    Ormas mempunyai peranan strategis sejak sebelum kemerdekaan hingga saat ini, antara lain dalam bidang pendidikan, pemberdayaan, dan pendampingan masyarakat. Ormas menghadapi banyak tantangan terutama terkait tata kelola organisasi dalam hal transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan kegiatan dan keuangan. Tantangan lainnya, ormas terkait dengan keberlanjutan dan kemandirian pendanaan. sehingga peran pemerintah masih sangat besar dalam mendorong peran aktif ormas termasuk memberikan pendanaan. Saran penting bagi pemangku kepentingan 1) Pemerintah sebagai pengambil kebijakan harus memastikan terlaksananya ketentuan terkait transparansi dan akuntabilitas ormas sebagaimana diamanatkan UU Ormas, dengan memberikan pembinaan/bantuan dan pengawasan; 2) Ormas, perlu melakukan perbaikan tata kelola organisasi khususnya dalam hal pemberitaan pelaksanaan kegiatan dan keuangan dengan cara mempublikasikannya melalui berbagai media yang tersedia. 3) Masyarakat, harus terlibat aktif dalam mengawasi ormas agar menjalankan fungsi dan tugasnya sesuai dengan mekanisme peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku

    This research explores the implementation of Good Governance principles in the Public Service Mall (MPP) application in the Government of Bogor City. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. The results of the data analysis using multiple linear regression reveal interesting findings related to the factors influencing the usage of the MPP in the context of local government. The research findings indicate that transparency and accountability have a significant impact on the intensity of MPP usage. Transparency plays a crucial role in fostering trust and efficiency in public administration. Citizens feel confident because the application provides comprehensive and accurate information, offering a transparent view of public service processes. Accountability has also been proven to influence MPP usage. Financial information, compliance, and government reporting within the application motivate users. When the government adheres to strong accountability principles, people are more likely to feel confident and motivated to interact with the application. However, another interesting finding is that legal certainty does not have a significant impact on the intensity of MPP usage. The application focuses on innovation and the efficiency of public services, making legal factors less crucial in determining its usage. As a recommendation, this research suggests the need for enhancing the information presented in the application and providing regular training to users. This is aimed at maintaining the sustainability and success of the MPP application's implementation within the context of Good Governance in Bogor City. Consequently, the MPP application can continue to provide maximum benefits to both the public and local government.    Keywords: good governance; transparency; accountability; rule of law; public service mall

    Kualitas pelayanan publik di Indonesia masih dapat ditingkatkan, hal ini tercermin dari banyaknya pengaduan masyarakat yang diterima Ombudsman pada tahun 2021, dimana Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) memiliki proporsi tertinggi yaitu sebesar 40,99%. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan publik, pemerintah dapat melakukan beberapa upaya seperti revitalisasi, restrukturisasi, dan deregulasi di bidang pelayanan publik, peningkatan profesionalisme aparatur pelayanan publik, korporatisasi unit pelayanan publik, pengembangan dan pemanfaatan E-Government. , peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat, serta pemberian penghargaan dan sanksi kepada unit pelayanan masyarakat. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan pelayanan publik di Indonesia dan menganalisis temuan terkini mengenai perkembangan budaya organisasi pada instansi pemerintah dan dampaknya terhadap bantuan publik. Metode kualitatif yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini dengan studi kasus pada instansi pemerintah. Hasil penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga bagian, yaitu faktor pendukung dan penghambat pengembangan budaya organisasi dalam pelayanan publik di instansi pemerintah, inovasi pelayanan publik sebagai wujud pengembangan budaya organisasi, dan penyediaan pelayanan publik yang berkualitas

    Turnover Intention in the Hotel Industry: The Employees' Perceptions

    The hotel industry is rapidly expanding, needing more employees. The high demand for employees may lead to tighter competition in the job market, increasing employee turnover. This study aims to provide statistical evidence about the role of job stress, job insecurity, and compensation in explaining turnover intention among hotel employees. Primary data related to hotel employees' perceptions were collected using an online survey. The survey involved 135 employees of Jakarta's five-star hotels. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) to test three research hypotheses. The analysis results show that job stress and job insecurity positively relate to turnover intention in the hotel industry, whereas compensation is negatively associated with turnover intention. The finding could provide insight for hotel managers on reducing employee turnover. It also contributes to the upward literature on the hospitality and tourism industry

    Indonesia Islamic Banking Readiness in Facing the ASEAN Economic Community, in Terms of Islamic Banking Disclosure and Performance Indices

