Сосудистая патология продолжает занимать ведущее место в структуре заболеваемости ликвидаторов последствий аварии на ЧАЭС и в отдаленном периоде после катастрофы. Это определяет необходимость изучения основных патогенетических механизмов заболеваний, возникших под воздействием комплекса повреждающих факторов. В статье показано, что у ликвидаторов последствий аварии на ЧАЭС наблюдаются изменения показателей гипофизарно-тиреоидно-надпочечниковых гормонов, сдвиги в системе липопероксидации и антиоксидантной защиты, вегетативной и имунной регуляции. Эти факторы определяют активность компенсаторно-приспособительных процессов организма. Авторами установлено, что у ликвидаторов последствий аварии на ЧАЭС адаптационные функции гипофизарно-тиреоидно-надпочечниковой системы угасают с ростом тяжести патологии от функциональной (ДЭ 1-й степени) до органической (ИБС, ДЭ 2-й степени), а при сочетании ИБС и ДЭ – в значительной степени истощаются. В системе свободно-радикального окисления липидов у этих больных усиливаются процессы липоперо-ксидации, а также имеет место компенсаторное напряжение системы антиоксидантной защиты, активность которой при сочетанной патологии заметно снижается. Прослеживается зависимость клинических проявлений заболеваний, гормонально-метаболических изменений, состояния центральной и периферической гемодинамики от направленности вегетативной регуляции и патогенетических механизмов ее нарушений. С ростом тяжести сосудистой и сопутствующей сегментарной и надсегментарной вегетативной патологии у ликвидаторов последствий аварии на ЧАЭС наблюдается падение мощности вегетативной регуляции системы кровообращения со сдвигом баланса в сторону парасимпатического звена и разбалансированием вегетативной обеспеченности деятельности. Таким образом, формирование, манифестация и прогрессирование сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний под воздействием комплекса повреждающих факторов имеют в своей основе патологические изменения, обусловленные снижением активности компенсаторно-приспособительных процессов организма, и соответственно требуют коррекции; Vascular pathology keeps fundamental place in the morbidity structure among liquidators of the accident at Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant in spite of the remote period after the catastrophe. This determines the significance for studying basic pathogenetic mechanisms of the diseases occurring due to the influence of complex disturbing factors. This research paper shows that the liquidators of the accident at Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant demonstrate the changes in the indices of pituitary-thyroidal-adrenal hormones, shifts in the system of lipoperoxidation and antioxidant protection as well as in the system of vegetative and immune regulation. These factors determine the activity of compensatory and adaptive processes in the human body. The authors have found out that the adaptive functions of pituitary-thyroidaladrenal system fade inversely proportional to the growth of pathologies ranging from the functional (the first stage of discirculatory encephalopathy (DE)) to organic (ischemic heart disorder of the second stage of disculatory encephalopathy (IHD)), and these functions become weaker in combinations of IHD and DE in the liquidators of the Chernobyl accident. In the system of the free-radical lipid oxidation for theses patients the processes of lipoperoxidation are noticed to become more intensive, and the compensatory tension of antioxidant protective system shows the decrease in its activity in cases of comorbidities. There is a dependence of clinical manifestations of the diseases, hormonal and metabolic changes, state of central and peripheral hemodynamics on the direction of vegetative regulation and pathogenetic mechanisms of its disturbances. In proportion to the aggravation of vascular and concomitant segmental and suprasegmental vegetative pathologies in the liquidators of Chernobyl accident the capacity of vegetative regulation of circulatory system fails to function normally shifting towards the parasympathetic section and unbalancing of vegetative supply. Thus, the formation, manifestation, and progressing of cardio-vascular disorders under the influence of complex disturbing factors are mainly caused by the pathological changes determined by the decrease in activity of compensatory and adaptive processes of the organism and, therefore the proper correction is necessary

САМООЦІНКА ДИНАМІКИ І СУЧАСНОГО СТАНУ КАДРОВОГО, НАВЧАЛЬНО-МЕТОДИЧНОГО ТА МАТЕРІАЛЬНО-ТЕХНІЧНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ПРОЦЕСУ ПІДГОТОВКИ ФАХІВЦІВ ГАЛУЗІ ЗНАНЬ 22 «ОХОРОНА ЗДОРОВ’Я» В УКРАЇНСЬКІЙ МЕДИЧНІЙ СТОМАТОЛОГІЧНІЙ АКАДЕМІЇ

