Analysis of Unbalanced Growth Caused by Foreign Direct Investment in China’s Regional Economy

    Get PDF
Since reform and opening up in 1979, China’s national economy has grown rapidly, and thenational economic strength has been continuously enhanced. However, the regional economy hasnot grown in a balanced way. Economic imbalances in China’s three regions (eastern, central, and western) has become increasingly large. The eastern region has become the largest beneficiary area for absorption of foreign direct investment (FDI), while the central and westernregions have absorbed less, a trend of “high in the east and low in the west.” Undoubtedly, FDI plays an important role in promoting China’s economic growth and has become an important part of China’s national economy. However, facts that have proved the expansion of regional economic differences has become a serious problem, which has had an impact on the national economy and social development. This paper analyzes the regional economic differences in China after reform and opening up, analyzes the main problems affecting the regional economic differences in China, and then puts forward suggestions for narrowing the regional economic differences and building a harmonious society

With the development of society and the popularization of higher education, the cultivation of comprehensive quality of college students has become the focus of attention of the education sector and the community. This paper researches and discusses the influence and role of social practice on the development of comprehensive quality of college students. Firstly, it discusses the importance of social practice activities in enhancing the comprehensive quality of college students, including the role of cultivating practical ability, enhancing the sense of social responsibility and teamwork spirit. Secondly, it analyzes the influence of social practice on the cognitive level, emotional attitude and values of college students, and points out that social practice can promote the overall development of college students. Finally, the problems and challenges of the current social practice activities are discussed, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to further play the role of social practice in the comprehensive quality cultivation of college students, and to provide better support and guarantee for the growth and development of college students. Prioritized Planning for Target-Oriented Manipulation via Hierarchical Stacking Relationship Prediction

In scenarios involving the grasping of multiple targets, the learning of stacking relationships between objects is fundamental for robots to execute safely and efficiently. However, current methods lack subdivision for the hierarchy of stacking relationship types. In scenes where objects are mostly stacked in an orderly manner, they are incapable of performing human-like and high-efficient grasping decisions. This paper proposes a perception-planning method to distinguish different stacking types between objects and generate prioritized manipulation order decisions based on given target designations. We utilize a Hierarchical Stacking Relationship Network (HSRN) to discriminate the hierarchy of stacking and generate a refined Stacking Relationship Tree (SRT) for relationship description. Considering that objects with high stacking stability can be grasped together if necessary, we introduce an elaborate decision-making planner based on the Partially Observable Markov Decision Process (POMDP), which leverages observations and generates the least grasp-consuming decision chain with robustness and is suitable for simultaneously specifying multiple targets. To verify our work, we set the scene to the dining table and augment the REGRAD dataset with a set of common tableware models for network training. Experiments show that our method effectively generates grasping decisions that conform to human requirements, and improves the implementation efficiency compared with existing methods on the basis of guaranteeing the success rate.Comment: 8 pages, 8 figure

Learned Smartphone ISP on Mobile GPUs with Deep Learning, Mobile AI & AIM 2022 Challenge: Report

The role of mobile cameras increased dramatically over the past few years, leading to more and more research in automatic image quality enhancement and RAW photo processing. In this Mobile AI challenge, the target was to develop an efficient end-to-end AI-based image signal processing (ISP) pipeline replacing the standard mobile ISPs that can run on modern smartphone GPUs using TensorFlow Lite. The participants were provided with a large-scale Fujifilm UltraISP dataset consisting of thousands of paired photos captured with a normal mobile camera sensor and a professional 102MP medium-format FujiFilm GFX100 camera. The runtime of the resulting models was evaluated on the Snapdragon's 8 Gen 1 GPU that provides excellent acceleration results for the majority of common deep learning ops. The proposed solutions are compatible with all recent mobile GPUs, being able to process Full HD photos in less than 20-50 milliseconds while achieving high fidelity results. A detailed description of all models developed in this challenge is provided in this paper

Development of Agricultural Industrialization under the Background of Socialist New Countryside Construction

    No full text
Relationship between socialist new countryside construction and agricultural industrialization development in China is analyzed. On the one hand, socialist new countryside construction is the era background of agricultural industrialization development, offering a strong support for the development of agricultural industrialization. On the other hand, agricultural industrialization management is an important content of new countryside construction, offering basic economic guarantee for the construction of new countryside. It is proposed that under the new period of time, the overall development of socialist new countryside construction and the agricultural industrialization development should be promoted in accordance with the requirements of the scientific development concept. Based on this, a total of 6 measures to promote the development of agricultural industrialization are put forward under the background of socialist new countryside construction from the aspects of rural infrastructure construction, environmental protection, structure adjustment of agricultural industry, increase of farmer’s income, cultivation of new farmers, and transfer of labor force

Error assessment method of electromechanical–electromagnetic hybrid simulation

    No full text
With ultra high voltage direct current (UHVDC) and flexible alternating current transmission systems (FACTS) have been widely applied in power system, the AC/DC power grid is constantly extending which makes its composition more complicated. The independent electromechanical transient simulation and electromagnetic transient simulation cannot meet the need of rapidly developing modern power system in simulation technology. Electromechanical–electromagnetic hybrid simulation not only has the advantages of analysing large systems, but also accurate description of power electronic components. Analysing errors in hybrid simulations can help them to quantitatively analyse different hybrid simulation interface technologies to optimise simulation settings. Concerned fault types, fault location, and point fault cleaning time, an electromechanical–electromagnetic hybrid simulation scenarios probabilistic model based on Monte Carlo is put forward. Then adopt Prony method to quantitatively analyse the hybrid simulation errors. Through a typical example of UHVDC power grid in Shandong province, the error evaluation method of the hybrid simulation is demonstrated in detail. The research shows that this kind of assessment method can well analyse the numerical validity of hybrid simulation

Design and implementation of the integrated experiment cabinet for micro-transmission lines

    No full text
Micro-transmission lines are the physical model elements that own the same physical properties as the real transmission lines in power system, which are the significant components of a micro-dynamic simulation laboratory. This study presents an integrated experiment cabinet for micro-transmission lines (IECMTL). IECMTL integrates 20 micro-emulating transmission lines units, four micro-bus units and two light-synchronised phasor measurement units (PMU Lights). Benefitting from the same size and interface, researchers can change the position and wiring of any two transmission lines units according to the needs of the simulation experiment. PMU Lights are employed to get the operating status of micro-emulating transmission lines, including three-phase frequency, voltage phasor and current phasor. Appropriate software was developed on server to communicate with IECMTL in a two-way manner through the internet. Real-time monitoring and control features of IECMTL provide a flexible physical platform not only for innovative research ideas but also for education engineering of the power system. An example test-bed consisting of two IECMTLs was presented to simulate the power grids containing three generators and nine buses
