Perancangan pusat rehabilitasi trauma bencana alam gempa bumi dan tsunami di Aceh: Tema healing architecture

INDONESIA: Indonesia yang terletak pada pertemuan tiga lempeng yaitu Eurasia, Australia, dan Pasifik sehingga sering terjadi gempa. Dalam kurun waktu 6 tahun terakhir daerah aceh banyak terjadi gempa sedang hingga berat dengan skala 5 – 7 skala richer yang terjadi hingga 60 kali gempa dalam rentang antara 2010 – 2016, sehingga daerah aceh dan sekitarnya masih rentan akan terjadinya gejala traumatik bagi warganya. WHO memperkirakan 50% ( populasi ) akan mengalami trauma dan sebesar 5 – 10% memerlukan perawatan khusus. Rehabilitasi terhadap bencana alam yang dilakukan pemerintah lebih kepada pembangunan kembali secara fisik yang berupa pembangunan bangunan, sarana, dan prasarana sedangkan untuk korban hanya difokuskan kepada yang mengalami luka fisik sedangkan untuk penanganan perbaikan mental masih kurang. Sehingga perlu adanya pusat rehabilitasi trauma bencana alam gempa bumi dan Tsunami sebagai wadah perbaikan mental traumatik. Permasalahannya yaitu bagaimana perancangan pusat rehabilitasi trauma bencana alam gempa bumi dan tsunami ini mampu mewadahi traumatik gempa bumi dan tsunami di Aceh dan rancangan pusat rehabilitasi trauma bencana alam gempa bumi dan tsunami dapat menerapkan tema healing architecture dengan prinsip the Unity of Formand Function Polarity, and Metamorphosis, the building-site relationship , the nature of the building envelope , architectural color, and the nature and experience of spatial order sebagai dasar pertimbangan dengan metode analisis sintesis yang dilakukan dengan proses perancangan. Output daripada rancangan berupa alternatif desain rancangan yang menunjang pendekatan rancangan untuk mendapatkan konsep dasar yang menjadai acuan serta pedoman perancangan yang berkaitan dengan tema. Konsep dasar yang didapat, maka akan diterapkan dalam konsep fungsi, konsep sirkulasi aktivitas, konsep ruang, konsep tapak, konsep bentuk, konsep struktur, konsep struktur yang kemudian digunakan sebagai bahan perancangan. ENGLISH: Indonesia which is located at the confluence of three plates namely Eurasia, Australia, and the Pacific so that frequent earthquakes. Within the last 6 years of aceh much Quake are heavy with the scale up to 5 – 7 scale richer happens up to 60 times of earthquake in the span between 2010-2016, so that aceh and surrounding areas still vulnerable will the occurrence of symptoms of traumatic for its residents. Who estimates 50% (of the population) will experience trauma and by 5 – 10% requires special care. Rehabilitation against natural disasters, the Government does more to rebuilding physically in the form of the construction of a building, facility, and infrastructure and for the victims only focused to the physical injuries suffered while handling the mental improvement is still lacking. So the need for trauma rehabilitation center natural disasters of earthquake and Tsunami as traumatic mental improvement. The problem namely how trauma rehabilitation center design natural disasters of earthquake and tsunami was able to accomodate traumatic earthquake and tsunami in Aceh and the draft trauma rehabilitation center natural disasters of earthquake and tsunami can apply the theme of healing architecture with the principle of the Unity of Formand Function Polarity, and Metamorphosis, the building-site relationship, the nature of the building envelope, architectural color, and the nature and experience of spatial order as the basis for consideration by the method of synthesis of analysis conducted with the design process. Output than the draft in the form of a draft design alternatives support the approach of the draft to get the basic concepts underlying the design guidelines and stepped-related themes. The basic concept is obtained, it will be applied in the concept of a function, the concept of circulation activities, the concept of space, the concept of the footprint, the concept of form, the concept of structure, concept of the structure which are then used as a basis of design