The aim of the work – to conduct a self-assessment of the dynamics and the current state of personnel, teaching and methodological and logistical support of training specialists in the field of knowledge 22 “Health” at the Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy. The main body. The article presents the results of self-assessment in the dynamics and modern state of personnel, educational, methodological and technical support in the process of training of specialists in the area of expertise 22 “Healthcare” at the Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy. It was shown that the objective indicator of the quality of education is the Academy’s high ranking in the independent national rating “TOP-200 Ukraine”, which is conducted on a yearly basis by the Centre of international projects “Euro-Education” jointly with international group of experts IREG Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence. The positive dynamics of increase in the “quality of academic staff” indicator, as well as the factors, ensuring this dynamics in 2018, was found. Conclusions. The in-depth analysis of the dynamics and the current state of personnel, teaching and methodological and logistical support of the training of specialists in the field of knowledge 22 “Health” at the Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy showed that the quality of higher education and the provision of educational services is in accordance with state and international standards, and The adopted “Quality Policy” meets the requirements of the present and contributes to maintaining the competitiveness of the academy at the national and international levels.Мета роботи ‒ провести самооцінку динаміки і сучасного стану кадрового, навчально-методичного та матеріально-технічного забезпечення підготовки фахівців галузі знань 22 «Охорона здоров’я» в Українській медичній стоматологічній академії. Основна частина. Надано результати самооцінки динаміки і сучасного стану кадрового, навчально-методичного та матеріально-технічного забезпечення підготовки фахівців галузі знань 22 «Охорона здоров’я» в Українській медичній стоматологічній академії. Показано, що об’єктивним показником якості освітньої діяльності є достатньо високе місце, яке академія посідає в незалежному національному рейтингу «ТОП-200 Україна», який щорічно проводиться Центром міжнародних проектів «Євро­освіта» у партнерстві з міжнародною групою експертів IREG Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence. Виявлено позитивну динаміку зростання показника «оцінка якості науково-педагогічного потенціалу» і проаналізовано чинники, які забезпечили цю динаміку в 2018 р. Висновок. Проведений самоаналіз динаміки і сучасного стану  кадрового,  навчально-методичного  та  матеріально-технічного забезпечення процесу підготовки фахівців  галузі знань 22 «Охорона здоров’я» в Українській медичній стоматологічній академії засвідчив, що якість вищої освіти та надання освітніх послуг відповідає державним і міжнародним стандартам, а прийнята «Політика у сфері якості» відповідає вимогам сьогодення і сприяє підтриманню конкурентоспроможності академії на національному та міжнародному рівнях

Current advanced technologeies in training of a family physician

In the process of reforming the system of medical care and opening of general practice/family medicine institutions, being the basis of the health care system, a general practitioner/family physician vlith high qualification, deep knowledge in general, pre-clinical and clinical disciplines is at the core of health care. Considering the global tendencies, the improvement of the quality of educational services, provision of equal access to quality education at all levels, rise of the competitiveness of the national education system and its integration into common European educational space are marked among the priority directions of the development of education in Ukraine. Moreover, the system of higher medical education requires new approaches to the training of qualified medical professionals and comprehension of the pedagogical process in HEI. Current international standards in the field of education provide for the training of qualified specialists capable of integrating theoretical knowledge and practical skills into a holistic system, acquiring the advanced technologies, etc. The search for standards in higher medical education is an optimal strategy for achieving a conceptually new level of quality of training of future professionals, based on the training of healthcare professionals in compliance vlith the conventional international standards of teaching, taking into account the peculiarities and interests of the national healthcare system

РЕЗУЛЬТАТИ ЗОВНІШНЬОГО І ВНУТРІШНЬОГО МОНІТОРИНГУ ЯКОСТІ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ У ВДНЗУ “УКРАЇНСЬКА МЕДИЧНА СТОМАТОЛОГІЧНА АКАДЕМІЯ” ЗА 2015 КАЛЕНДАРНИЙ РІК

The article is devoted to the issue of higher education monitoring which is quite relevant nowadays. The results of external and internal monitoring in the quality of higher education at HSEEU “Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy” in 2015 calendar year have been analyzed. It has been demonstrated that internal monitoring in the form of self-analysis and self-evaluation is the demand of time and objective requirement of innovation development. It has been concluded that internal monitoring enables to track the dynamics of processual and resultative aspects of education quality, promotes the enhancement of management quality, increases the responsibility of all subjects (students, academic staff, administrative authorities, assisting personnel), preconditions the introduction of necessary corrections into the learning and teaching processes, and serves as a strong impulse for the development of culture of university autonomy.Стаття присвячена актуальному нині питанню моніторингу якості освіти. Проаналізовано результати зовнішнього і внутрішнього моніторингу якості вищої освіти у ВДНЗУ “Українська медична стоматологічна академія” за 2015 календарний рік. Показано, що внутрішній моніторинг у вигляді самоаналізу і самооцінювання – це вимога часу та об’єктивна потреба інноваційного розвитку освітньої діяльності навчального закладу. У висновках зазначається, що внутрішній моніторинг дає змогу простежувати динаміку процесуального і результативного аспектів якості навчання, забезпечує умови для підвищення ефективності управління якістю освітнього процесу, підвищує відповідальність усіх суб’єктів (студентів, науково-педагогічних працівників, адміністрації, навчально-допоміжного персоналу), обумовлює внесення необхідних коректив в освітній процес, слугує міцним поштовхом для розвитку культури університетської автономії.

ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКИХ СТРАТЕГІЙ НАВЧАННЯ СІМЕЙНИХ ЛІКАРІВ НА КАФЕДРІ СІМЕЙНОЇ МЕДИЦИНИ І ТЕРАПІЇ

The article presents the experience of using the Body Interact – clinical education program, which enables the real time mode to recreate a certain clinical situation with all the necessary modern set of objective, laboratory and instrumental methods of examination and to conduct treatment in accordance with modern Protocols of European and American Medical Associations. For the development of the technology of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for intern we use the mannequin system GD/ALS10 750+ALS, which provides training for livelihoods and adheres to the recommendations for cardiopulmonary resuscitation and emergency care for cardiovascular diseases. Thus, the use of simulation technologies focuses a doctor on teamwork, on the ability to take into account the point of view of another specialist, promotes the development of communicative skills and the formation of intellectual autonomy and professionalism.У статті представлено досвід застосування системи Body Interact – clinical reasoning education, освітньої програми віртуальних клінічних сценаріїв, яка дає можливість у реальному режимі часу відтворити певну клінічну ситуацію з усім необхідним сучасним набором об’єктивних, лабораторних та інструментальних методів обстеження і провести лікування відповідно до сучасних протоколів європейських та американських медичних асоціацій. Для відпрацювання техніки серцево-легеневої реанімації лікарями-інтернами ми використовуємо манекен-систему GD/ALS10 750+ALS, яка забезпечує навчання щодо підтримки життєдіяльності і дотримується рекомендацій стосовно серцево-легеневої реанімації  та невідкладної допомоги при серцево-судинних захворюваннях. Використання симуляційних технологій орієнтує лікаря на командну працю, вміння враховувати точку зору іншого спеціаліста, сприяє розвитку комунікативних навичок, формуванню інтелектуальної самостійності та професіоналізму

The aim of the work – to carry out an in-depth review of the organizational-legal, personnel and educational and methodological support for the process of training specialists in the field of knowledge 22 “Health” at the Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy in 2017.The main body. The article summarizes the results of self-analysis of organizational, law, personnel, educational and methodical framework in the process of training specialists in the field of knowledge 22 “Healthcare” at the Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy over the period of  2017. The Academy’s achievements during the above-stated period have been represented. The conclusions delineate the priority tasks, aimed at enhancing the personnel, educational and methodical framework and, as a result, the competitive ability of the Academy.Conclusion. Conducted self-examination of organizational, legal, personnel and teaching methods for the training of specialists in the field of knowledge 22 “Health” at the Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy for 2017 showed that this provision is in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, testifies to the effective management of direction and the effectiveness of management decisions.Мета роботи – провести самоаналіз організаційно-правового, кадрового та навчально-методичного забезпечення процесу підготовки фахівців галузі знань 22 “Охорона здоровʼя” у ВДНЗУ “УМСА” у 2017 році.Основна частина. Узагальнено результати самоаналізу організаційно-правового, кадрового і навчально-методичного забезпечення процесу підготовки фахівців галузі знань 22 “Охорона здоровʼя” у ВДНЗУ “УМСА” за 2017 рік. СУЧАСНЕ ОСВІТНЄ СЕРЕДОВИЩЕ ВИЩОГО МЕДИЧНОГО НАВЧАЛЬНОГО ЗАКЛАДУ ЯК ФАКТОР ЙОГО КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ

The paper deals with idea that the implementation of strategic objectives of national higher medical education is rendered possible by formation of learning environment at higher educational institutions, which not only promotes the training activity at the modern level, but also stimulates all the participants for active professional and personal enhancement. The learning environment and the results of training activity at Higher State Educational Establishment of Ukraine “Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy” in 2016 have been presented and characterized.Обґрунтовується думка, що реалізація стратегічних цілей національної вищої медичної освіти уможливлюється шляхом створення у вищих медичних навчальних закладах освітнього середовища, яке не лише забезпечує провадження освітньої діяльності на сучасному рівні, але й стимулює усіх учасників навчально-виховного процесу до активності, професійного та особистісного зростання. Схарактеризовано освітнє середовище та викладено результати освітньої діяльності ВДНЗ України «Українська медична стоматологічна академія» за 2016 рік
