Adapting the economy, so that progress does not damage the environment this is essential for quality of life. Economic development involves structural and qualitative changes in the national economy and people's lives. Both growth as well as economic development have had as a result the disruption and destruction of the earth's natural systems (Brown L, 2011). Green Development, is generally distinguished from sustainable development, considered to be a safe keeping of the envirnoment over economic and cultural contexts (Comşa D, 2011). The overall objective of sustainable development is to find an optimal interaction and compatibility of four systems: economic, human, environmental and technology in a dynamic and flexible operation. The optimal long-term development corresponds to those that can be supported by these four systems. Expressed goals, and solutions identified in this paper under green marketing imperative are: promoting agricultural production mechanisms integrated in EcoAgroCluster, models types based on the maximum use of natural resources and production elements to develop sustainable green agriculture. Promoting educational processes in order to develop and enhance the creation of new sustainable agricultural enterprises integrated in EcoAgroCluster that are orientated  on sustainability and qualitative and quantitative reintegration to ensure the change of generations, in terms of quality and quantity, in foodindustry and agriculture. Goals and solutions for future-to incorporate in activity of EcoAgroCluster:  tools, case studies of best practices derived from agricultural research paradigm shift in order to strengthen and honor the role of  businessmen in agriculture, business entities, cooperatives and other employment entities transformation, distribution and marketing of agricultural production, upgrading and promoting operational cities

The notion of entropy should be used for the study of some characteristics of Global Higher Education Market (GHEM). In this approach, explaining market imbalance, is going to be applied the fundamental principles of thermodynamics dealing with entropy, the Second Law of Thermodynamics. Entropy is a degree of disorder, and for this reason, being yet unschooled is to consider whether such a notion is applicable to analyze the character of order for GHEM structures. From this point of view, it should be wise to analyze the market of perfect competition, in as much as in the modern global educational market. This kind of market serves as the corner point in the comparative analysis of educational market architecture. The article concerns questions about HE stability, complexity and the occurrence of a sustainable system and, thus, gives an example of the applicability of the synergetic paradigm for Global Higher Education Market(GHEM).La noción de entropía se debe utilizar para el estudio de algunas características del Mercado Global de Educación Superior (GHEM).

The cyclic variance of PM10 mass concentration in the urban area in the South-East of Romania has been analysed in the article. SE of Romania is considered to be a territory which has medium level of pollution for a period of last ten years, from 2009 to 2018. The spatial dispersion of PM10 concentration was obtained using the METI-LIS soft wear for each season. The objective of dispersion models is to evaluate how pollutant concentration is spread out taking into account the diffusion. The average measurements of PM10 and meteorological parameters as inputs has been used. An evident seasonal change of PM10 concentrations is observed in the article. In order to establish national measures (including economic ones) for the improvement of the atmospheric pollution control it was analysed the mechanism of atmospheric pollution. It was observed that the air quality was overall better in spring and in summer in comparison to the other two periods. With regard to the seasonal variation characteristics of PM10 significant differences for the air quality registered in different months in the researched region were observed. The impact of air temperature on atmospheric pollution was insignificant in spring and autumn; moreover, precipitation was defined as an important influence factor upon the atmospheric pollution. The impact of precipitation on the possibility of atmospheric pollution was obviously different in the four seasons. The research results indicate the meteorological parameters that influence the air pollution become active during the cold seasonal days. It was shown that relative humidity and wind speed are the meteorological parameters that impact the PM10. It was found out that the probability of atmospheric pollution decreased with the increase of air temperature in summer. The research results also testify that the air pollution mapping could be enhanced using atmospheric dispersion models and in-situ measurements

Academic Marketing is an investment in a future dominated by The Forth Industrial Revolution and Globalization and not an expense. This aspect will basically alter our way to teach and to learn. In its dimensions, arguably changes will be like anything we has seen before. We try to assess how will be all unfold but, anyway, academic field response at this challenge should be integrated and comprehensive, involving all stakeholders both public and private sectors, because these changes herald upheaval of whole organizations. The educational service is a special one, delivered today but with effects in the future, the future of the individual, the future of generation, the future of nations. The educational service policy adapted to the requirements of time, brings to the front the opportunity of academic marketing. To analyze demand in a professional way, to measure trends and correlated university programs with the forecast demand for jobs, it is the subject. In the case of academic education, we are talking also about cost, distribution and promotion policies, but being a special service we also discuss about ethic boundaries. This work is an open chapter focusing studies on academic megamarketing, the work keeping up with the pace of change, students enrolment mobility, overtakes job market, and an imposed win-win-win formula, applied for students, local community and academic field

When cooperation between countries is in harmony, trade and investment patterns are based on economic considerations. However, in times of geopolitical reconfiguration of ranking supremacy, economic events held on a stage that sums up all the world, with everything that means material resources, financial resources, polarized areas of intervention, causation so "equation", sometimes with many and unpredictable variables, may not be so easy to solve it. The measurements and econometric calculation are indisputable correct, analysis and the economic forecasts must be accompanied by correct investment strategies on international road map being important to not overlook tension that may weaken national strategy. Informational abundance is as dangerous, or more correctly ineffective, like is the shortage of information. I approached the topic " Pivot tables - toolkit: the constraints to the business development in the former EU socialist countries from the Central and Eastern Europe" in terms of the possibility of accessing easy, accurate and timely a lot of sources of information because, this aspect is desirable, that the result of research overcome the academic space and to become a useful and efficient tool both to researchers, the decision makers and for vectors of economic policy. How large were the constraints and limitations which occurred, which is architecture of their evolution curve for the horizon 2008, 2016, all of these are coagulated aspects in this paper and accessible with one click
