Evaluation de la qualité d’image
In this work, we have addressed the problem of assessment of image quality. An approach based on edge-region information, distorted and displaced pixels have been developed for image quality assessment. First, the distorted and original images are divided into blocks of 11×11 pixels, and then we compute distorted pixels and displacement which can be used to compute the global error. Simulation results with well-known methods show that the performance of the proposed technique is found to be better than previous metrics which do not use the pixel displacement in the calculation. Thus, the results indicate that this global method can be helpful in the assessment and comparison of the quality of images. In the conducted experiments, the proposed IQA method has shown the aptitude to evaluate the image quality according to towhat a human observer would do.Dans ce travail nous avons proposé une nouvelle mesure objective avec référence complète. Celle-ci est basée sur l’information contour et région et les pixels déformés et déplacés. Elle permet de comparer deux images originale et déformée. L’intérêt de cette mesure est : d’une part, elle détermine automatiquement l’erreur à l’intérieur de l’imagedéformée, et d’autre part le regroupement de toutes les mesures locales entre deux images donne l’évaluation globale de l’image qui comporte l’ensemble des mesures. Une étude comparative avec des mesures existant dans la littérature est effectuée. En utilisant une base d’images reconnue dans la littérature, cette comparaison nous a conduit à tirer la conclusion que la méthode proposée donne des résultats satisfaisants par apport aux autres méthodes
