    Specifics of Entrepreneurial Environment of China Considering the Cultural Differences

    The first chapter describes basic information about the Republic of China, about its evolution, history, geography and the influence of the population growth to redistribution. The second part discusses a question of entrepreneurial environment and its segmentation. It focuses on the social-cultural area, where it analyzes cultural dimensions according to Geert Hofstede's analysis, and particularly meaning of the economic area, which includes the view of China in the context of the world economics as well as the picture of China in the world economic crisis. In the last chapter are mentioned Czech companies that expand to the Chinese market and there is illustrated entire perspective in the area of international relations and international business between the Czech Republic and the Republic of China

    Current Trends and Perspectives of Mutual Trade Cooperation between Czech and Chinese Entities

    This work occupies with the question of mutual trade cooperation between Czech and Chinese entities. It is concentrated especially on current trends and perspectives in this area. The first chapter deals with the development of the Czech and Chinese economy and policy. It focuses on the area of culture specifics of both countries and also on their influence on business negotiation between enterprise entities. There is also a part of international trade development between Czech Republic and China and the specification of significant industrial, trade and finance centers in China. The second part of this work is oriented on current Czech-Chinese trade cooperation with the future prospect on perspective trade areas. There are also outlined enterprise opportunities and perspective branches for the mutual trade between both countries. In terms of this chapter there are also stated some possibilities and the most common forms of the entrance of the entities to the particular market in terms of these two countries. The last part is focused on Czech-Chinese trade cooperation in the practical point of view. One part of this last chapter is also the research which is oriented on the Czech entities functioning on the Chinese market, on the Chinese entities enterprising in the Czech Republic and agencies and institutions providing foreign market entrance information for the Czech entities.
