma Collider
The inclusive production of doubly heavy baryons and at
collider is investigated. It is found that the contribution from
the heavy quark pair in color triplet and color sextet are important.Comment: errors/typos are correcte
Nonlinear Dynamic Analysis of Direct Acting Tensioner of an Offshore Floating Platform
The offshore floating platform is the key equipment in offshore and gas development. The significant heave motions occur with the excitation of wind and waves, which will affect the safety of a riser system. A direct acting tensioner can be applied to reduce the effects on the riser system and be widely used on different kinds of offshore platforms. Based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of a direct acting tensioner (DAT), the nonlinear dynamic performance of DAT riser system was studied. Additionally, the dynamic model of the DAT riser system is established and the dynamic response was gained by the numerical integration method. The differences of dynamic responses were compared between a linear model and a nonlinear model. The response on different side of the equilibrium position is asymmetric because of the nonlinear stiffness of DAT. The results can be helpful for the design of DAT
Possible interpretation of the (10610) and (10650) in a chiral quark model
Motivated by the two charged bottomonium-like resonances (10610) and
(10650) newly observed by the Belle collaboration, the possible molecular
states composed of a pair of heavy mesons, , etc (in S-wave), are investigated in the framework of chiral quark
models by the Gaussian expansion method. The bound states and
with quantum numbers , which are good
candidates for the and respectively, are obtained.
Other three bound states with ,
with are predicted. These
states may be observed in open-bottom or hidden-bottom decay channel of highly
excited . When extending directly the quark model to the hidden color
channel of the multi-quark system, more deeply bound states are found. Future
experimental search of those states will cast doubt on the validity of applying
the chiral constituent quark model to the hidden color channel directly.Comment: 13 pages, 1 figure, title and some arguments in the abstract and