    This research is aimed to analyze the level of openness of Indonesia Islamic Banking which is viewed from Islamic Banking Disclosure Index based on Sharia Compliance Indicator, Corporate Governance Indicator and Social/Environment Indicator. This research is used the quantitative and qualitative methods. The use of a quantitative method in this research looks at the evaluation of Islamic Banking Performance Index, and the use of the qualitative method in this research looks at the evaluation of Islamic Banking Disclosure Index. The result of research showed Islamic Banking Disclosure Index of Indonesia Islamic Banking higher than ASEAN Islamic Banking. The average of Islamic Banking Disclosure Index of Indonesia Islamic Banking has amounted 82.71%, higher than ASEAN that is amounted 52.40%. Based on the analysis of Islamic Banking Disclosure Index is concluded that Indonesia Islamic Banking more open to revealing the information/publication related to Sharia Compliance Indicator, Corporate Governance Indicator and Social/Environment Indicator and Islamic Banking Performance Index

    The effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction through customer awareness of Islamic Banks in West Sumatera, Indonesia

    Purpose of the study: This study is to examine the effect of service quality and product quality of Islamic banks on customer satisfaction through customer awareness as a variable intervening in Islamic Banking in West Sumatera. Methodology: In this study, a model with five parameters with 20 questions was used, so the minimum number of respondents for this study sample was 100 respondents. The data used study are primary data collected using survey methods through the distribution of questionnaires directly to respondents. Data analysis used with path analysis. Main Findings: The results showed that the indirect effects of service quality and quality of Islamic bank products on customer satisfaction through awareness had a positive and significant relationship. They also revealed that consumers are aware of Islamic banking products and services. The reason they chose Islamic banks was because of profitability and religious principles. As a result of this finding, it can help the Islamic banking industry in its efforts to formulate promotional policies that are suitable for attracting more banking customers. Research limitations/implications: The results of this study are expected to encourage and motivate the management of Islamic banks in West Sumatra to further improve product quality and service quality to the wider community so that it will further increase public awareness and understanding of Islamic banks. The results of this study can also encourage and trigger further studies in the field of marketing of Islamic banks through the fiqh muamalah approach, profit sharing and profit sharing and worldly benefit-sharing, and aspects of human resource management and for further research can add other variables that have not been included in research for example, trust, transparency, competitiveness of sharia products, facilities and work climate. Novelty/Originality of this study: Islamic banking management needs to know how to look after their customers, even though they appear to be satisfied, but the level of competition in the financial services industry is greater than before, so as a menu of banking services companies must increasingly improve their services in proportion to the needs of customers

    Effect of effectiveness of principle leadership and implementation of teacher quality improvement strategies in school quality and quality of graduates in junior high school tourism hospitality accommodation west Java-Indonesia

    This study aims to obtain valid, reliable and valid empirical data, facts and information regarding the effect of the effectiveness of school principal leadership, the implementation of strategies for improving teacher quality on school quality and graduate quality. The object of research is the Tourism Vocational Hospitality Accommodation Sector in West Java, with 112 respondents consisting of teachers consisting of the education department, principals, teachers and representatives from the industrial world. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results showed that the effectiveness of the principal's leadership and the implementation of the teacher quality improvement strategy significantly affected the quality of the school and the quality of graduates both directly and indirectly. School quality variables do not have a significant direct effect on the quality of graduates. However, indirectly the school quality variable is significant as a mediating variable in this research model. The results of this study cannot be generalized to all similar populations in other provinces or nationally. But with this limitation, it is hoped that future research can involve more samples and reach a wider population. This study only tested four variables, namely the effectiveness of the principal's leadership, the implementation of strategies to improve teacher quality, and school quality was associated with the quality of SMK graduates. This research proves the effectiveness of leadership and the implementation of strategies to improve teacher quality in school quality and graduate quality. Therefore, policymakers in the education sector can be one of the references to improve the quality of graduates

    Relationship of work motivation and participative Leadership with functional employment behavior of education and culture of Bengkulu Province, Indonesia

    This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and participative leadership with the work behavior of Bengkulu Province Education and Culture Office Functional employees. The selection of Bengkulu Province is one of the provinces whose development and growth is relatively slower compared to other provinces in Sumatra.The research hypotheses proposed are: (1) there is a positive relationship between work motivation and work behavior, (2) there is a positive relationship between participative leadership and work behavior, and (3) there is a positive relationship between work motivation and participative leadership together with work behavior. The population of this research is the employees who are not currently occupying positions (functional staff) at the Office of Education and Culture of Bengkulu Province, in 2018 as many as 75 people, and the sampling technique uses saturated sampling techniques. Based on the results of the study found: (1) there is a positive relationship between work motivation with work behavior. (2) There is a positive relationship between participative leadership and work behavior and (3) there is a positive relationship between work motivation and participatory leadership together with work behavior. From the three findings, it was stated that (1) work behavior can be improved by increasing work motivation by increasing the desire to achieve and increasing a sense of responsibility, and increasing appreciation for the work, and (2) work behavior can be improved by increasing participatory leadership, by how to involve employees in every decision-making, respect the opinions and suggestions of employees, and enhance cooperation
